LIP service, lipservice and lies. Jason quit project 12 months into build. He was unable to keep subs working consistently and had serious issues overseeing job quality control of the many subs. He was a hired gun for a local "custom" builder who I will not reveil unless said builder cannot correct the errors in a professional manner. Jasons Unprofessional exit of the job will mean an even longer build process and more cost out of my pocket. He is very tempermental and quick fused. I heard many complaints from the subs on my home project . He did not like me pointing out errors or questioning anything because of his "experience of hundred of homes built" even though in the begining of the project he requested I defer all issues directly to him and not his boss...Hmmmmm!!!!! If your building a real simple inexpensive home with little detail he might be ok for you, but forget it if you need true custom service and quality IMO.

Jason W Goss is the owner of the company. He is just very personable and he gave us different options. He did some extensive work for my wife’s twin sister and it was really nice. They are going to do the work and we are waiting for the material. The quote was about $11595.
