We purchased a system 3 years ago and system is running great. We only get the annual service check and other than that- we don’t do anything. Customer service to request under sink filters is very easy and everyone is responsive in the same friendly manner as when we requested our quote to purchase. We have recommended Jason’s to friends who have been just as pleased with their water as well.

Our experience began a few months ago just prior to San Antonio’s shut down due to Coronavirus. Ben came to our home and not only showed us the system but did a water test for us and after installation of main Softener system Eric came to install our new home Pure Water System but part was not correct match for our kitchen part had to be ordered to match our Brushed Nickel finish on our kitchen faucet. Once the lock down was lifted. Then Alfred installed the brushed nickel unit and we are drinking really good tasting water, pure and clear. The owner Emily is a joy to deal with and she called me directly and apologized for the wait and to make sure we were satisfied and everything was fine. Jason’s Water Softener here in San Antonio is an outstanding company with outstanding employees who are courteous, professional, friendly, and very helpful, and top notch management and ownership. I highly recommend if you’re in the market for a Water Softener, don’t hesitate to give Jason’s a look. Quality matters. ❤️🇺🇸

The technician arrived at the appointed time. He tested my water and system. He informed me that a valve was leaking and put my system into bypass. He then tried to sell me his service ( Not Jason's) for cash or check only. The annual service was not conducted and the filters for my kitchen sink were not provided. I returned my system to normal after Jason's technician left and had another water softener provider test my water a couple days later. This subsequent test indicated that my system is working. The leaking valve is allowing a small amount of unsoftened water to be combined with my softened water - not enough of a reason to bypass the system in this second opinion.

A Representative has yet to contact me concerning this issue. The water softener was paid in full.

Service tech came out, assessed the system and basically said I needed to replace the head and the basin. Tried to talk me into purchasing a whole new system for an ungodly price tag. I asked why my current Jason system was not covered under the same lifetime warranty. They basically said that I am not the original owner of the house (second owner) so the warranty was null and void. First, that is a weak and unethical argument. Second, their responsiveness since I questioned their argument has been nonexistent. Third, they had the audacity to charge me for the assessment visit.

Installation went very well and very fast. I would say the service is great. As another reviewer pointed out, the system is very much overpriced. You can get the exact same system (even a better one) online less than half of the price of this system, and installation really is not that difficult. Next home purchase I will save my money and purchase one online and install it myself, or pay someone to install. I give them an overall "B" because my friend referred me and he did not get the incentive that was offered, nor did I receive the reverse osmosis system for the kitchen that was offered as well.

I think it is very expensive for something that we could have gotten way cheaper. We haven't had any problems but it is way too expensive. I don't think it is any better than any other water softener. The service was good, it was not excellent but very good. We had an issue at the very beginning and they came right away. The price is just twice as much as any other place that will give you the exact same system. That is my only issue with it.

I have a 7 year old water softner that I needed maintenance service on it. They came out and told me that it was not working. The problem was scheduling the visit. I had to follow up with them after purchasing the service to schedule a visit and then the initial visit got cancelled, so I rescheduled for the following week. I was told they would be there at 10 am, but they did not show up till about 12 and I had to call them to find out their location and when they would show up. I work and had to schedule time off both times to be at home and would have appreciated more respect for my time. If they had given me a time frame, then I would have taken the day off and not been expecting them promptly at 10 am. They came and spent less than 10 minutes at my house.

He arrived on time but said there was not anything wrong as all W.S. water was OILY on the skin.That I was feeling the oil from my body! I could not remove the soapy feeling from my body. Jason did not try to check out the W.S. . I would not recommend him for any plumbing work Dolores Vourvoulias

He was excellent and he has all the qualification papers. They are very helpful if I have any questions.

The experience with them was very positive. I liked the level of personal service. The quality of their work was very good.

Technician came out and said they don't work on Kenmore systems. That is not laid out in the Angie's Deal I bought. I am receiving a refund from Angie's List.

This is my final review of Jason?s Water Systems. I felt it was wrong not giving them an excellent rating again because our system is still kicking and doing well now. Back during the fall of last year we were having serious issues with our unit with it not pulling out the salt in the tank. They found the issue and it turned out to be a bad hose and gasket from the parts dealer and not their system from what we were told. It is now going on a full year and our system is still going strong. Also, a friend of mine who also has their unit, also is pleased with their system again since his has been working well too. So overall, their system has been keeping our water soft at 1 grain (probably even less since the water test instantly turns blue). Our laundry, showers, ice box, and other water items in our house work extremely well now. I am very pleased with the system again. I do applaud them calling us directly and explaining their difficulty with the faulty part and feel more comfortable with owning their unit. Overall, the price for the system was competitive with other units and companies out there, and it has been keeping our house at 1 grain. The wife and I are very pleased with the system and will look into getting another in the future for our new house.

A very professional company from start to finish. My wife and I were very surprised that Jason himself dropped by to give us his sales pitch for his company. He is very honest and straightforward business owner and answered all our questions. Next day we had our system! Quick fast installation by their A+ tech and so far it has been the best upgrade for our new home. Well worth the money in comparison to the cheap alternatives at Lowes or Home Depot. Also Jason?s Water always guarantees their water softener systems for life!!!

The service and installation went very well. No issues with the installation and was very quick.

They did an excellent job. The guy came and talked to me about it and set up the service the next day for the technicians to come out and install. He showed me where they were going to set the system. Everything ran fine. I had a little glitch the second day and they sent out a guy to check on me and see how everything was. They are an excellent company. They were really good. They cleaned up their mess. I chose to get the largest unit. Their price was comparable to others. They were here exactly on time. They were very professional.

The systems they install are expensive but they are the best systems available. The individuals who work for Jason's are all very knowledgable top-notch professionals.

Jason was quick to respond to my call and set up an appointment to discuss his product. Jason was very thorough is his presentation and receptive to any questions and concerns that I had. He was helpful in scheduling a time that was quick and accomodating for me. The installers were professional and friendly. Afer a month of the install, I have already noticed the yellow spots that had accumulated in my sink (from my previous "water softener") have faded away. Overall, I am very pleased that I contacted this company. Jason is a true professional. Personally, he is a very compassionate man with the same high morals and values that I cherish, and that are so rare to find these days. It was a pleasure to do business with him!

Dealing with Jason?s Water Systems was a pleasant experience. From the time we sat down with Jason to discuss water softeners, install and payment. The information Mr Montgomery provided was very detailed and presented in an orderly manner. Once the wife and I decided on the softener we scheduled an appointment which had to be changed based on closing dates. Jason?s Water Systems was very flexible and the install was quick and painless. I would recommend to family and friends.

Happy with service, system and timeliness of response in correcting a malfunction and inaccurate setting. Mr. Montgomery is a delightful gentleman and a pleasant person to work with. The only comment that I would make is that I made the appointment for the installation of the system and went out of town - I came back and prepared for the installation only to have the company not show up. When I contacted the owner he stated that he cancelled because he called me and could not reach me; however, the appointment had been finalized and there was no need to "confirm." Be that as it may, he worked with me and rescheduled in a relatively short period of time. There were some glitches due to the hasty rescheduling but the system was installed in one day once scheduled. The system mal-functioned in April and Jason's responded and made the appropriate adjustments. Happy to provide what I think is a fair and accurate review.

Mr. Montgomery was a pleasure to work with. He sold us a water softener and installed it the same day which was a Sunday no less! We have had an Eco Water System and a Culligan Water System but this one beats them both. The quality of our drinking water is superb.

I was a causal conversation instead of a sales pitch. Educated us on what was required for the size of my home. How a water system works and what could happen it we did no select the correct system. Never said he was the best but show the difference of what others provided up against what we needed. He had specs and information on just about anyone you wanted to compare. It never came across Jason's Water is better but this what the have and this is required for your home. At the end he told us what his system can provided compared only to what my home requires. The whole thing made since with a lifetime warrant included in the sale. The softer equipment is built by Jason's Water and certified. The company has the heart of a teacher and very Godly men. I honestly never felt so comfortable paying for a service. Mike and his Dad came out to the house removed their shoe and were friendly and talked us through the process. It did not take long at all to install. They tested the water and explained how to maintain the system. We completed the transaction and share our faith in prayer. I will refer Jason's Water to family and friends.
