+ -1 moreNot professional, didn't complete the work or keep us informed. Probably a good pool cleaner person.
Description of Work: I had a leak in my pool around the skimmer. We dug up the ground but could not locate the leak. Jason had three weeks to repair. Returned phone calls twice, we worked on the pool with him. Never fixed leak never came back or called or charged.

+ -1 moreIT WAS VERY RELIEVING THAT THE COMPANY DIDN'T TRY TO SELL NEW EQUIPMENT BUT RATHER FIXED THE PART. THEY CAME THE VERY DAY THEY WERE CONTACTED AND HAD IT RESOLVED THE SAME DAY, HAD THE RIGHT PARTS THE FIRST TIME.
Description of Work: DUE TO THE FREEZE, A PIPE WITHIN THE POOL EQUIPMENT BURST AND WATER WAS SPEWING ALL OVER. THE PIPE HAD TO BE CUT AND A NEW HOSE AND FITTINGS WERE INSERTED.
