Canned lighting - the lighting installed is lower end - I would have rather the electrician recommend a higher grade for a better performance. Lights burn out frequently. Half the dimmers don't work. Under counter kitchen lights were sloppily installed - all the wiring is exposed and on one side the lighting feel off due to not being properly tacked down. AMP breaker box for outside hot tub is not functional. It's a hazard to operate - the box is not secured properly to the wall - it is loose. Overall, I have to had to hire another electrician to clean up the mess. The contractor (Steve) is not punctual in returning calls. At this point, it's not worth chasing someone to clean up their mess - it's best to hire someone to do the job right and be done with the headache.
