Perfect as always. Craig has been caring for our AC systems for years. Would hate to have to use anyone else.

When the cold came last week and I turned my heater on, it didn't heat, but just blew cold air. I called Craig and he told me to try several things on the phone first to see if the system would turn on. When it didn't, he offered to come as late as 8pm that night so that I didn't have to go without heat overnight. My house wasn't too cold so I told him the next morning was fine. He arrived promptly as scheduled and cleaned my system and determined pilot light had blown out. Upon lighting the pilot light and testing it, he noticed that it kept blowing out at system turn on, so he adjusted it to prevent this from continuing. I have not had any further issues and my heat is working. Yay! I have used Craig in the past for many AC issues and he is always courteous, responds on weekends and his prices, I think, are very fair. He is honest and tells you exactly what is going on and does not try to oversell something that you do not need.

On this date Craig called to check in with us and we discussed putting in replacing the old thermostat with a new digital one so that it will better meet my elderly parent's needs. Craig continually provides excellent service to us. Next will be Spring check up.

I so appreciate the care that Craig has for his customers. He has been taken care of all our AC/Heating/Dehumidifier needs since the house was built in 2002. By now He is honest, hard working, and will do his very best to find the right solution while always mindful of cost to customer. I would not use anyone else.

Our stand alone whole house dehumidifier is not bringing the humidity down even though it is running 24/7 . I called Craig Day and scheduled appointment to check it out. He arrived promptly. Diagnosed the problem and repaired efficiently. He asked me to keep track of the humidity levels and call in a couple of days to confirm that all is ok now. I have used this company for ALL AC and Heating and Dehumidifier installation and service for over 10 years. I can't imagine calling anyone else.

James was prompt and courteous. A/C had ants in the relay. James replaced the relay and showed me what happened. When it has happened since, I have just cleaned the relay and it works fine.
