+ -1 moreJack is an excellent painter who is very dependable... always showing up on time. Be sure and have him itemize the cost of each job you are wanting him to perform on the contractor's invoice, and it would be wise not to deviate from this. Make sure you're specific and that you're both on the same page from day one. Ask him upfront to tell you if he is unable to perform a task you've asked of him. Communication is key here. Just stay on top of everything and you'll be very pleased with the outcome.
Description of Work: Jack primed, textured and painted my kitchen and breakfast area and some additional square footage that fed into the LR..He painted 1 standard size wall,1 very small wall in the living room and one bedroom. He removed wallpaper, blew texture and painted a guest bath and replaced 3 faucets.
