Meaning... as he was doing my job he brought to my attention a couple of areas that needed attention that weren't covered on the initial quote, then fixed them and refused any extra payment for that work. Fast... Reasonable and very Professional! Call him 210-818-5957 you won't be disappointed!
Description of Work: Needed the entire exterior of my home cleaned, caulk sealed, then prepped and repainted. Along with that came some replacement of rotted wood in a couple areas on the roofs fascia eave corners and also replaced some boards on my outside window frames.
