My two front windows needed something to really complete the room. I called the JC Penney store on 410 and talked to Roxy. I told her what I needed and she set up an appointment for that week and came out with 4 books of sample fabrics. I showed her the window and told her exactly what I wanted. She took measurements and wrote up a work order. She set up another appt the next day to have an installer double check her measurement before the fabric was ordered. She came back out with the installer and he got the same measurements. She explained the process and told me that it would take about 10 weeks for the completion of my draperies. She called me 2 weeks ago to tell me that the draperies would be shipped that week. Last week Anna called to confirm that the draperies had arrived and set up an installation date. Today, Joe came to the house and installed my draperies. They were worth the wait. They hang perfectly and they are absolutely beautiful. J C Penney custom decorators and installers is exactly what I needed to complete my formal front room of my house.

JCPENNYS WORKERS WERE POLITE. THEY HELPED US FIND THE MATCHING COLORS FOR THE BATH ROOM TOWELS, WINDOWS CURTAINS AS WELL AS THE COMFORTER THAT WOULD BEST FIT THE BED.
