They built three buildings for us. Their warranty expired in three years, shortly after that the the doors began to rot. Very poor workmanship, especially the finish out. Paint was put on too thin to protect the wood, leading to rot. Caulking was terrible and led to rot on the doors just as the warranty ran out. Not even 4 years old and they are in need of repair. The workers work much too fast and were sloppy. One worker had to use the bathroom, rather than ask, he found a spot behind some trees to leave his deposit and toilet paper. Disgusting. Emailed and asked if he would fix the rot where the caulking and paint was improper, he never replied. Not trustworthy. It also took way longer to build them then he said it would. Gave him a punch list, took a month to address it. Said the guy that did the building, an independent non-employee, was too busy. He finally sent another person after being told the contract was with JB Woolf, not his subcontractor. Stay away. If you do use this company, check everything before the warranty runs out. It will rot as soon as it expires.

From the beginning the sales dept provided me good information to make a decision on style, etc. The builders came out to work on one of the hottest days and finished in under 8 hours. I noticed some minor discrepancies after the initial build and Mr Woolf personally came over later to fix the problem. This company is very customer oriented. I love my new shed and I highly recommend Woolf Sheds.

Too aggressive. The work would have been good overall if the next-to-finish and roofing crew had not been rushed to finish in one day. It has been over three weeks since the owner came out to observe the issues: not well painted, a couple gouges in the wood, paint on door hardware, putty that needs to be cleaned up.

They did really good.

We have a concrete slab in our back yard on which a greenhouse previously stood and we wanted to use this as the foundation of the shed. After we signed the contract, it occurred to me that I would prefer the roof shingles to match those on my home, not just be a close approximation. I was able to contact the roofer and after learning the brand and color, Woolf was able to obtain them and used these in lieu of their standard stock. (Fair enough, I did pay a small differential as the shingles were a premium quality.) About 3 weeks after the contract was signed, Woolf was able to build my shed directly on the slab and even shared with me suggested maintenance tips including the best sealants for future use. It took a day and a half to complete the shed construction and the guys left the job site reasonably neat. Over all I am quite pleased and glad to deal with a company who works to accommodate their customers.

The two man team arrived on time and went straight to work. I had emailed photos of the shingles on my roof but their match was difficult as my home is 10 years old and their selection was too dark. I agreed to help them best match my shingle texture and color so that we had a much closer match. Mr. Woolf and the team were very cooperative. Later in the afternoon it started to rain and this hindered the team's ability to complete the job. They returned promptly the following morning to complete the job. The team had extensive experience and built a very sound/plumb shed. Overall, we're very pleased with the results.

It went very well. They came and installed it in 1 day. They were very professional and very neat.

From the initial contact and bid, through completion, including the removal of a 10' x 14' existing building, this was the most professionally handled project we have ever had done. All the crews were on time, every time. They cleaned up the site daily, and removed all used construction material daily. The entire project, from start to finish, was completed in less than 2 weeks. The actual construction of the building, after the slab was in, was done in less than one week, including the exterior painting. We used HardiPlank siding, and Sherwin Williams Duration paint. We would use this company again in a heart beat.

Jerry could not give a general time of arrival to build the shed and showed up when my wife was home alone. Shed was put up in record time. After checking out the shed, many irregularities were found. The 2x4's on front and back walls were improperly cut which means the 2x4's on those walls are nailed on wall supports that are 2'' x 2'' instead of the 2''x4'' studs. Additionally, workmanship through the entire shed is extremely poor. The roof has a 1 gap at the tip of the gable between wooden panels of the roof. Of course, these are covered with black paper and roofing. There are multiple gaps throughout the shed. Though the shed has not leaked water, it is not sealed and allows numerous types of animals to enter the shed. After the shed was completed, Jerry leveled shed using scrap pieces of 2 by 4 s including some area s where the shed is simply suspend in the air with no support.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THE MATERIALS THEY USED WAS GREAT. THE CONSTRUCTION IS STURDY AND SPACIOUS. THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND VERY EFFICIENT. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY CLEANED THE AREA BEFORE THEY LEFT AND EVEN LEFT US THE REMAINING PAINT FOR TOUCH UPS.
