+ -1 moreBought there services from groupon. They are hard to get a hold of and then when you do. You make the appointment and they do not show
Description of Work: They made the appointment and never showed up. Did not call and to date April 9 Th have not heard from them. Now its May 6th and still no call.

+ -1 moreSince that time, the no-showed on the next appointment. They have not responded to multiple emails as well as multiple phone calls. One excuse for an earlier no-show was a broken down vehicle. I can understand that but the service and nonresponsiveness is totally unacceptable. I would not use them again. I am attempting some resolutiont to what we have already purchased but now the phone call will not even accept calls.
Description of Work: We used J and M (Mike) two times with Groupon coupons and they did an acceptable job so we purchased 4 more cleanings.

+ -1 moreI also called Groupon.com this morning to file a second complaint and to request a refund. Groupon requested investigation time and I have not heard result. I will not use this company again as it is too difficult to schedule an appointment and they are unreliable.
Description of Work: Three prepaid two hour house cleaning sessions purchased through Groupon in September. J and M Clean Team completed the first cleaning session in September. I was very satisfied with work performed and scheduling. Company redeemed entire Groupon after first cleaning session. Beginning of October I emailed company again to schedule second appointment (jandmcleanteam@yahoo.com) and was contacted after some telephone tag but no appointments were available until November. This appointment was cancelled by me via email and telephone call (210-441-9051) as I was recalled to work for Austin FEMA on Hurricane Sandy (October 31st). When I returned to San Antonio the first week in December I emailed J and M to reschedule second appointment. No response to this request nor to my numerous phone calls in December. I notified Groupon of this problem and they talked to J and M Clean team who promptly called me. At that time I scheduled the remaining two appointments (January 3rd 9 a.m. and February 18th 9 a.m.) Company was a no show for January 3rd appointment. I telephoned them at 9:20 a.m. with no call back.

+ -1 moreI purchased services with this company through a groupon deal. I scheduled an appt with them about three weeks prior to when I needed them. I tried to call and confirm, but no one ever returned my call. I took time off of work to make sure I was home for our scheduled appt. No one showed up, no one called, no one will return my emails and now their mailbox is full.

Description of Work: I purchased a groupon for this vendor. I kept calling to schedule a time and once I finally got into contact them via email -- they confirmed a time 2 weeks into the future. I ensured I was home and waited for them to arrive, and they never showed. Very disappointing experience.

Description of Work: Current GroupOn deal includes three two-hour housecleaning sessions with two technicians (a $375 value). We have purchased this and will update as service is provided.
