Description of Work: Installed kitchen granite countertop. very good work but description wasn't clear and many of the basic little details, work, trim, extras were not included so overall job looks incomplete when they finished their parts. But what they did do was good quality work.

Description of Work: J&B Countertops came across as a professional company, but in reality, was a disappointment. After measuring my counters, they still brought out pieces that were the wrong size. Then, they unprofessionally made a cut and glued an extra piece to cap the end of my counters, right by where my dishwasher emits heat, as does my toaster oven. I have no guarantee that this glue job will hold long term. They had to make two trips to my house because of the mistakes, and I was offered no sort of compensation for the trouble and disruption to my lives, my kitchen, and my job as I had to take off of work. When I brought up that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and also a dispute with my credit card for all of the issues, they responded by threatening to put a lien on my home. Not the way you treat a customer who did nothing wrong, in my opinion. In the future, the company needs to own up to mistakes and not just correct them but compensate for inconvenience.

+ -1 moreThe only thing that I disliked about them was that I called them to come back out to fill where the two pieces of laminate connect. They told me they had to order the fill because of the color. I am still waiting for them to come back out. They did a good job with the project.
