I got another quote for the same job and his was half the price. He did put the pool gate going in the wrong way. It has to abide by code and it was against code. When I went to sell my home and they said it was wrong. I called him up and he fixed it with no charge.

It went well. Took longer than planned but it looks great.

I had spoken to a representative of Integrity roofing six months prior to the roof replacement and had received a written proposal for all work ordered. After a storm ripped most of the shingles and tar paper off the west side of the house I called Integrity and asked if the work could be started as soon as possible because we were susceptible to any further rain or wind damage. The same day or week the representative that had quoted me the estimates had changed jobs and the company did not feel inclined to fulfill the proposal. I spoke to the owner and told him I had the written proposal and ended up actually faxing the owner the copy I had for his consideration. The following Saturday the owner came to my home to see the damage and write a contract using the information that I already had including all the measurements and specifications for all projects quoted. The only thing he had to do was finalize the contract, order the materials and schedule the work. I asked him if bad weather was in our area what could they do to help prevent interior damage. He told me they would send a crew to tarp the areas of the roof that were most susceptible of damage. It was about 3 weeks before work was actually started on the roof replacement and during that time huge rain storms were in the area. I called the company and asked if anyone was going to tarp the roof before the storms and they assured me that someone would come. One of their contractors that had come to measure the soffits had come to our home on the day of the storm and asked us why there was no tarping because storms were imminent. She called the company then went and purchased tarps and installed 2 tarps to cover the damaged. Needless to say 2 tarps were not enough. We sustained water damage that day in 6 different rooms to the ceilings and walls. I also had to pay her $450 out of pocket to complete the work. The work that was completed by Integrity Roofing was very good. All the workers that came to the job were very punctual and professional. The only delays that took place were due to a shortage of roofing materials at the time. I have no complaints about the work except where one of the machines that produced the seam stopped functioning and left a few seams looking uneven. I just finished the paint and retexture for all the rooms that were rain damaged at an additional cost of over $5000.00. We had to wait until the roof was paid off before we could do the additional work. My problem with this company was not the final product but the promises made before the rain occurred. I had called the company at least 3 times before the rain started asking them to please have someone come tarp the roof with the explanation that someone would come. I would have paid for tarps and done the work myself if I had known that no one was coming or paid someone else to do it. It might not have prevented all the damage but I am sure it would have been considerably less.

It did not go well. He came out and decided to decline fixing the chimney, this is after waiting 2 1/2 weeks! He had looked at our house at least 2 times so he knew it was high when he accepted the job. I had him go ahead and replace the rotted trim out front on our second story even though I was frustrated. He then said he had to go get the supplies for the job. It took him around 2 hours to return with the supplies, which I felt he should have had before coming to my house. Since he decided not to replace the rotted wood around our chimney he painted the front trim and soffet at no extra charge to us. It would have cost me $400 with painting and that was with me providing the paint. I realize now that he way overcharged us for the work. One other thing, that is a huge pet peeve for me, he and his crew left their trash in my side yard. If you do a job clean up after yourself! Needless to say, I would not recommend this company nor will I use them again.

Integrity Services is one of the best companies we have ever hired! After a tumultuous summer of a pool installation and other construction gone bad, we had to come up with someone we could trust to get a job done right. We needed to move one side of our wrought iron fence out about 10 feet and correct a number of deficiencies in the original fence installation. I called Kris purely because of his company name. Upon meeting him and discussing our issues, I felt he had what it took to do the job, perform it efficiently, and with the quality we expected. Kris proved himself and his company name with this one job! The fence posts were dug and set super securely (had to jackhammer through rock), his welds were clean and solid, and the finish work superior. He accomplished everything as we expected; his skills and handiwork were exceptional, and most of all, he approached the job as if he was working on something in his own home. He had respect for our property and for our time. He did not rush or bury any mistakes (as we've seen done in the past), and he was meticulous with how everything looked in the end, ie, painting, levelness, etc... Come to find out, Kris is knowledgeable and skilled in a multitude of things. He will be our go-to guy for several future projects, including a couple of bathroom renovations, some exterior cleaning/pressure washing, and a remodel in our dining room. I would trust him with virtually any project. And he will tell you what he can and CAN'T do, which is SO important as we've had people in the past take jobs just for the money and guess how to do it on site. This is where and quot;integrityand quot; comes to play and Kris has it!

Provider brought a heavy duty drill setup with a 3 inch bit. Drilled two holes through the pool deck at the proper location for the rail. Installed the rail and secured in place with hydraulic fast drying cement. Great job, looks great and very sturdy.

Andrew arrived on time for his appointment. He explained in detail what he would install, the material, method and the price. The day of the installation his men arrived and set to work. I found them quite organized and efficient in their work as well as friendly. They were very careful about all the plants and shrubs around the house. Andrew had provided them with a detail drawing on what we had discussed and there was no problems in the installation. After the job was complete they made sure that I inspected the entire job and left the premises very clean. I would have no trouble recommending Prime Seamless Gutters and Roofing to anyone. I would certainly use them again.

He did a good job. One has to be very clear about what one wants and I guess it was my issue, but in the end it was very good. He was reasonable. I would use him again, if I could have a better understanding up front.

Kris Bonilla is the owner operator of Integrity Services. I was made aware of his services through a co-worker. Before forming his business, he worked many years in the pool equipment and pool service business. I am a first time pool owner so he came to teach me the ropes. Because he wasn't selling me a particular pool service or plan, his information was direct, straightforward, and very informative. He gave me no-nonsense information I could apply when looking for a company or doing the work myself. After that experience, I called him back to do a number of projects over two months as listed above. Everything from minor electrical repair and install to welding and repairing our wrought iron fencing. The name of his company is absolutely appropriate. He's a man of faith, who takes pride in his work, and absolutely wants to please the customer. He was always on-time and worked very efficiently. I'm beginning to think there's nothing Kris can't do... he's our first call for any estimates, repairs, or education. I trust him and that's perhaps the best recommendation I can make. I don't feel as though he is taking advantage, his prices are reasonable, and I learn something every time he comes out. Large or small project -- give Kris and Integrity Services a call.
