Description of Work: Replaced our old roof with new shingles. We upgraded to the higher rated shingles that are not just the regular flat shingles but, they are the ones with definition. We also added a ridge vent across the length of the house. They added the ridge vent for about $10 a foot. It has immediately impacted our electricity bill, in a good way. About 1/2 of the total roofing bill was covered by insurance. The representative who gave the estimate was punctual and stuck to the estimate. He also gave us some addresses to check out that were roofed with the type of shingles that we wanted and were in the colors that we were interested in so that we could evaluate what a finished roof would actually looked like. We took several pictures of these roofs and were able to make an educated choice. The rep was not real helpful with the colors but, that is why he gave us the examples to check out for ourselves. The workers were very nice, they provided for all their own needs and never came into the house. It was a 2 day job and they cleaned up all of the trash including errant nails. They repainted spots that they scratched inadvertantly and replaced a bent roof trim on the siding with a perfect match. They painted the pipes on the roof to match and painted the wind turbine also. They provided a new top for our chimney which had been blown away and painted it to match. The few boards that needed replacing were thrown in for free. All in all, it was a very good experience.

Description of Work: Esimate was on more items than I wanted to do right now. Even though I knew there was a leak at one vent on roof they could not tell me when they could fix it. The main problem was that they wanted me to sign a contract for the work to be done when they could not tell me when they could do the job. I called another roofer, Ray's Roofing, that had been recommended and he came over that day to check on the problem and then repaired the vents on roof the next day. He said he had only so many hours open that day but would come back the next day and finish the job, which he did.

Description of Work: Ben, was on time however it took all day to get an appt. He gave me a quote for 195 sq feet of roofing for the same price his company has a promotion for. in the promotion they will do 2000 sq feet and the same labor and materials for 3700.00 I guess they want to make up the difference by charging those of us who have smaller homes the same. As soon as he finished, he asked me when Imwanted to start, a bit pushy, but I am glad I didnt let him corner me into this price. Wont be calling this company up again.

Description of Work: Placed ridge vents along their recommended areas of our roof. Came at scheduled time. Cleaned up afterwards. No issues.
