Description of Work: We called them for estimates. They came out as scheduled but we never received an estimate inspite of me calling and asking for it after two weeks. They never called us. Even worse, their estimator did not recognize hail damage that a company I called later did. An insurance company confirmed the hail damage so we know the second company's assessment was accurate. Update to review. After reading my review the owner called to apologize and try to make it right. We were too far in the process with a different roofing company to take this offer, however, he did call and follow through on concerns. He was very professional.

Description of Work: They replaced my roof with a top line 3D shingle. This gave the roof some texture and looks great with our siding. They did bend a part of the siding on the garage overhang and were able to match the color and replaced that part for us. They painted all the pipes on the roof, replaced questionable boards, retrimmed the chimney flashing and put a new cover on the top of the chimney. Half the cost was covered by insurance. They cleaned up the yard when they were finished and I could not find one single leftover nail or any parts of shingles. Excellent job. They also put in a roof vent along the whole peak of the house. I don't have my paperwork with me here at work so the date of service may be wrong.

Description of Work: I had an urgent mid size clay tile roof repair job after big rain. They couldn't get an estimator to my house within two weeks. I found another contractor who had the job done inside and out within three days. Don't call Integrity if you have a clay tile roof and you're in a hurry.

Description of Work: Repaired siding, painted exterior, installed new shingles, installed new double pane- double hung windows, partial gutters, new doors. Overall, they did very good work. The windows could have been cleaned after installation. I'm very happy with my products and services.

Description of Work: We called them for an estimate on a problem with leaking windows being unsure if the issue was a roof or window issue. After discussion, we narrowed it down to a window issue. Since this provider is a seller of window installations and not a minor repair provider, we needed to use another provider. However, we found the folks we talked with to be professional and helpful in diagnosing the potential problem.

Description of Work: Installed new roof and made any repairs needed to Facia and Soffets. Repared bay window area and installed new windows and removed a bay window area to make it a flat wall and installed picture window. Installed hardy siding on all exterior areas where work was accomplished.

Description of Work: After purchasing the deal, the coupon was sent to us with an expiration date of the previous day. I called to confirm that it would be honored and they confirmed. We set an appointment to meet 10 days later - I showed up and waiting, called, and emailed, but no one responded. When I got back to the office, there was a message left 20 minutes before the meeting time letting me know that they would need to reschedule. I found out later that they had been moving offices and telephone and internet lines were down. We met a week later and the meeting was very reassuring. I felt that he was very knowledgeable and was told I'd get an estimate after he could send a worker over to confirm how many layers of previous roofing lay under the existing roof. The deal was for up to 2,000 square feet of metal roofing. The home is 1,980 square feet. We realized that the low slope of the roof would add a bit of additional square footage and it might go over the 2,000 a bit. When the estimate came in, we were going to be charged for 3,800 square feet, because of all of the waste produced with a standing seam metal roof. That took our estimate to over $14,000. We no longer felt that we were getting any kind of deal. The roofer offered to give us an estimate on a shingle roof, but we are not really comfortable working with them. We have requested a full refund. If that offer is ever presented again, there should probably be a disclaimer telling people to double their home's square footage as an estimate on how much extra they will have to pay.

Description of Work: They came out to inspect my roof. They found a few issues and told they would get back to me with a quote. Then they emailed and told me to ask for a refund because they are unwilling to work on my roof because they can't guarantee the work without replacing the whole roof which I don't want to do.

Description of Work: UPDATE 4/4/13 Ronnie, Michaella and Emily have been fabulous. The final estimate come in much closer to expected and Ronnie offered a little incentive for my initial trouble. He took the time to explain the pricing and was able to regain my trust in the company. I have put down a deposit to go ahead and start the roof on April 15. I am very excited to work with Ronnie and Integrity on this project as he and his team have been very proactive in resolving the issue. 3/8/2013 I contacted Integrity due to the $3999 Angie's list deal. I called to schedule an estimate on roof replacement for a home I am buying in April. I figured, as with the other company that had already provided an estimate, that I would not have to be there. However...I was told it would take about an hour of my time so I braced myself for a big upsale. Ed was not interested in selling me the roof that comes with the deal, he wanted to sell me one that cost thousands more with slick terms I know nothing about I just nodded and waited for the estimate. As I suspected, it was WAY over what it should have been. I understood that square footage over 2000 was $2.35 per square foot extra and per the satellite survey I had 1230 square feet over so I expected the estimate to be around $7000. Nope. It was over $10k. So I called Ed on a Wednesday to explain again that I didn't want any upgraded roofing product, just the roof that came with the deal and no extras. He was in his truck so I said he could call me back Friday to discuss. He didn't call. I called the main Integrity number today, Wednesday. The very nice lady on the phone said she would try to reach him and have him call me and if she couldn't reach him she would call me back. He called me shortly and gave me a technical explanation and that the System Plus Roof has better installation backed by the factory which is why the pricing came out higher. He said he had emailed me a new estimate so I checked my email and I couldn't believe it. It was still over $9k. So I replied to all, which included Ronnie and Michaella. I explained again that I did not want a PLUS roof, just the standard that comes with the Angie's deal. Within a few minutes of hitting send, Ed called me back and apologized for the miscommunication and said he would send yet another quote, which I am still waiting on. I assume it's because someone that was copied on that email had something to do with the quick response. Now I am concerned that the Angie's deal offer may be for substandard roofing. I'm disappointed so far. He also provided a quote on painting as well. Which came out way over the other quotes I have received for exterior painting. No surprise there. I am torn between getting yet another roofing estimate or waiting to see if the final estimate is going to be closer to what it should be based on my calculations.

Description of Work: We had lost some shingles in a recent wind storm, and called for an inspection. We were told we only needed to replace a dozen shingles and it could be done at that time. We were delighted.
