Description of Work: Integrity replaced our damaged roof in December. We were very pleased with their work, the pre-construction communication, and the end product. |However, we could not agree on post-construction paint replacement. We finally had to hire a painter to paint the exposed wood across the back of the house. |Aside from that, we are pleased with their work and would recommend them.

Description of Work: This is the second time we had Integrity replace our roof. They did an excellent job.

Description of Work: I needed a new roof due to hail damage and these guys were the best. They came to the appointment on time. They brought samples to show me how great their products are. They took the time to explain to me everything I needed to know about everything involved in roofing. I ended up using another company due to pricing. But these guys were so knowledgeable and they use top of the line products.

Description of Work: I was not happy with the color of the roof. When I was asked to choose the color the gentleman had only a magazine not samples of the different colors. I asked for a medium gray. I couldn't tell in the magazine what the color was. It seemed gray. So I chose that. The gentleman has enough experience to have known that the color I chose was black not gray since he has been with the business a long time. He did not have the sample book with him so he said yes that's the color you want. I was very upset and I will not deal with this company again. The workmanship was good but the attitude was totally uncaring. They also painted the ceiling in the den and they did a good job on that.

Description of Work: Replaced all of the external soffit around the home with hardiboard, replaced wood in several spots where it was rotted, painted the newly installed soffit, and replaced shingles in the areas where they were damaged while replacing the soffit. Removed all debris.

Description of Work: We had some metal panels replaced on our roof, the whole roof resealed, and on one side of the house/roof, they sawed into the house to repair the flashing. It went very smoothly. We are very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: Replaced our Roof. We have a large complicated roof, steep and lots of peaks. Integrity crew did everything they promised to do; the crew worked hard; everyone was very professional and pleasant. They not only replaced the roof, but they also installed a new vent system. They were prompt and courteous. They checked with us every day to make sure we were satisfied with the work. And they cleaned up all the debris and left our yard very clean. We would recommend them without any reservations.

Description of Work: Fixed a leak in patio roof. Removed existing tiles, installed: new plywood base and waterproof barrier, replaced tiles, sealed around chimney and other key areas, replaced some broken tiles.

Description of Work: Replaced old siding, fixed flashing, replaced rotted wood and painted to match, patched attic vents. Left a very clean work site.

Description of Work: Removed tile above dining area, reapplied new underlayment, and returned tile back to their orginial location. Also replaced about 10 feet of fascia board and soffit along the front of the house, and repainted.

They were on top of the situation and kept us informed every step during the project. What I liked the most about this company is their responsiveness and professionalism.
