Estimator and repairer both good. Front office was slammed with appointments due to recent storm, so they forgot to tell me they were showing up the day of install. However, two other roofing companies I called didn't even answer the phones. Be aware: 3% fee for using your credit card. All in all, good experience and was glad the company had enough roofers to fix roof quickly.

Excellent overall. Our experience with Integrity Roofing began with meeting Ronnie Suarez who promptly and professionally provided us an estimate for the work. He did a very thorough job addressing all aspects of the job -- materials, timeline, cleanup, potential additional costs (the skylights in our case). We felt very confident with him and the price was best of 3 contractors with whom we had discussed the project. After contracting with Integrity, the work began quickly. I was impressed by the roofing crew throughout the project. They were very friendly and courteous. Each day they cleaned up the site, a big chore that really helped keep our yard in shape. There were occasional delays due to weather, but I was very pleased to always get a call from one of the staff, Ric, letting me know of the delay and when they anticipated resuming work. This made a ton of difference to me in comparison to other contractors who sometimes do not show for several days and fail to keep you informed. When problems were discovered with my existing gutters that were only a few years old, Integrity Roofing fixed them for a nominal cost and included them under my warranty. When the job was finished, we were very pleased.

I was completely satisfied from the promptness of the first call, to the professionalism of the staff. Integrity Roofing truly lives up to their name. They did business with integrity.

A very professional team. Danny is fantastic. They came out to give an estimate and did a full roof walk through to check for anything else. Once they came out for the repairs they arrived 10 minutes early and got right to work. They were completed within the hour. Afterwards they explained everything they did and just gave me advice for future houses that I might purchase or build regarding roofing. e.g. avoid staples! Real honest team, I highly recommend. I did think the price was slightly high however for quality work and a great trustworthy company, I am willing to pay it. Danny even helped me place some ant stakes where there was a ant hill near where they were working. That's good service.

Integrity came out was very professional. They did a great job on our roof and we havent had any problems. We sent them to a relatives house and they did a great job as well. We will use them in the future for sure.

During a particularly heavy rainstorm I noticed water dropping from the ceiling in my living room. I requested assistance form AL, and called the first name on the list (don't remember who it was). They were booked for three weeks, so I called the next

Felt we were given a very high estimate for a very small amount of work.

We originally contracted with Integrity for exterior house painting & some carpentry repairs, to be followed by replacing the roof. The painters/carpenters that came out were subcontractors, and we were not happy with the painting prep work and carpentry work that was being done. We talked to AJ about canceling the painting portion of the job, and we hired another painter/carpenter on our own. Integrity worked with us on refiguring the contract and were ready to go as soon as our painters were finished. The roofing took about 3 days. They cleaned up some of the debris each day and did a thorough cleanup when they were finished. They ran a magnet to pick up nails. They also rinsed off the roof. They painted the vent pipes to match the roof. AJ came out a couple of times during the work to check on the progress, and he double-checked the cleanup at the end.

They finished quickly and it was well done. They installed a new solar vent for us.

Mr. Suarez was very professional in his presentation. The workers completed the job in one day from start to finish including the excellent clean up. The new roof looks fantastic. The president of our Home Owners Assoc. stopped by and complimented the excellent work.

Ronnie Suarez was professional from start to finish. He was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. His price was fair. His written proposal was specific and clearly stated. He kept his word and exceeded all objectives. My highest rating. With honors, please.
