Calling Integrity Roofing is like hitting the easy button. I had so many problems with the last roofer and my roof still leaked. For half the price Integrity made the repairs. Raccoons had also been getting into my attic, so I wanted to make sure the roof was secure in that way as well. Danny came out again and found two places of entry. He has scheduled to come out again and close up the areas for NO charge. Wow! Doesn't get any better than that! I won't know if the roof leaks until it rains, but I feel confident that they will take care of that if it happens. The previous roofer told me after the fact that he does not guarantee his work. Integrity has given me a year waranty. Fabulous!

They were fabulous and were really great to work with. They did a great job, and their prices were good. I would rate them highly and will definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

I recently took advantage of the $149 "deal" offered by Integrity Roofing to have my roof inspected and repairs made, if needed. Steve, the inspector came at the appointed time and did his inspection. Thereafter, he showed me photos of various problem areas on my roof and discussed what needed to be done and why. He was very thorough in his explanations and answers to my questions. He gave me a written estimate for the immediate repairs needed and another estimate for a complete re-roofing of my home. Steve was courteous, professional, and provided great information. On July 6th, Leo came at the appointed time and took care of the immediate repairs needed. He was on time, courteous, and professional. Upon completion of the job he showed me the damaged materials that were replaced and also answered some additional questions I had. Amy, who works in their office has been most pleasant, courteous and helpful by telephone. Overall my experience with Integrity Roofing was outstanding. I will call them in the fall to replace my entire roof.

Steve the estimator came out and went over all options and cost associated with replacing the shingles. We took a few days to think about it and then called Steve back to finalize the deal. The job was schedued very quickly as I requested. The crew that came out were very professional, they did a great job on all areas from start to finish. They even went through my Wife's potted plants on the patio looking for nails they may have dropped along with taking a magnet several times to insure they got all the nails around the house picked up. Several representatives form Integrity came out during and after the install to insure everything ws done right and that I was satisfied with the end results.The roof looks great I have had several friends and neighbors already comment on how great it looks.

I had extensive water and wood rot on the soffit and eaves of the wood. My pergola was separating from my brick and the wood was very damaged. My insurance company submitted names of companies for me to choose from. I called two and they came out to check out he problems and promished bids within the week. These two companies, ( Mackenzie Restoration and Lenz Contractors), did not even have the courtesy to call me back or submit a bid. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND these two companies TO ANGIES LIST. I checked into Angies List and called INTERGRITY ROOFING, a company highly rated on the list. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. They were punctual with all their appointments, professional and friendly. The work was outstanding and I look forward to working with them again.

Not Cheap! Overall they were among the most expensive bids but theirs was also used the best materials, offered the most choices and was the most inclusive of all estimates. They replaced the siding and fascia boards first. This went very smoothly. They called the day before they were scheduled to come just to confirm the schedule. Everyone showed up exactly as promised and did not waste any time getting to work. They finished in half a day and came back the next morning and painted everything in less than 2 hours. they started replacing the roof 2 days later, exactly as scheduled. They might have finished that day but the shingle order had been sent to Dallas by mistake. They went as far as they could, straightened out the order and got the shingles here the following morning. Their crew was right there to get started as soon as possible. Again they worked quickly and professionally and the job was done before 3 that afternoon. They cleaned up well. The only problem with the job occurred when the company that delivered the shingles (not Integrity) backed their truck up onto my lawn and left deep ruts in the grass. Although this was not strictly a problem caused by Integrity Roofing, they were most helpful in getting hold of the company who's truck caused the damage and getting that company's representative out here to inspect the damage. That company has promised that they will replace the dirt and sod in the damaged area within a week and Danny, Integrity's estimator and inspector, has promised he will follow up to be sure that it is done. The final job looks great. Overall this has been a positive experience in spite of the ruts in my yard, and I would recommend this company to any one wants a good professional job done. I don't plan on having to worry about the roof for a long time! They are definitely worth it.

The man that came out when over paperwork, they raised prices to be closer to what insurance quoted me. They had a contract that was four pages long. They wanted me to immediately sign contract without reading, it had poor grammar. They messed up the gutters and screens on gutters. They denied any wrong doings. I had a medical emergency during the time of the work and asked the company to go check the roof and come to find out that birds and rodents had gotten into the gutters and screen area. The roof did not look level to me. There was also some rain that come down through the downspout. The company avoided me after I stated the work was not up to standards.

Arrived on site Monday morning at a little after 9 AM. ( a little later than I had expected) The crew was polite, professional and got right to work. The pace was steady and progressed well. Although they started a little late, they worked late as well. They were at work until dark. The estimated time for completion was 2 days. At the end of day two the Forman "Raul" informed me they had not finished and would return the next day to finish up. I pointed out that one of the turbine vents appeared to be out of balance. He acknowledged this and said it would be corrected. On day 3, the production supervisor "Danny" came by to inspect. He told me that both vents would be replaced as they were both faulty. "Probably damaged in the warehouse, it happens all the time." He also said they had "run out of materials" and that they would return that day (day 3) to finish the shingles and install the new vents. No workers returned on day 3 and I received no other communication from the company. On day 4 the work crew returned. They finished up with the shingles and installed the new vents. That afternoon a representative showed up with the invoice and said he would inspect the completion of the shingling. The area that had not been finished was the covering of the deck. I asked him if he intended to inspect the newly replaced vents? He said his ladder was not long enough to reach the roof. I told him that the work crew had first gone to the roof of the deck and than used a second ladder from there to the roof of the house. I offered him the use of my ladder, as I had noticed that the work crew had used my ladder in the course of their work. He agreed and went about his task. He returned shortly and presented the invoice which I payed. I did not get his name and he did not offer a business card. I was disappointed with the timeliness of the work and what I consider to be poor communication. I was pleased with the overall work and work ethic of the crew. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Their service was the best. The sales representative arrived exactly on time to provide an estimate and brought with him samples as well as a complete information packet. He came back with samples of roofing materials to ensure the color precisely matched the roof on the rest of the home. Once we selected them to do the job he returned one additional time to ensure all specs were exactly correct. Upon completion of the job and after the roofing crew departed their company's inspector came by to review the work. Later the sales representative came to review the work as well. They noticed some touch up painting that was required so a few days later the inspector came by and repainted the few areas where the tar had touched the side of the home. About a week after completion we had a severe rain and the porch didn't leak for the first time in the 9 years since Dunn Wright remodeling built the roof. Hooray! I was completely satisfied with their work and service and will use them if/when the time comes to reroof our home.

We were looking to purchase a 40-year old home in San Antonio. The bank refused to loan us the money for the purchase unless the roof was replaced. Integrity came to the rescue with an unbelievable price, professional approach, and a guarantee policy that was unmatched by our two other bidders. We needed a good price, quick turnaround, and quality work to complete the purchase of our dream home. They delivered on al 3 points! The work was completed in a few short days and the crew was respectful and professional throughout the job. The site was cleaned and the roof looked spectacular once completed. We have since referred them twice and have received personalized messages from the owner (and neat gifts) for our referrals and continued relationship. In this town it is very difficult to find licensed, bonded contractors that can back up the work or the mishaps that can occur. Integrity gave us great work but more importantly, peace of mind that they will be around in 10 years if we need to cash in on the warranty and guarantees they provided. We definitely recommend them for roofing and siding.

They were at my house for five days. I have NEVER had a company, especially roofers that have done such immaculate, hassle free work. Each day when they left they cleaned everything up and it didn't even look like they had been there. They started on time and finished on time. These are extremely professional people and worth every bit of the money I had to spend. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair. I even got a tin of chocolate chip cookies as a thank you for my business. They also know a bit about marketing :) Great service and very easy to work with. Integrity Roofing is the BEST!

It started a little rocky, with the salesman saying he could get a certain shingle color, which as it turns out is not available in our state. So I had to settle on a different color; not a deal breaker, but besides confusion and a little delay, was not totally his fault. The crew showed up at the scheduled time and installed the roof in 2 days. It looks good, and so far we have no leaks. There were a couple of negatives: their inspector who checks after the work is finished to see if there are any problems, did not do a good job, since he declared everything finished, but it was obvious to us that not all the vent pipes had been painted. Also, they did not do a good initial job of checking for nails, even though they ran the magnet around the yard, after the first rain we found a lot of nails had washed off the roof and landed very close to our car tires. We called their office on both problems and they took care of them quickly (although I found 2 more nails yesterday. I think they are breeding!) But what makes up for these minor problems, and the occasional lapses of communication between their office and the men in the field, was that their owner, Ronnie Suarez really seems to care and want us to be happy with the job. Their was some confusion whether the original contract included replacing a small section of 2x8 wood trim that had rotted. Ronnie graciously agreed to take care of it at no charge; they even had to have a piece of wood specially cut to match the odd size on our trim. It turned out well. I am pleased with their honesty, dependability, and caring to make us happy with their work.

Integrity was substantially the low bidder to repair a leaky section of roof. They came when they said they would for the quote and for the work. They finished in the time they said they would. They stayed within price. They replaced a weak section of roof, re-felted and re-shingled, installed new flashing on a tricky (curving) section of brick, and sealed some decorative windows that had not (apparently) been sealed since the house was built. I liked their work.

Integrity was one of three companies I called for an estimate. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. The person who did the estimate took extra time to correctly assess what need to be done. His name was Danny Barrera and he is an asset to this company. He thoroughly explained the services that would be provided and gave me a brochure in addition to his explanation. I did not choose them to do this job because of the cost which probably due to the superb quality of their product. Since we are preparing to sell the house, we chose the lower bid. If we would be staying, I would have chosen Integrity Roofing.

Everything went well and according to the agreement we had, as for the quality of a roofing job, time will tell.

Arrived on time, listened to what my desires were, complied, Wind vane installed. No problems. Satisfied.

They were professional, but their estimate was very high. Also, they wanted money up front before the job began. I prefer to work with companies who first perform the work and then I pay them upon completion of the project. I decided to go with another roofing company.

The estimator, Danny, took a look at the roof and gave me a detailed explanation on the problems and how they could fix it. Danny's explanation and cost sounded reasonable so I set up a day to do the work. The work took about 1.5 days and after the job was complete, Danny came back to inspect the work and settle up. Although we haven't had a rain yet, the work looks good. I will report back after the next big rain.

Very satisfied overall. Had to wait a couple days for them to come out after the estimate was given due to heavy storms and many people requesting their services. They came as soon as they could and did a very professional job.

I had three roofing companies inspect and provide an estimate. Integrity Roofing was the only one who said I had a claim on Insurance. Aaron was met by two of my insurance representative. One had arrived earlier, stated he'd have to be shown the damage and called the second adjuster. Aaron apparently "Showed Them The Damage" and my claim was approved. Integrity called to see if they could begin the job several days earlier then scheduled as they had completed several jobs early. Danny, the Site Supervisor, reported the night before the job was support to begin, briefed me on what, when and how things would be done. When the crew started the job it was easy to see why they had completed the other jobs ahead of schedule. They reported early, worked late, and kept the area clean, orderly and safe. With the insurance claim I was able to get a superior product (30 year shingle compared to a 20 year shingle) for about 20% less then the price quoted by the other companies. I received more for less and who could not be happy with that.

We had a good experience with them although their price was a little high for our taste. We were able to negotiate with them and get a satisfactory price for the work. It was quality work and the subcontractors were very good. All in all it was positive experience. I had a few issues with them and I don?t think I would use them again. I believe the salesperson misrepresented the situation and took advantage of my insurance?s estimation. I checked them out with the Better Business Bureau and they got A+ ratings. The person that did the roof was very efficient, he came out and got it done in a timely manner, he explained things.

I was impressed, I thought they did a good job at a good price. The salesman warned me that whoever else comes out should have their own insurance and other documents, he laid all of theirs out for me. I have to say, I was impressed and I thought they did a good job at a pretty fair price.

We wanted to repair the rotting fascia board. The estimator (Danny Barrera) came and took a look. Unlike the other companies he actually got a ladder and climbed up to look at the entire roof. He found several problems that weren't apparent from the ground and took pictures with a digital camera so we could see for ourselves. This impressed my husband and I. We thought the estimate a bit high but went ahead because we were impressed with his thoroughness. Then we had a bad storm and we were without electricity for 3 days. The company was accommodating, brought a generator and did what they could during that time. During the repairs they discovered more rot underneath the rot. They thought it might cost another $2000. We agreed reluctantly. After all the work was done Danny came and went over the work with me. I thought they had done a good job. They cleaned up after themselves fairly well. The paint job on the new fascia looked great exactly matching what had been there before. Danny said he really hated the thought of adding on to the original estimate so they just charged what they had stated in the beginning. All in all I thought it a good experience and I would hire them again.
