At first, the sub-contractor’s work didn’t meet our expectations, but in the end, everything worked out fine. Ronnie Suarez, the owner of Integrity Roofing, is committed to insuring customer satisfaction, so you’re in excellent hands. Steven Jasik, the Lead Estimator, easily gained my trust and was a pleasure to work with. To their great credit, they completed my job very quickly to accommodate my upcoming overseas assignment. I know they’re not the least expensive company around, but they’re a company I can trust. For me, that’s precious. Bottom line: I’m voting with my wallet. I have yet more construction projects and I’ve asked them for an estimate. This is a company I can trust to get the job done right, so this is a company I can recommend without reservation.

Integrity Roofing completed the estimate and job on time as agreed to. They were especially helpful working with me being out of state. They matched a competitors bid and were able to complete the work earlier than anyone else I contacted. Professional and reasonably priced. It was a pleasure doing business with Integrity Roofing and their staff. Kendra was particularly helpful returning all my calls and emails to make sure my questions and concerns were addressed. I'll definitely keep them in mind for my future needs.

They are doing a wonderful job; infact they had to delay it because of the weather and they are finishing it this afternoon. I will use them again in the future.

The company was very responsive. I had a last minute change of work schedule. Integrity Roofing was able to accommodate the change. The crew was reasonably punctual, as my call was their second or third of the day. They arrived at the end of the scheduled arrival time interval. The work was accomplished as quoted. The additional work identified was explained clearly to me. They cleaned the worksite completely when they finished.

On the day of the appointment the roofer showed up on time introduced himself went down the list on what he was going to do then commenced to go to work. He was very professional and worked quickly while doing a good job. I am very satisfied with the work of Integrity Roofing and will use them for any future work or repairs.

The roofers arrived on time, explained the repairs in detail and did a complete inspection of my roof. One of the problems I encountered was a leak from the chimney. Since the repair time , it has rained twice and I have encountered no leaks.The staff of Integrity was extremely courteous and competent. I would definitely rec: their services to any future customer.

I called several roofers for estimates on roof repairs that I needed. Intergrity was very knowledgable and courteous in explaining what needed to be done. Their price was very reasonable and the work they did was excellent. They were prompt, friendly and and cleaned up all debris from their work. They did have to do some additional work which was not in the original proposal, but the additional costs were reasonable. I am very happy with the results of their work. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

From Angies List I purchased a Big Deal for Integrity Roofing for $149 which gave me $300 worth of repairs. I was contacted by Integrity Roofing almost immediately. A very professional and polite representative from Integrity Roofing came to inspect my roof. His first name was Steven. Cannot remember his last name. I told him about the problems I had been having getting the leak around the chimney repaired. After he checked it for himself, he explained to me in detail what their repairman would do and gave me an estimate for the work. He set an appointment for the repairs. The repairs were completed by competent and professional representatives, and I was later sent a bill. The repairs came out to roughly $400 more than the estimate that I was given because there was no estimate given for replacing the flashing and the trim around the chimney. That was a bit of a disappoint, but I was very happy to have my leak finally fixed!! I should have called professional roofers in the first place. I will call Integrity Roofing if I need any other roof repairs or replacements. Because of the Big Deal, I spent $845 and got $994 worth of labor and supplies. Not too bad.

Leo and assistant did excellent work. On time and never stop hustling to get the work done. The appearance of the new planks, caulk and paint is magnificent. They did not leave until they knew we were satisfied. I felt they were pretty pricey for the work performed, but I am willing to pay for quality. I will be hiring them again to do additional work.

Excellent! We originally used one of the Angie's List Deals for roof repairs. Steven was a pleasure to deal with in providing both a recommended list of repairs and an initial estimate to completely replace the roof. After our insurance company found additional hail damage to our gutters and windows, Ronnie (company owner) personally came out to provide a revised estimate. He worked with us to provide a reasonable price, explained the entire process and gave us an approximate start date. He had an inspector on the premises to make sure everything went as planned. The workers were also professional, the project ran on schedule and the mess was minimal. We are very pleased with the end result, the materials, workmanship and the entire process. We have already identified our next home improvement project & will definitely be calling on Integrity again.

Sometimes, some companies go out of their way to make sure your experience with them is excellent. That's how i felt about my experience with Integrity Roofing and Siding. My experience with Intergrity was really good.. At each step of the way, their team was responsive and professional. They were fairly priced, and they were competitive, although they weren't the cheapest. I just didn't think the cheaper bid would deliver the kind of quality I was seeking. Ronnie Suarez and his team did an excellent job for me, and i would recommend them to anyone needing roofing, siding, skylights, or exterior painting. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I feel fortunate to have gone with Integrity - they lived up to their name in every way. I got quotes from four contractors for this job - one estimate was higher, one was lower and two were right in the middle - Integrity was right in the middle. I went with Integrity because of their professionalism from the very beginning - from the initial estimate through the completion of the work, they were wonderful! Everything was completed on time and they were always available to take care of the details. I highly recommend Integeity.

Estimate was the highest, and I used another contractor.

I had a leak in my chimney and I also had an annoying drip right outside the second story bedroom window. I had previous roofing companies try to resolve the leak to no avail. I called Integrity Roofing after searching their name on Angie's List.. They came over and gave me an estimate. I found them to be very knowledgeable as they found other areas of roof issues that might have contributed to the problem. They suggested that I purchase a gutter which would help the water flow to stop the annoying drip. I was hesitant to purchase gutter because it was a two story with plenty of trees around. They assured me that the company does quality work and has leaf guard protection available. The workers who came out to repair the roof and install the gutters were impressive. They showed up on time and were meticulous in their efforts. They cleaned up the yard after the repairs and I was totally pleased. I had a minor mis-communication with the gutters. I thought the estimate included the leaf guard but it did not. We were able to resolve the issue fairly. Now, all I needed was a heavy rain to test how well they did. A very heavy rain came and I am happy to say that I heard no dripping in the chimney or outside the bedroom window. I am extremely happy with the work that was completed from start to finish. I would definitely refer them to anyone who had roofing or gutter issues.

The entire process was very professional. I would definitely use them again, in fact I lhad them inspect my daughters house, which is being rented out. the result was the same.

I think their work turned out quit well. We had several companies provide us with a quote, and they were the only ones who actually got up on our roof to perform an inspection. They were bar far the most expensive, but their quote was comprehensive and included all of the work necessary to resolve our problem. I was impressed with their professionalism, and the outcome of their service.

I think they did a great job! They were professional and quick. We had one question afterward, and they came out to address it immediately. I was very pleased with their service, and would definitely use them again.

Integrity did a really fantastic job. I’m going to need a new roof in the next few years, and I’ll definitely call them first for an estimate. They did a great job of explaining things to me thoroughly and clearly, and I’m happy with the results of their work.

I thought they might try to upsell quite a bit, but the told me how many years I have left on my roof and what they could do to ensure all parts of my roof last the same amount of time. The price they quoted was reasonable and the work was performed quickly and efficiently. I was extremely pleased.
