Integrity Roofing & Siding

We had estimates from 3 companies. We knew we needed some repairs before having a roof installed. We went with Integrity because we were impressed with the superior quality of the materials used (actually showed us samples). We also were impressed with Danny Barrera, a production supervisor, sent out to give us the estimate. The other companies only gave us 'vague' quotes for repairs. Danny actually measured the areas needing repairs so there were no surprises. Integrity even painted the new fascia boards and pipes...no other company offered to do that. The crew finished in 2 days instead of 3. They cleaned up after the first day, returned early the next, and stayed to finish the job! Another supervisor came out, checked the work (while the crew was still there), and checked to make sure everything was picked up (no loose nails on ground, etc.) He asked if we were satisfied and when we said yes, he signed off on the work and then collected the final payment. We have received many compliments on our new roof and how quickly the work was done. We would not hestitate to use them again in the future. We highly recommend them to everyone!

It was great. I'm very happy. I was truly worried about purchasing something prior to service, just because of not knowing if I would get roped into some kind of scheme. HOWEVER, it was not that way at all. Steve came out to our house, questioned me on what I was worried about (we had a roof leak right at one of our gables whenever we got a hard rain), looked it over, told me not to worry, that it was an easy fix with flashing (I had spoken to other roofing men, from a different "list" before, who told me the same thing but wanted A LOT more money, so I knew he was on the up and up with me.) He fixed it quickly, then went around my entire roof and made some other repairs to the shingles and was done. Super nice guy and I was so happy to have someone who wasn't going to try and rip me off or sell me more than I needed. I am so happy with the work and the experience and if we ever have any other roofing issues we will be calling Integrity Roofing.

They were very professional and polite. They called to let me know that my appointment would be postponed a week due to rain. Then on the day of the appointment, they called to ask if they could start their work earlier than scheduled. The crew showed me the pieces that were replaced and cleared away all of the old materials. I'm very pleased with their work and would gladly call them again.

This was my first Angies List Coupon purchase,it was a great deal for an inspection and minor repairs if any where needed. I scheduled a date and time that worked for both Integrity and myself, however the inspector called about 40 mins before the appointment to say he was having trouble finding my address in the subdivision. In the end it turned out he had the right address but the wrong subdivision...let us say after a trip back across San Antonio at rush hour he arrived over an hour later. (Don't trust the electronics folks, call and get a reference point, in this case U.S. Highway 90 West) The actual inspection took less than a half hour. The inspector was impressed with my house builders work, plenty of roof vents, no popped nails or lifted shingles even after 12 years of Texas heat and wind. No other work was performed, the written report did suggest that in a few years I have someone look at the roof flashing again.

Men arrived on time. Took them about 90 minutes to do the repair and seal the vent pipes and chimney. Very courteous and willing to answer questions. We had a rain storm 3 days after the repair and could find no evidence of water leakage inside the house. They offer a 1 year warranty. The jury is still out as to whether the repair fully fixes the leak, but it looks good so far.

They are very good at giving an estimate but they are very expensive. They were very professional, prompt, and considerate just to high priced for me.

On 2/7/2012, Tues, we were scheduled for our house project to begin. At 7 A.M. it started to rain and Integrity Roofing said it would be better to wait until tomorrow, 2/8/2012, Wed, to get started. They told us that our roof material would be delivered Tuesday afternoon and it was. The roofing material was put on the roof by a conveyor belt on the delivery truck. On 2/8/2012, the Integrity Roofing crew arrived on time at 9 A,M, at our house for the project. The crew consisted of 4 roofers. They were friendly and courteous and fully explained what they were going to do. They had me show them the trim boards I wanted changed. Once they checked all the material, they got started with the roof. They kept us informed on their progress as the day went on. They worked up until about 6 P.M. and said they would need to come back on Thurs, 2/9/2012 to finish, They finished the roof except for the front porch and still had to do the trim woodwork. The roof looked great with the new shingles. The one problem was the fact the outside temperature was only about 50 degrees and not hot enough for the shingles to settle and flatten. The crew explained after it starts getting hotter that the shingles will adhere to the roof and be okay. On Thursday, 2/9/2012, the crew came back at 9 A.M. again and finished the porch shingles and did all the Wood Trim on our house. They did a terrific job on their workmanship. We are very happy with the way our house looks now. The outside temperature stayed only in the 50's for the next 2 weeks, so I got concerned since the shingles haven't settled yet. I called Integrity Roofing and told them I was worried about the cold temperature and they said they would send someone to our house and check the shingles. In the meantime, the next 2 days we had warmer weather and when he checked our roof, some of the shingles started to adhere to the roof. He said after more warm days, we would be fine but if we have more concerns, to call them again. This city has a lot of roofers and we didn't know who to go with. Thank goodness we had an email from Angie's List on Integrity Roofing. Integrity Roofing is a honest and trustworthy company. They are certified with GAF as an installer for dimensional shingles. We would highly recommend Integrity Roofing to anyone who needs their house re-shingled. They do excellent work and can be trusted.

Punctual, honest and hard working. Will definitely use them again. This is the second time we've had them do work for us and we were pleased both times.

It rained quite a bit in December, but they kept in touch with us and fit us in very quickly. The day of the work, the roofer showed up on time, asked my concerns about the roof, immediately inspected the roof and informed us what repairs were required. They worked quickly replacing a few shingles and sealed a heating vent within budget. We will eventually have to replace the roof and when we do, I imagine we will use Integrity. I trust they will do a good job.

They did a fantastic job. They were very responsive and on time. They called to follow up. They did everything that they were supposed to. They came back to check a few things that I wanted them to check, and they fixed it.

This is the most polite company I have ever dealt with, from the young lady who answered the phone to the guys who did the work to the guy who came to pick up the check. They are remarkably cordial. It was really amazing.

Integrity was able to fit us in on President's Day holiday. The only issue was on the time that they were supposed to show up. Due to a mix up of scheduling they were late, however were very apologetic.The crew was very nice and performed quality work quickly. They painted the siding section even though it was not in the scope of work. This is the second time we have used Integrity, and will include them in the future bidding process for roofing, siding, and window needs.

The repair crew came and did the work of sealing loose shingle around the edge of my roof. They also worked on a rain divert-er that keeps rain away from the front door. Because of the San Antonio drought, I did not know I still had a problem until the next hard rain. I found rain was still getting in behind the fascia where the raid divert-er was located. They came back, completely re-installed the divert-er, fixed the problem, and there was no additional charge. They repaired all the problems and performed as advertised. I will use them for future roofing.

The story is not yet complete. He will return next week with help to do the repairs.

I thought they were very nice; very personable. They got the job done in one day and did a absolutely wonderful job; it looks great. The workers were quiet, nice and they cleaned up afterwards. They were nice and polite to my mother-in-law while they were there. The price was expensive, but we purchased an expensive item and we got what we paid for. I will definitely use them again.

They are our neighbors and so I have used them in the past as well. They showed up on the original appointment. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They looked at the work and gave an estimate. We decided to go through them and get it done. They did good work. They did it over two days. One time I had called him and didn’t hear back from him for a day or so.

I would tell other people to use this company. They were just excellent.

They are good. We used them before. Extremely good company.

I hired this company a second time because I was extremely pleased with their first work for us. Workers showed up on time, and immediately started working. Did not notice them ever taking extended breaks. The work took the whole day and into a second day. They offered to finish it the next day (Saturday) but I deferred to the next week. The work was meticulous, precise, and done with exacting care. The results are absolutely beautiful. They will not leave any job until they know you are 100% satisfied. They did a full cleanup in all areas they worked. This company is honest and does marvelous work, at a price that's a bargain for the number of hours they invest. I have not seen better in the 16 years I have lived in San Antonio.

These folks are simply the best. We called and obtained a telephone quote from A.D. Suarez over the phone, which quote seemed fair, and we made an appointment for a team member to come out and give an on-site inspection and full quote. We had hail damage on a relatively new roof and needed to replace the enitire 4,600 sq ft roof. Ronnie Suarez came out and spent a couple of hours looking at the roof, talking to us about options, shingles, etc, and we felt absolutely comfortable dealing with the Suarez' from the start. It was obviously a good gut feeling because they came through each step of the way. We scheduled a start date and on the agreed date there were workers outside by 8am. The workers were all professional, courteous, and extremely hard workers. Apart from their breaks, they did not stop each day until the sun was going down. The project supervisor was available regulalry thrwhich was pushed back a week because of rain, and when toughout the day, and anytime we had a question or concern it was addressed promptly. A.D. Suarez was on the job site throughout the 3 day project as well and made sure everything was properly taken care of. This was really a pretty big project, involved what to us is significant money, and we wanted the job done right. We are usually fairly demanding but fair in our expectations, and Integrity Roofing delivered on all counts. The Suarez family is absolutely honest. Any agreement you have with them they will abide by, which makes it alot easier to sleep easily during a big project like this. We would reccomend this company without hesitation to anyone needing roof replacement. Their subcontractor also installed gutters around the house and these were also installed very nicely to specification. It just rained today and everything seemed to work very well. Great company!

I had a bad wind turbine installed a couple of years ago. Integrity Roofing was able to diagnost the problem and fix it by reinstalling a suitable wind turbine. They finished by sealing the new wind turbine and all the other pipe collars, exposed nails, A/C furnace and hot water heater jacks. Worked preformed today was exceptional and a great price. Integrity Roofing notified me before they arrived and after work was completed. My house will need a new roof in a few of years and I will have it done by Integrity Roofing. I also will refer Integrity Roofing to family and friends.

They are priced very fair and get a reasonable price for a highly reputable company.

I chose to work with Integrity based on their great reputation on Angie's list and a Groupon deal that I found as well. When I called, Kindra was very nice on the phone and set me up with an appointment in a couple of working days. They were very busy because of the Groupon but they kept their appointment. Somehow they even kept their scheduled work day even though we had had a lot of rain during the week. Danny and the guys on the job were very pleasant and seemed happy to be doing their work- a great job at that. The most amazing feature about Integrity is how well they communicate. I received phone calls as well as emails about who, what, when, where and a "thank you for doing business". Great job!

I would recommend them; they did fine work and I will use them again in the future.

Integrity Roofing replaced the shingles on my roof with high quality shingles and replaced and painted the damaged sheetrock on the wall and ceiling of my backroom. The work was completed in a timely fashion with all questions and concerns answered in a satisfactory manner. The clean-up was thorough, and a telephonic follow-up was conducted by the company owner to ensure we were satisfied.
