I wanted Integrity Roofing to give me an estimate for replacing my gutters. Not only were they over an hour late, which caused me to cancel a previous engagement with my husband, but the guy who was supposed to show up had "an emergency with his child at a sporting event," so someone else did a quick measurement. It took the guy 5 minutes to measure the front and the back gutters, and then he left, saying they'd email the estimate the next day, without discussing anything with me, like the rotting wood behind the gutters. I didn't receive it the next day, and when I was contacted, I was asked for my email address, even though I had given it to the guy who measured. When I did receive the estimate the next day, it was significantly higher than the other two estimates I received from other Angie's List contractors, even though this estimate did not include the 1" wood behind the gutters (which the other contractors included, since the wood is CLEARLY rotted) or a leaf screen, which the others included as well. Needless-to-say, we chose to not use this company. *UPDATE: I raised my overall rating from a "C" to a "B" because of a response I received from Integrity. Stephanie was extremely apologetic and explained the confluence of events that contributed to my negative experience. She was genuine and empathetic during our discussion, and I really appreciated the apology.

Initially the job was to be performed on a Monday, but weather didn't permit. I was called and advised they would re-schedule for Thursday/Friday since it was going to be a 2-day job. Well, someone showed up Tuesday to do repairs. Luckily for me I was home and didn't mind the unexpected visit. I walked around the house with the roofers and showed them exactly what needed to be done. The female who was overlooking the job was very knowledgeable! The work was completed within a few hours vice the 2 days I was given. The only issue I had was that I wasn't given an invoice once the job was complete. Instead, I received a phone call asking how I wanted to pay my remaining balance. Since I was paying cash, I couldn't send it in the mail and I didn't want to drive to them since it really wasn't my responsibility to take it to them. The owner personally came to my house (unexpected again) to pick up payment. Luckily I had the money on hand to give to him. Overall, the main problem was fixed. The job was completed in a professional manner and my house looks better.

Their bid was reasonable (although, after work was complete, the estimator said he had actually underbid by quite a bit -- we were not asked to make up any difference between his underbid and the actual cost). They performed the work well and on time. The office personnel stayed in touch with us throughout. I would hire them again.

The repairs on the fascia and shingles went really well. They were done in May and June. I live out of state and they were very accomodating, thorough, and easy to communicate with. I'd give both those jobs an A, with a B for price. However, the third job did not go well. We had lots and lots of problems communicating and they knew I was closing on the house. Once we got it worked out, the work quality was fine. I'd give this job an C because of the problems with responsiveness and punctuality, with a B for price.

I HAD USED INTEGRITY ROOFING PRIOR TO MY HOME RE-ROOF. RONNIE SUAREZ HAD BEEN REFERRED BY A MUTUAL FRIEND AND I DECIDED TO CHECK HIM OUT ON SOME SMALL JOBS FOR WORK IN THE REAL ESTATE MARKET. HE DID SOME MINOR REPAIRS ON OVERHANGS, WINDOWS, SMALL SHEETROCK REPAIR AND PAINTING, AND EVERY JOB WAS TIMELY AND EXECUTED PERFECTLY. HIS EMPLOYEES WORKED GREAT WITH MINE AND THERE WERE NO COMPLAINTS. I CONTINUED TO CALL RONNIE OVER THE COURSE OF A FEW MONTHS TO ADDRESS SOME OTHER ISSUES FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. NONE OF WHICH HAD ANY COMPLAINTS. FINALLY, A FEW MONTHS HAD PASSED AND WITHOUT WARNING, A MAJOR HAIL STORM CAME ACROSS NORTHCENTRAL AND NORTHWEST SAN ANTONIO. THIS STORM REALLY DID A NUMBER ON MY HOME AND RONNIE QUICKLY FOLLOWED UP ON MY REQUEST FOR INSPECTION AND ESTIMATE. RONNIE ACTUALLY CAME AND DID IT HIMSELF, EVEN THOUGH I KNOW HE HAS A RELIABLE AND VERY COMPETENT TEAM WORKING FOR HIM. ONCE MY ROOF WAS INSPECTED AND HE AS WELL AS MYSELF FINISHED WITH INSURANCE, WHICH IS THE MOST TIME CONSUMING ASPECT, THE ROOF WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY AND EXACTLY TO MY SPECIFICATION. INTEGRITY ROOFING HAS AWESOME SERVICE AND PRODUCT. I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO REFFER THEM OR USE THEM AGAIN.

The final roof looks fantastic and the company has since been out to our home to inspect the work to ensure there were no omissions or errors. We have also had recent heavy rains and have noticed no leaks or drainage problems. With so many cut rate roofers in the area, we were glad to have selected Integrity even though the cost may have been otherwise lower. This is a purchase we will enjoy for 20+ years and wanted to be sure we made the right decision on who we seleted for this work. We highly recommend Integrity Roofing and give them an excellent rating overall.
Description of Work: Integrity Roofing was the company that completely replaced our roof. We solicited 3 bids for the service, one of which was more expensive and the other was less than Integrity's proposal. The Integrity salesperson was extremely knowledgable and offered a variety of options for our roof along with potential warranties. The deciding factor for us was the fact that Integrity was bonded and had a strong workmanship guarantee. We also saw some excellent reviews from other customers. The on site work team was professional and clean. The worksite generated a lot of materials as our roof was nearly 30 years old and needed significant repair. We were able to get in and out of the house without incident during the day and only had a minor materials left out prior to completion. There were some nails and debris after the job was completed but we simply asked the job foreman to clean after the work was finalized. This was done to our satisfaction.

Integrity Roofing was very professional both on the phone and the worker who did repairs. We had a few delays because of the weather, but they let us know in a timely manner that the work would have to be postoned until the weather cleared. The work area was kept clean. I had forgotten to let them know I had a discount through Angie's List which was suppose to be mentioned at time the bid was approved. I called them about 3 days later, and they honored the discount! My husband and I would definitely use them again.

The company was impressive with their professionalism and punctuality at first. The job was supposed to start on May 3rd, but the day before, we received a call that a previous job was running a little later than expected, and they would have to start the following Monday. I understood the issue and was fine with the later start date, as it was just supposed to be a two day job. Once the job was started, the workers and the sales guy (Rick James) showed up, along with their Quality Control guy, Ed Ely. I was impressed with the fact that they had a Quality Control guy and felt that we made the right decision by going with this company. Hours within the start of the job, I was informed by Rick that there were numerous layers of old felt that needed to be removed, and that this might cause the job to run a little over the projected completion date. In our contract, the company agreed to replace 30 sq. feet of decking for the negotiated price of $10, 906.00. Once they started to remove the felt, it became apparent that there would be more decking that needed to be replaced, so I verbally agreed to an additional 30 sq. feet. I also asked that each day, before the workers left, that they run the magnet in the backyard, as I have three dogs and did not need a roofing nail in a paw. At the end of the first day, I was out in the backyard in the heat picking up numerous roofing nails, empty bags of shingles, and empty soda cans from the workers. I spoke with Rick James, as he was my point of contact, and he assured me that he would convey the importance of clean up to the workers (as I do not speak Spanish, and the workers did not speak English). To my surprise, the same thing happened the next day where I was out on my hands and knees cleaning up after the workers. At the end of the second day of the job, it was clouding up like it was going to rain, and one of the workers came down to tell me (in as best of English as he could), that they would be leaving and wanted to know if they could come back the next morning to clean up. I told him "No" as I needed to be able to put my three dogs in the back yard and I needed all of the nails, empty soda cans, lunch bags, and old bags of shingles to be removed. They said they had tried to come in the backyard but they were scared of the dogs and they said the back gate was locked. This was an outright lie, as my dogs were inside all day and when I walked to the back to show him the gate has not been locked all day, he just looked at me blankly and chuckled. The workers were not able to return for a few days as we had some more rain. They showed back up on a Saturday and completed the portion of the roof that did not have shingles on it. They left within a few hours. To my surprise, I awoke on Sunday morning to hearing people walking on my roof. No one called to tell me they would be there on a Sunday, so I opened the door to see what was wrong. Some of the workers came back to pick up coolers and a radio that had been left behind. I would've expected a phone call at the very least to inform me that agents of their company would be coming over, especially on a Sunday, but I never received the call. As the job progressed, it just got worse. I never saw Ed, the Quality Control guy again, and A.D. Suarez, the owner's father, came by to collect payment for a completed job. Before I made my "final" payment to A.D., I walked the property with him and showed him more nails, more trash and empty shingle bags that littered the property, as well as chunks of wood that were missing from the roof of our walkway. He conveyed to the worker in Spanish what needed to be done and also instructed him to pick up the remaining trash. The worker laughed when he pointed out the trash to which A.D. replied, "it's no longer funny". I agree, as far as I was concerned, it lost all its humor the second day that I had to go out and clean up after them. Once the last of the clean up was done, A.D. sat at my table and collected payment. Fast forward six hours and we got hit with another storm. We were sitting in our living room and started hearing a fast drip coming from our hot water heater closet. When I opened the door, I saw water pouring in from the roof and it was soaking our fire-proof sheet rock all the way to the floor boards. I called the only person whose cell phone number I had, Rick James. Since it was after office hours, he said his hands were kind of tied. I instructed him to have the owner, Ronnie Suarez, here the following morning at 8:00. At 8:30 the following morning, A.D (the owner's father) and Rene, their repair guy, showed up. I asked where the owner was, and I was told he was busy. Admittedly, I was angry, as I had just paid good money for a new roof, and not even 6 hours later, it was leaking profusely . . . it's worth noting that my old roof never leaked. A.D. sent Rene on the roof to investigate. When he came down, he told A.D. that he thought the vent cap of the hot water heater wasn't pushed down far enough. Since I don't know roofing, I took their word that that was the cause of the leak. So within 20 minutes they were gone. Just for good measure, I called our contractor who knows this house inside and out and had him get on the roof to look. When he came back down 20 minutes later, he had close to 20 pictures of things that were left undone. The cause of the leak was not the vent cap, rather it was a poor roofing job that left the vent in a concave hole which allowed water up and under those shingles and ultimately, in my hallway. Tim also needed to cut holes in the sheetrock inside and run a de-humidifier for 4 days to the tune of $825.00. Now I'm really angry because I'm out that money as well as having a sub-par roofing job done. They also neglected to put flashing in areas that called for it, there were ripped shingles that were placed on my roof, a roof vent was not placed on my garage even though they removed turbines from the garage and it was contracted to have a vent there too. There were roofing nails left exposed and flashing was removed from around our fireplaces and never replaced. Our insurance breakdown also called for all flashing to be removed and replaced, so not only did they try to get one over on me, they also tried to get one over on my insurance company. If it wasn't for our contractor, we would've had no idea how bad things really were on our roof. Armed with ample pictures, I called the company again and insisted that the owner come to my house to look at the pictures we had. I was again told he was busy and again, A.D. showed up. This time he was less than pleasant, because he now knew that were knew the state of our roof. He tried to give us the run around until I showed him all the pictures. It was at that time I told him I had already informed our insurance company of the quality of their work, their lack of professionalism, and also informed him that I asked the adjuster to come out and look at their craftsmanship for himself, and that he would be there later that day. It was at that point that their Quality Control guy, Ed, showed up. I asked why he never came to sign off on the job since he is Quality Control, and he told me he had been sick and was also assigned another job. Ed, A.D., Rene, and our contractor all went on the roof and came back down 20 minutes later. Faced with my contractor, they quickly realized that I was aware of the poor craftsmanship and that they had a lot more work still outstanding. So, to make a long story short, the job took over 30 days to complete as opposed to the two that were initially promised. ALWAYS take pictures, as that was my saving grace. Ed produced a check for the dehumidifier cost incurred and then said he wanted to speak with the adjuster once he showed up. I told Ed he was more than able to speak to the adjuster, but that I wanted to meet with him privately first. While I think that shocked Ed, he obliged. The only reason this company did not get an "F" from me is because of Ed. He worked hard to correct all the problems, ultimately, the owner should've shown up as requested, as it is his business and we were two very unhappy customers. A.D., Ronnie, and the work crew at my house made this experience awful. A.D. was sweet as pie when we first called with the leak, once we knew how bad things really were, when he returned he was gruff and rude. A supplement for additional monies was sent to my insurance company, which they paid. When Ed came by to collect for the last time, we had to sit down with him and show him each invoice and discuss the charges. For example, they charged me $6.00 per linear feet of decking, yet they charged my insurance $4.50 for the same materials. They also charged my insurance company for clean-up, which was a joke as far as I was concerned, since I did the majority of it. Ed did make it right by giving us some money back. Like I said, Ed was the only reason this company did not get an "F" grade. I just would've liked the job to be done right, the first time.
Description of Work: Our area suffered a severe hail storm, and our insurance company agreed that the damaged incurred by the hail warranted a new roof. We contacted three roofing companies to come out and assess the damage and to put in a bid for the job. Integrity Roofing was not the highest bid, nor were they the lowest bid. We were impressed by their sales guy, Rick James, and his sales pitch. After comparing each line item from the three roofing bids, we opted to go with Integrity Roofing. The were contracted to replace our entire roof, along with removing and replacing all the old flashing, and install ridge vents.

Integrity Roofing replaced my roof in March 2010. At that time, assuming everything was done correctly on the roof, I would have given them a "C" rating because they were hounding me for the final payment when I had repeatedly told them I was waiting for The City to pass inspection of the roof. Little did I know that the inspection was only for the shingles, not the "structure" which includes the soffits. When I started getting quotes for exterior paint to my house in March 2012, every painter that looked at it stated that the rotten wood in the soffits must be replaced first and that it should have been done at the time my roof was replaced 2 years earlier. On March 23rd, 2012, I called Ronnie Suarez/Integrity Roofing about the soffits and he immediately, without coming out to see the soffits, determined that the soffits were not rotten at the time of the roof replacement. Because Mr. Suarez questioned the painters' "technical know-how" in reference to their assessment that the wood was old rot, I got 3 different "GAF-Certified" roofers to come look at the 2 places that had rotten wood in the soffits. The roofers found the following: Rotten soffits were clearly old rot and should have been repaired at the time of the roof replacement; The flashing around the fireplace was not replaced or sealed properly at the time of the roof replacement leaving it susceptible to water leakage; The decking around the fireplace is bad, causing dips on either side of the fireplace; Nails should not be poking through the soffits; 1X2s were missing and should have been replaced in order to stabilize the flashing; The shingles do not come out 1/2 inch all around the house, so water has seeped into the fascia boards causing them to mold/rot (which is clearly different in appearance from the overseen rotten soffits); and The roofing felt was not installed properly on the front eyelid dormer. I called the city inspector to find out if he had observed rotten soffits upon completion of the roof replacement but he stated that he only approved the shingles and did not inspect the soffits. He added that another permit would have to be pulled in order to make the needed repairs. Had I been told of the rotten wood in the soffits 2 years ago, I would have fixed it at the time. I made an appointment with Mr. Suarez? office assistant for him to see my roof but he was a no show. I tried to contact Mr. Suarez by Certified Mail, fax, and phone, but he evaded each of my attempts. (I have requested Angie's List to attach the letter I mailed/faxed to Mr. Suarez.) I was willing to allow Mr. Suarez to correct his company's mistakes but he never answered me except to rebut my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. He was able to get my review with the BBB "Administratively Closed" in May, 2012 by falsely claiming that he had offered to come to my house and promised to make it his "first priority" if he determined work was needed. Up to this point, our only contact had been the phone call of March 23, 2013, in which he did NOT offer to come see my house, as can be proven by the audio tape I have of that conversation. On August 30, 2012, I hired an attorney for the sole purpose of writing 1 letter to this roofer to get him to come out to see my roof. (The contract the attorney and I signed made clear that it did not include representation of a lawsuit.) As a result, Mr. Suarez had a team of about 8 men come to look at my roof and attic. The roofer made an offer which did not address all the problems with the roofing job. Then I attempted to resolve the matter through Angie's List's Complaint Resolution Process. Again, the offer made by the roofer was incomplete. So I paid a Texas-Licensed Inspector for a Roof Inspection Report which substantiated EACH AND EVERY CLAIM I MADE. (I have requested Angie's List to attach the roof inspection for anyone's review.) Even with the inspection, the roofer responded by negating, minimizing, or ignoring every finding. The roofer's response to the Complaint Resolution Process falsely states that I wanted the roofer to replace ALL my fascia and soffit [sic] for free. The letter I mailed/faxed to Mr. Suarez says no such thing. The roofer also tries to distract from the roof issues by alleging that my attorney "dropped" me just as he claimed to the Better Business Bureau that I was an "investor". Neither of these allegations is true and I can prove it, if necessary. In short, if you choose this roofing company, pray that you don't need them to come back.

The crew arrived at my house and removed the old shingles and prepared the roof with new decking. There was some delay in the supply of the new shingles; however, the company had informed me that their supplier had an extremely busy demand day, but that the shingles and all other needed supplies would be available later in the afternoon. The needed supplies arrived as promised, and the roof with new vents was completed the next day. The roof looks great and the clean-up was the best I have ever seen done by a contractor. I give the company high marks for its workers and supervisors. I have used the company for two other projects and a third one is planned for the near future. Both completed projects are of high quality and I am extremely happy with the results. I recommend Integrity Roofing highly. There is one item I like to mention. I was told that Texas does not require Workman's Comp Insurance. What happens if an accident happens, and the company does not pay for it.? Will the worker have a right to go after the homeowner? When I asked for a waiver, I received in writing that Texas does not require Workman's Comp Insurance. Would Angie's List please comment on this in an upcoming article.

Not very impressed with set up and followthrough with company. Really would have loved to have roof repaired. Will try another company.
Description of Work: Someone from company came out sometime in May, not sure when now...kind of took measurements. Said job was too big for him and he would have to send someone else with a team to check out roof. I would probably need a new roof. Never heard from anyone from this company again...has been 4-6 week now. Oh well...will try another company.

The work was scheduled within a few days and completed in a timely manner. Initally the trim boards used did not match the rest of the house but they were replaced when this was pointed out to the company. Steve did an excellent and the paint used matched the house perfectly. He was friendly and upbeat in all his dealings with us. We were told an invoice would be sent after the second visit rather than collecting payment when the job was done. Unfortunately the invoice did not arrive and less than 2 weeks later we received a rude collection call from the office. During this call, we were told it was not their fault we did not receive the invoice and they demanded payment that day. A male staff member arrived within an hour to get a check with an invoice $300 higher than the estimate. After all of this, we did some checking on the price and found it was much higher than any of the other companies contacted would have charged. Steve was great but we would not use this company again because of the other problems.
Description of Work: We purchased one of the big deals from Angie's list for a roof inspection and minor repairs. The inspection was scheduled a few days after it was requested and Steve turned up on time. He paid attention to details and was able to fully explain the work to be done. It turned out the roof did not need any repair but the trim boards on the roof line and above were in need of replacement. An estimate was provided on site.

Over the past 2 years several shingles on my roof where torn off due to high winds. Not a fan of heights so I knew I would have to pay someone to get on the roof to repair the shingles. Then one afternoon I saw and purchased the Angies Big Deal for Integrity Roofing. I thought this is perfect I can get my roof taken care of with a discount. Well Integrity Roofing came through with flying colors. First they inspected my gutters, only 5 years old but still checked them over. Then they noticed some areas that needed some additional caulking as the builder had not sealed certain areas of the roof appropriately. Finally they replaced several shingles that had literally ripped in half due to wind. They did everything I expected and more. When I need a new roof this is the first company I am calling. OVERALL Experience: A ? Happy customer Price: A ? Like I said got a deal and they completed the work quickly and professionally and I didn?t have to get on a ladder! Quality: A ? pleased to see that they checked several things even though I told them my only concern were the torn shingles. Responsiveness: A ? Quick to return calls and emails during business hours. I always work late so most of my return calls and or emails are after 9pm. Always got a response the next morning! Punctuality: A - early and called. Nice to see a company that doesn?t give you an appointment between the hours of 9am-4pm. Professionalism: A ? voiced a concern and the office was quick to address and resolve.
Description of Work: Roof Inspection and repairs. I.e. caulking around pipe, replace wind torn shingles, gutter inspection, etc.

In early April 2012, we noticed that a small portion of the ceiling in our garage was discolored, so we knew we had a roof leak. We checked further and discovered that a section of one roof decking panel above the garage had disintegrated and given way. We needed to find a roofer, so in addition to checking the Yellow Pages, we subscribed to Angie's List and checked on roofing companies there. We decided to call Integrity Roofing and an appointment was set up for April 9. A representative, named Marc, arrived as scheduled to scope out the problem. He isolated the problem (a valley section leak, improper flashing, etc.) and provided a reasonable estimate for repairs, whereupon we signed a contract to have the needed work done. Marc was very helpful and informative. A few days later, Integrity Roofing called to set up the repairs for April 26. On April 25, Integrity Roofing called to inform us that the repairs would have to be rescheduled for April 30 due to project delays. The repairman from Integrity Roofing, named René, arrived on April 30 as scheduled. He spent several hours to complete the repairs and took the time to explain and show us what had happened and what he needed to do to rectify the problem. René did a great job! The area by the garage where he worked was left neat and clean when he finished. We would call Integrity Roofing again should another roofing issue develop. Last comment: We also were able to use an Integrity Roofing/Angie's List 10% discount coupon to reduce the overall cost a bit.
Description of Work: - remove roofing shingles and underlying tar paper - remove and replace compromised section of roof decking - lay down water barrier sheathing and add new flashing - install new shingles

I was not very impressed with them because they only work Monday through Friday. The woman did not seem concerned to schedule, so I cancelled any plans to work.

This is a follow-up to my previous posting of May 30th where I graded Integrity Roofing with an "F." In less than 24 hours from the time I assigned the grade, the Vice President of Integrity Roofing called me to discuss the situation. After a very cordial discussion, we agreed that Integrity would send a repairman to repair the roof today. The roof repairs were completed to my satisfaction just a few minutes ago. It is very apparent that the Integrity Roofing management team values their customers' views, are open to constructive criticism and are willing to work with their customers to reach a mutually agreeable outcome. Integrity Roofing management's quick reaction to my review restored my confidence in the company. Based on today's experience, I can recommend them and would use them again. Thank you, Integrity Roofing--you earned your name today!

After hearing their radio commercials, I contacted Integrity Roofing several months ago to request an estimate for a new roof. After a stumble out of the blocks resulting in a lengthy delay with getting an email estimate in a timely manner, a company vice president contacted me personally to apologize for the delay and request another opportunity to gain my business. I'm willing to give a second chance where it is deserved and believed they were sincere in their contrition and deserved another opportunity. I got their new estimate and it exceeded my expectations in both price and design. The project started on time and was completed in a timely manner with minimal disruption to our family. The crew kept the debris cleaned up around the house and made a thorough police of the area at project end. A couple of project managers checked in at the start of the two-day job, a couple of times during the project, and after completion, answering all my questions and addressing my issues and concerns. After a little rocky start, Integrity Roofing knocked it out of the park. My new roof looks great and the neighbors have complimented us on how well our house now looks.
Description of Work: The estimate was for complete removal and disposal of existing roofing material down to the roof decking, removal of two roof turbines and cover holes with new decking, install three ridge vents, install new flashing around sky lights and vent tubes, install quality underlayment, and apply high grade architectural self-sealing shingles. Estimate was for a two-day job.

We were very pleased with Integrity's service. They sent Steve to provide an estimate and he was able to provide it on the spot. He also was there at the agreed upon time. We got several other estimates and Integrity's was the lowest. We had to wait a little over a week for them to be able to come out and do the actual repair. They came on the agreed upon date and did everything as expected. There was no trace left behind of their work i.e., no mess. Also, I was pleased with the office personnel who answered the phone. They too were friendly and helpful.
Description of Work: Integrity Roofing fixed a hole caused by animals in our chimney siding .

We are selling our house, and the home inspector reported "evidence of a leak" around one of the vent pipes. We called another company first and their guy basically didn't want to do anything other than replace the vent and the flashing--without even checking for an actual leak. Steve from Integrity Roofing came out and got right up on the roof, ran the hose over the area for several minutes, and then did a thorough inspection in the attic. There was no leak because the problem was fixed when the roof was replaced 5 years ago. The bottom line is that he did a complete inspection and didn't try to sell us a repair we didn't need. I'm extremely impressed--this was true service and not a sales job!
Description of Work: Inspected a roof vent pipe and the roof for a possible leak.

I called 3 A rated companies for estimates, and Integrity was the last one scheduled. Two representatives came out and explained the products they would use and the process. Though they were the highest bid, we chose to go with them because we could opt for higher quality materials from the same manufacturer and a better warranty. They also agreed to cover the cost of any wood that needed to be replaced, so I think we actually ended up with a better price anyway as there was a lot of it. After we signed the contract and made a down payment, they told us that we would get an e-mail to notify us of the start date. They were pretty busy at the time so there was a bit of a delay. Also, there was a day error in the e-mail, so I was a little irked at first. When they didn't show up; however it was an honest mistake. When they started the job they sent several men and they worked very efficiently and neatly. After the job was done one of the workers very carefully swept the driveway and patio and cleaned up all the debris.
Description of Work: Integrity Roofing removed our old roof, removed and replaced all rotted plywood and trim pieces, painted the replaced trim pieces (including perfectly matching the paint) and trimmed back some overhanging branches. We chose to have them use upgraded underlayment, architectural shingles and ridge vents. Their crew was very efficient and neat. They completed the job in two days and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. The only reason I gave them a "B" for responsiveness is that the office communicated to me that they would start on one day but they had recorded on their calendar that they would start the next day,.It was an honest mistake and the owner came in person to apologize and made sure that we were satisfied with the rest of our experience. The job was very well done and our roof looks beautiful.
