They were very professional and took pictures to explain the repairs they recommended. I was confident that they only recommended required repairs.

They got here when they were scheduled. They finished the same day. I was impressed with the cleanliness and how they cleaned up after they were finished. My neighbor even commented on how impressed she was with them. She is thinking of a new roof and will probably contact them when she is ready.

I understood he would be checking the roof and chimney and replace the flashing and some of the other roofing tiles that needed to be replaced (up to so many). All I received was a quote for the work.

He was quick and professional.

My experience with Integrity Roofing was good right from the start. Craig, the sales associate, was very polite and punctual. When he surveyed my roof, he took pictures of what he thought was damaged and then displayed the pictures on his iPad to show me exactly what he had observed on the roof. I had estimates from two other roofing companies and Integrity was the only one who showed me pictures of my roof. Seeing the pictures gave me peace of mind that my roof did not need to be replaced, but could simply be repaired. Craig did not try and push the more expensive replacement option (>$7000), but suggested a repair was all I needed. In addition to the roof repair, he also noted that my gutters were full of debris, preventing proper drainage (allowing for standing pools of water), and a tree was rubbing against my roof, wearing the shingles down. Integrity's quote to do the repair was about $100 more than the other roofing company's quotes, but Integrity's quote included fixing a section of gutter (other roofers only recommended other companies to fix), cleaning the gutter debris and trimming the tree (items that were not mentioned by the other roofing companies). Scheduling the work to be done was not smooth, as recent storms in the area had increased their workload and they were going through a change in office personnel. However, the work done was thorough and hassle free. I feel like Craig' attention to detail has extended the life of my roof for at least another five years (currently 12 years old).

It went well. The roofer was professional. He arrived on time and went right to work. The flashing that he replaced looks great.

The service has not started yet, but I have been in contact with them several times. They have actually been out here about 3 times, and I have been very pleased. The workers are always here right when they say they are going to be, and they are all very professional and knowledgeable. They don't pressure me at all, and I can tell it's going to be a great experience. I am looking forward to working with them.

We have been in the market to repair some of the siding damaged on our house, built in the late 70s. Integrity had performed well in replacing our roof and we decided to include them in our estimates for the siding work. Their sales associate showed up on time and was professionally dressed. We actually had to reschedule our initial meet as I had a conflict and they had no problem working with our schedule. He climbed on the roof and measured the area and then provided a written estaimte for the work. The estimate included replacement of the siding, repair of the damaged area, and painting and clean up. It was itemized so we could understand the costs. He also presented some alternateive options like hardyplank, etc. but we wanted the same material (or as close as possible) that was originally installed with the home to ensure it looked uniform. The saleperson scheduled a time to come to the property to work on the siding. We were not present on that day but they performed the work and scheduled a time for final inspection. The salesperson met us at the property as we looked at the siding together. All of the materials were cleaned up and you could hardly tell there was anyone at our house. The final product was very close to the original installed siding. The color matched pretty closely, however, it wasn't an exact match as the weathering of the surrounding boards and the new ones were understandbly different. However, we were extremely impressed and at first glance, you can't tell it was new boards and paint installed. Payment was easy and they even followed up to ask us how our experience was a few weeks later.

The folks at Integrity were great, very responsive and communicated well about what was going to happen. When some unexpected weather hit they proactively contacted me to tell me there was going to be a delay and worked around my schedule. They were on time, installed the new roof as expected and did a good clean-up job. I would highly recommend them.

I CALLED THE COMPANY AND TOLD THEM THAT SOME BRANCHES HAD RUBBED SOME OF THE SHINGLES OFF. I WAS AFRAID THERE WAS OTHER DAMAGE. THEY SCHEDULED A TIME FOR ESTIMATE AND WERE OUT ON THE DAY SPECIFIED. THE SHINGLES WERE MATCHED, THE OLD ONES REMOVED AND TAR PAPER REPLACED. THEY REPLACED THE SHINGLES (THERE WERE EVEN MORE THAN I THOUGHT). ALL DEBRIS> WAS REMOVED YOU WOULD NOT EVEN KNOW ANYONE WAS THERE. STEVE THE REPAIRMAN WAS FRIENDLY WITH THE NEIGHBORS WHO CAME OUT TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON.THE BILL WAS THE SAME AS THE ESTIMATE AND HE LEFT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

The experience went about as smoothly as I could have wanted. They was a significant amount of work to be done and they were able to get me into their schedule as quickly as i had wanted. This was a big experience that you don't go through every day. The man that represented Intergrity Roofing, Craig S., was very professional in every step of the way. He helped me to understand every aspect of the work involved. I came away from the process understanding a lot of what are some of the advantagous things you can do can and what does't really impact the benfit that you want ro achieve. I had gotten estimates that were lower and higher but i felt that Integrity was the company I wanted to go with. they did not disappoint me. Craig followed up after the installation and did things that were not a part of the contrated service.They were small things in many respects, but they were significant to me and were richly appreciated. I would higjly reccomend this company.

I called this company hoping to get an estimate on windows, gutters, and some remodeling I needed done. They did not respond to my initial message, so I called again. This time I spoke to someone and made an appointment for Ed to come to my home that Friday evening to give me an estimate. I stayed home Friday, but Ed did not show up or call. I called the company the next day and left a message telling them Ed had not showed up and asking them to call me and reschedule. When I again got no response, I called again on Tuesday and left a message requesting a callback. I did not hear anything, so wrote an Angie's List report. After they saw the report, they contacted me by e-mail and rescheduled. They apparently had the wrong home phone number for me, but I gave them my mother's number on some of my messages (as she is more available) and they did not call that, either. At any rate, Ed did show up at the time of our rescheduled appointment. He had some concerns about the remodeling I wanted to do, and discouraged me from proceeding. I think these problems could probably be overcome...other contractors seemed to have no problem with them. So I got the impression that they did not really want my job. I am still awaiting the estimates. I received the estimate after a couple of weeks and it was approximately two times higher than any other estimate I received. I will not be using this company to do the work.

We had a few delays due to weather and the price ended up being more that I expected...my fault, I thought my roof was smaller than it actually was. In the end, I am very happy with my new roof and the quality of work that was performed.

I purchase the Angie's List Deal for roof repairs. I made and appointment. The initial appointment did not accomplish what I needed. The first service rep. who came out was only interested in selling a whole roof replacement, which was not what I wanted to do. Integrity Roofing became aware of my situation and my initial dissatisfaction. They contacted me, had another representative come take a look, and gave me a list of repairs that they would be able to do. The service and professionalism during the follow-up appointment, was very good. The repairs were done at the first available time that worked for me, my tenant, and their crew. The repairs exceeded my expectations. I'm glad they followed up and took the time to get things right! I will give them a call when I have another roofing job.

Recieved quote from Integrity, and two other bids. Integrity's bid was thourogh, competitively priced, and they were willing to work with us on financing, which was why they were the winning bidder. The initial install date was set up, however, a week before the install date they called and had to delay a week due the inability to get the skylights in, then another week for the delay on the metal. There were rains the next week, which delayed the start date a for about a total of 3 weeks. The initial installer seemed to be professional, coming out prior to the job to ensure everything was good, then they let him go halfway through the job, and had to get more metal to finish the job. The final installer came out and finished the job to our satisfaction. Finally when I asked about the gutters to the foreman, it seemed like he didnt' know that was part of the contract, which then took about another week to get them out to do. All in all, I was disappointed in the management / operations in terms of scheduling / planning, but the people doing the job seemed competent. After the last rain, it was discovered we have a leak, I called them and they got back to me same day with someone coming out the next.

They have great customer service. That company is on the ball. I can not stress how well they treated me. Their response is great and the young lady that helped me through the whole transaction is a true asset to their company (Ms. K.) If i had a qustion, she responded right away. Their work was done in a timely manner and with no complaints on my part. I did contact three companies and out of all three Integrity was the one that gave me the best price, best waranty, and great service. I recommend them and plan to use them again. They are very knowledgeable.

I hired Integrity Roofing to replace a roof that had been damaged by a hailstorm. I had received three quotes from three companies that were highly rated on Angie's list. This was not the lowest bid, but I was most impressed by their apparent professionalism. They responded quickly to my request for a bid and the gentleman that performed the inspection and gave the estimate appeared to do a very thorough job. The work was scheduled within a short timeframe and was carried out on the scheduled date as promised. The crew showed up early in the morning and worked through the day and late into the afternoon, finishing the job in one day. I am obviously no expert on roofs, but by my visual inspection, they appear to have done a very good job on the new roof. A different crew came by later, to install new gutters. This crew appeared somewhat less professional, although they too completed the job as promised within a very short period of time. The new gutters do appear to be of high quality. Despite promising a thorough cleanup job, including running a magnet around the yard to pick up any metal debris, I did in fact find a considerable amount of debris in my yard afterward. To this day, I continue to find small pieces of asphalt shingles and even roofing nails. I even found a very large gutter nail which would have been a very serious hazard had the lawn mower caught it. Other than the lack of a good cleanup job, I believe this company performed an excellent job in installing my new roof and gutters. For this reason, I would consider using them again, but I would be very cautious about making certain that they cleaned up thoroughly after the job was finished.

The initial customer service was very good. The person who came on sight to give me an esitmate was very knowledgeable, detailed, and professional. When I got home on installation day after they left, I noticed there was a 3 foot section of the roof where no flashing was installed. And also, there was a giant hole in one of the window screens. The next day they had a quality control guy come to my house to review what was done. I showed him the problems and they were quickly resolved. I like that they have the quality guy - I think it's something they do for every job. So they fixed those two problems but then for weeks afterwards we were cleaning up the worker's cigarette butts (dozens of them) and we found tons of nails on the ground (which were supposed to have been removed.) Also just some other random garbage, empty drink cups, etc. So I would say the clean up effort just wasn't there.

I am a repeat customer of this firm and they responded promptly to my request for service. I called Monday morning to ask for an estimate; had a written estimate by close of business Wednesday; and the repairs were completed by noon on Friday. The shingles are perfectly matched. The repair team was courteous and efficient and cleaned up and hauled away the shingles that had been blown off. Many thanks to Kendra the scheduler, Steve the estimator and the repair team for a job well done. Use this firm with confidence that the job will be done right, and at a reasonable price.

We had storm damage to the roof which had led to leaks in the attic that ruined part of the living room ceiling. Insurance agreed to cover half of a new roof. We decided to go ahead and have the entire roof replaced as it was also old enough to warrant the complete redo. Integrity provided a quote for the whole roof which was in line with 3 other quotes we received (within 10% of the others). We also had them modify the roof by adding a couple of ridge vents that have helped tremendously with cooling the attic and reducing our electricity bills. The workmanship was good, except that they punctured the coolant line in the attic accidentally with the extra long nails that were used. They did, however, contact an AC company and had it fixed the next day. Initially the company refused to cover the cost as the fine print in the contract states that the company is not responsible for any such occurrences, but with additional discussion Integrity agreed to cover the cost. We would strongly suggest either having the contract reviewed by a lawyer, as should be the case with any contract, and also perhaps doing a walk-through with the company prior to initiating the work. This process would probably help them to identify any possible problems they may run into. Overall we have been extremely satisfied with our new roof and have not had any trouble with shingles falling off or any additional leaks. Integrity also provided the paperwork that we needed to submit to our insurance provider to recover the remainder of the the claim money.

I contacted Integrity because of the positive reviews on Angie's. I explained everything in great detail to the girl that answered the phone and explained that we were mostly interested in the $6,999 deal on the metal roof but also wanted estimates for dimension shingles as well. I told her that time was of the essence because I was closing on the home on 6/29 and had to have a firm estimate in place to present at closing. She acted like she understood and said that she would relay all of this information to whomever was scheduled to come out to the house for the estimate. Mr. Ely came out to the house at the scheduled time on 6/20. My fiance was there and also explained everything that was said to the girl I had spoken with on the phone. My fiance said that Mr. Ely seemed to know what he was doing and he pointed out things that we hadn't even noticed (like an area of rotten soffit that would need replaced). When he left, he said that he would work the figures and email an estimate the next day. 3 days passed and I hadn't received an email, no phone call, nothing - so I called the office. The girl answered the phone and says that she was told to call me (but didn't) to schedule a follow-up visit for additional measurements. I asked her what type of measurements they needed to take in addition to what they were already supposed to have taken when they had gone to the house before. She was very uncertain and said that she would have someone call me. I never received any such call. Finally on 6/26 at 9:30pm I received the estimate - which did not include the dimension shingles nor the metal roofing (which were the only things that we had requested). I contacted Mr. Ely via telephone and explained what we wanted/needed and told him that I was on my lunch hour. He went through a 45-minute sales pitch explaining why they are superior and are GAF certified, etc. clearly not concerned about my lunch timeframe (of which I did not end up having enough time to even eat that day). I told him what another company had quoted and he said that they could and would match it. The quote was emailed but did not include the lifetime dimension shingles that I specifically was requesting (and was quoted by another company - who is also GAF certified). He revamped the quote, but it STILL didn't have the correct shingles listed... he continued putting 3-tabs, which we had already told him we were absolutely NOT interested in. This continued back and forth for about 6 different emails. I finally received an email stating that they would/could not offer the dimension shingles with the lifetime guarantee for the same price. *Integrity also quoted a price to replace rotten fascia near my entry door, and it was $500 more than the bid from Yuras Roofing. I decided to go with another company (Yuras) who has the exact same certifications with the lifetime GAF warranty, and a 15-year guarantee on the work. Yuras was way more professional from the beginning (leaving samples, emailed quote, usps mailed the quote, and followed up). AND Yuras used all of the exact same high-quality GAF materials that Integrity was trying to sell me for almost $4,000 more! I've also noticed that since I requested a quote from Integrity, there have been a number of additional negative reviews. I can't speak on their quality, but I was far less than pleased with the interaction that I did have with them.

They were very punctual. Very professional, showed up on time. They called back to make sure everything went well. Overall, I was very pleased with their service.

The man showed up on time and did all of the repairs as promised. He spent about 4 hours on the roof and cleaned up when finished.He was professional in his work and the only thing that I wasn't expecting to have to supply was direct access to a plug for his smallportable compressor. This was my only complaint as if I had not had a 4 foot heavy duty appliance extension we would have had toput the compressor inside my house. He originally stated it had to be plugged directly in to the outlet and it only had about a 5 footcord on the compressor. The other problem that most likely couldn't be avoided was that since the roof was that old we (neither henor I) could find an exact color match for my original shingles.

Overall, everything was easy and quick. The guys at Integrity walked me through everything and explained all the work in detail. They offered many suggestions as well as options. Very good job. I am happy with my new roof.

Our experience with Integrity Roofing, Windows & Siding was very good. They were very professional, very thorough, and when we had a slight problem they came right back out and fixed it. I thought the prices were quite reasonable. They were very friendly. We have recommended them to several people. We will absolutely use them again in the future if needed.
