Integrity provided quality service in a timely manner at an efficient cost. Sales representative and crew were knowledgeable, to the point, courteous and safe. We are overly cautious due to Covid so it was great to see Integrity personnel respecting, practicing and following safety measures. Lastly, they cleaned up and made sure all our questions were answered before departing. Excellent and reliable choice!!!!

Mr. Jay Harper was our first contact with this company. Very professional and courteous. He examined all work to be completed and provided us a quote on service to include install and painting of siding. He included painting all of our fascia & soffit and also the replacement of a section of fascia that had dry rot. Daniel was the foreman on the crew for this project. He and his crew were outstanding. Everyone was professional, courteous and highly skilled. They did a fantastic job on installation and painting. We have had neighbors complement how our house looks now, and we will definitely recommend this company to others. We would do business with them again.

This is the second house they've roofed fort us. These guys are top notch. They showed up on time, every time. We own a 100 year old house that has decorative trim. They understood this and knew exactly what need to be done in order to preserve the historic nature of the house. When the job was completed they kept in touch making sure we hadn't had any issues. Integrity Roofing was professional and very quick. They did a great job and I was really impressed with the quality and competed siding repair and redesign of a previously poorly designed patio roof. The redesign worked great!

Chimney looked brand new when fixed. Contractor found some additional areas that needed fixing and was done without an extra charge. Work area was also left clean when they were done, which is always appreciated.

We met with 3 contractors to quote work for roof replacement and complete replacement of our cedar siding on a late 70s home (original siding was rotting). Integrity was not the lowest price from the group. However, the high quality of their demonstrated properties, excellent service record, and great referrals encouraged us to contact with them. The estimates and work plan were thoroughly explained by their sales staff. Due to it being original siding, our home required customer cut cedar siding which their carpenters did to perfection. You couldn't tell it wasn't the original siding! They also handled painting and trim perfectly. The roof replacement was through insurance claims (we had hail damage). Their pricing was right in line with our insurance company, went very quickly, and we’ve had no issues since. It also matches well with the siding. When we're working in the yard, at least 10 different cars/passerby’s have asked us who did our siding and roof. Cars have stopped as well to admire the restoration work they did. Definitely recommend!

Service starts with the appointment! After waiting six weeks for an appointment to get my leaky roof fixed, Luke calls and cancels 30 minutes before the schedule time. He tells me the technician was tied up on another job. Now, I am thinking he’s going to tell the guy is just going to be late. No, he tells me I must reschedule, and it would be in several weeks. I said, a call yesterday to reschedule for a day or two later would have been acceptable, but this is not. Of course, he said he did call yesterday but had a bad number. Funny, how the bad number worked this morning. I am taking my business elsewhere.

They did an excellent job. It was a standing seam roof and I have not had any problems since. I would highly recommend them.

Integrity Roofing and Siding is a company that stands by its name. First of all, they did an excellent job in replacing the twenty-two year old asphalt shingles on my roof. They upgraded and brought my roof up to today's code requirements by doing away with the old vents and instead installed a ridge vent. Plus, they installed drip-edge flashing all around the outer edge of the roof. In my dealings back and forth with my insurance company, I had overpaid Integrity Roofing and Siding. The administrative staff at Integrity Roofing notified me of my error, and mailed me a refund check in the amount of $211.88. WOW!!! I'm telling you, doing business with Integrity Roofing and Siding has been a blessing. It's companies like these that will keep America strong. God bless Integrity Roofing and Siding.

It went great. Chris M arrived on time to inspect our roof. A previous company was doing inspections in our community after a storm. The other company’s rep showed me pictures of “damage” and said we should get a new roof. Chris, from Integrity Roofing, did a free inspection and told us that our roof was in good condition. He said that there were some small issues that did not need to be repaired. Chris was friendly and professional. If I do need roof repairs in the future, I will call Integrity Roofing.

Integrity roofing was prompt, professional and did everything they promised. Chris M provided a quality quote and worked with me to secure financing. Integrity's work crew was fast and efficient. The roof looks great and I would use or refer them to a friends/family without hesitation.

Chris was the most professional salesman that I interviewed with materials and explanations that reassured me. The price was comparable with others and reviews were overall great. Work was completed on time and as expected. After going on my roof we found a couple of minor things that needed attention, Fernando made sure it happened. My only wish was that they did a better job of cleaning up after the job, still found nails and shingle pieces around home. After the job worked with Lisa to finalize with insurance company for payment, however I was under the impression that Chris would be helping me through the whole process but I guess after the job that is not the case. Overall satisfied with the work and with the help when it came to the confusing insurance filing.

Seems fine, but will see how it goes after it rains again.

Excellent, on time for the job, cleaned up every day after work, very professional workers I have referred them to a few of my friends, I would hire them again in a minute.

This was a two-step project. First the carpenters removed the old gutters, replaced the bad wood, sealed the painted the area. Then the gutter specialist came out. He fabricated and installed the new guttering on-site. The workers were fast, efficient and totally professional. Expansion of project scope was quickly acknowledged and incorporated without hesitation. Truly excellent customer service.
