Ronny came & gave us an estimate and worked with us on the negotiation of the final price. His office always called and gave us updates on the start date and the progress of the job. Very professional and attentative to our questions and phone calls. Cleaned up very welk and would use them again should the need arise. Recommend highly.

They were wonderful. They made things right. The person that came out initially was not professional and didn't do a good job but I called and talked to the owner and they came out and went above and beyond to make things right. They were responsive to my concerns.

Roof itself was well-done. Problems included: (1) House is stucco. Roof tar was scatterred on variousoutside walls. Downspot dented. (2) While the overall supervisor spoke English, he was only at work site at start or end of day. No one on work crew spoke English. It was difficult to communicate with crew as work progressed. (3) Not all work contracted for was completed (roof vent). So price was adjusted at end of job.

A recent windstorm peeled off a good section of my roof. I called Integrity Roofing and right from the first call, they were very professional and friendly. Due to the number of people affected by the storm, it took Integrity Roofing a few days before they could come out to give an estimate. The employee that did the inspection was thorough and was very knowledgeable. We discussed different methods for installing a radiant barrier. I felt the employee was honest and didn't feel pressured into buying anything not needed. The install took two days for 3,000 square feet of roofing. Each time the employees left, they were very thorough in cleaning up the debris and nails.

I liked everything about them. The quality of work was excellent and the price was fair. The whole experience was positive. We dealt with Ronnie. By the time they left, we felt like they were family. They were all nice people. They were so good and everything went to well that I told all of our neighbors and four other houses in our Cul-de-sac hired them for new roofs.

The original service call was to provide a cost estimate for repair of shingles damaged by high winds. Steve, from Integrity Roofing, arrived on time and inspected my roof. He advised that only 6-8 tiles required replacement and quoted a reasonable price. I agreed to the price and assumed that I would need to schedule another appointment for the repair, probably weeks later. I was very pleasantly surprised when Steve offered to do the repair while he was he was already at my house. Steve completed the work in about 30-min. He showed me the broken shingles, explained how they failed, and described how he did the repair. I was impressed with his experience and his answers to my question. Steve and Integrity Roofing did a great job.

I had purchased a $300 value coupon for $150 that offered free roof inspection and repair of minor problems. In early March, a severe windstorm ripped shingles off my roof. I called Integrity, whom I use almost exclusively, to see when a technician might be sent to repair the roof. Because of the windstorm's severity, they were already booked for a week, so sent a roofer out 7 days later. The roofer, Steve, was professional, courteous and competent. He repaired all the shingle damage with shingles I had on hand, and inspected and repaired an area where I had an occasional leak. The coupon paid for all the work done. Integrity is a good company that I will continue to use.

Integrity Roofing made an issue I had with the service of a former employee of theirs right (I say former because he did not meet the standards of this company's professionalism and I was not the only one to complain). Due to their genuine concern for the customer and wanting to do whatever ti took to make it right I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I purchased the special offer of about $200.00. They came and inspected the roof and told me they would get back with me to repair the 4 shingles that had blown off. They never got back with me. I contacted them 3 weeks later to inquire and they said the job was going to be much more expensive- They claimed that my roof was very steep. It is very steep, but when they came to inspect it they had no problem with the pitch of the roof and the repair was very close to the base of the roof. When they did repair it only a ladder was necessary. I asked why they hadn't contacted me and they couldnt tell me why. After several phone calls to the company and finally a conversation with the owner I finally got my roof repaired. They did a quality job, but they were not going to honor their special and their company communication is poor.

They did a good job, showed up on time and gave us an estimated life span for our roof. They described some needed maintenance that we would need with the rubber seals around the roof vents but said they had caulked it and that would last for several months. Great job and experience.

They were punctual. They were friendly. They did not rush us. I was really happy when they were all done. Their owner came back out, who I think was the father of the owner, just to make sure everything was cleaned up. So I was really happy with them.

First appointment was to evaluate the roof and problem. Although the guy was nice, he had no idea I had groupon and wanted a small roof repair. He wanted to do a complete evaluation of the roof and I let him. I did say I it was unlikely I would need more than just the shingle replaced. He kept referring to a larger job and my discount would be applied. I said I hoped the job could be completed for what I had already paid. After much back and forth (including phone calls to the office) he finally gave me an estimate for the $300 (covered by the groupon coupon). Second apointment: 1 shingle was replaced.

Integrity Roofing did a great job. Excellent customer service will use them in the future.

The company was professional and responsive. The service rep arrived on time, inspected our roof, discoverd the damage, and made the repair within an hour. The rep was professional and friendly.

High winds blew some shingles off my roof. I came outside the morning after the wind storm and shingles were littered all over my lawn. I had about six places where shingles were missing. I called Integrity that same day and they came out two days after that to do the repairs. This was the second time I've used Integrity to repair roof damage. Overall it was a simple, smooth experience. I would recommend Integrity Roofing, Windows & Siding.

Company was very responsive to my call. Appointment made on time. Understood urgency to fix leak ASAP. Explained what the problem was and options for taking care of it. All expenses were reasonable and well explained. Felt this company lives up to its name.

I was impressed at the short duration it took to complete the project and was happy with the final outcome. The crew were very nice and knowledgeable. I was pleased with the work performed and would encourage anyone with siding needs to check out this company. Ed Ely was very professional and open to answering any questions that I had.

It was fine. They did the work. They came out and took pictures. I asked for the pictures to show the company that was going to take care of the animals. They said they were unable to send pics through phone or email. They came out to fix the roof and left and never came back. Once we called after waiting, they said they had to make an order. They did come back out and fixed itand the owner did call and apologize

Initial install was quick, 2 and 1/2 days. Roof looked great. Love the look of the dimensional shingles. But I was surprised at how wide the drip edge was, and with three roof lines facing the street...the edge was glaringly ugly. Also, at either side of the deck cover, where the deck roof meets the house roof, they had a large galvanized sheet to cover the seam where the roof meets. This sheet corner stuck out, wasn't trimmed back, looked tacky and unsafe (if anyone had to do work up near it). I spoke with the person (who had originally given us the quote and work description) about the dredging, and was told that as of 2013, the city required it. Since he had not told us about that, he said their company would have it painted for us, at not cost to us. Date was set up for them to come out and look at edging, and the pieces at the deck roof. Before they came out, it rained (thank goodness!). The day after it rained, I had a wet spot on (about 2 in x 8 in) my dining room ceiling. Called company, and a few days later, representative came out and found that the flashing around the one roof vent had never been sealed. He sealed at that visit, but I forgot to remind him to look at the flashing at deck roof. He said they would also have someone come and repair paint in dining room. I figured when the painter came out, they could look at roof edge of deck and the dining room ceiling. Before the painter came out, there was some confusion in the office about the cost of the painting and I had to remind them that they were doing it at their cost. Painter came out and did edging, and another tech trimmed back the metal sheet at deck roof. No one has called me back about repairing the dining room ceiling.

Steve with Integrity Roofing came to my house to inspect the work I needed. He took pictures of the chimney. Within a day or two he emailed me an estimate of the work to be done. Steve answered any questions I had and clarified what was included in the estimate. Once I was comfortable with the estimate, Steve came back to perform the work. The work was completed in one day and looks great.

Work was performed in two steps: 1) Estimator came to take a peek at roof and provide an estimate of what material would be required ($100 of material) 2) Roofer came the following week to perform the needed work Estimate was accurate, both estimator and roofer were on-time and acted with upmost professionalism - Office staff who helped schedule the visits is also very professional and easy to work with. I will definitely use this company again in the future should the need arise

They arrived a couple of days earlier than the original scheduled date and that was wonderful. The staff were thoroughly professional.

After the estimate and plans for repairs I was able to set up days for implementation. The crew was excellant and kept me informed of their progress. A foreman came out to inspect and to see if I had any questions about the project. They did an excellant job and provided me with before and after pictures of the damages and repairs to validate their work. Very impressed and pleased with the job.

Integrity did a great job from start to finish. The receptionist, estimator, and workman were all professional and did what they said they would do. Very reliable.
