This company no longer handles roof leaks despite their listing

Integrity responded to my inquiry to my satisfaction.

Overall great experience working with Intergrity Roofing. I marked them down a bit on punctuality because they were a little late showing up for a few appoinments. This was understandable because they were very busy due to the wind damage in the San Antonio area.

It went perfect from start to finish. The owner, Ronnie Suarez, came out to visit to give me an estimate. He was right on time and was very thorough in his examination of my roof and roof damage (wind event damaged some shingles on my roof as well as several others on my street). My insurance company had authorized a complete roof replacement and had already paid me. I let Ronnie compare his measurements and diagrams to those of my insurance company and he found an issue with their calculations. He actually contacted my adjuster on my behalf and got the insurance company corrected, which resulted in a 2nd check to me from my insurance. Ronnie was very thorough in his explanation of time frames, products that he uses, warranties available, etc. but was very low pressure - explained everything but left it up to me to choose. He also offered me several options and explained costs or savings with each. He left me with all the info to review and decide what I wanted to do. I emailed him the next day that I chose him and his company to do my work and what materials/colors/choices I had decided on. He immediately firmed up our estimate/contract and we decided on a time to start - I had 2 business trips coming up so in order to work around that, the approxiamate start date had to be delayed about 3 weeks (due to my circumstances only, not Integrity's....). Emily was the scheduling coordinator and as the date approached she kept me up to date. The work started right on time and moved quickly. The crew came on a Tuesday and were completely finished by Thursday afternoon. Great crew, very friendly, very clean and orderly and very quiet (my neighbor across the street had roof repair just before me (by an unknown roofer) and were noisy, had music playing, messy, etc). In fact my next door neighbor even commented on how professional the crew was. At the end of each day, the crew totally cleaned everything up and ran magnets in grass and driveway to pick up any nails. The work was flawless and looks very professional. Ronnie's dad came out the following day (Friday) to settle up and answer any questions. Super nice guy, very friendly, very professional. Overall, Integrity Roofing did a perfect job and was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I was impressed with every person from Integrity that I had contact with. I would use them again and I would refer them to any one. Needless to say, I'm completely satisfied.

Wonderful, the team was very professional , they didn't waste time ,the supervisors did a great job of staying on top of all issues. The roof was very old and now its looks great

I called Integrity Roofing for a roofing quote, and as most of the roofers in town seem to have a great deal of ongoing projects, had to set up an appointment a couple of weeks away. The rep showed up a few minutes late, but seemed to perform a thorough inspection of the roof and the work needing to be done. He explained his estimate and offered to to any additional questions I had. The quote was more than $2000 more than the other 3 I had received, but the rep explained the costs and why it was so high. I just couldn't justify spending that much money when others, with great reviews on Angie's List, came in with estimates much lower.

No job performed reimbursed for big deal purchase. Decided to wait for new roof.

Old hail damaged shingles & tar paper were removed and hauled off along with damaged plywood sections. One layer of Gaf/Elk Shinglemate felt underlayment was fastened to roof followed by Gaf/Elk Pro Start Starter Strip on all eaves. Shingles were nailed on. Two new turbines were installed; six vent pipe flashings installed. We have satellite TV, and we did have to pay a little extra to DirecTV to reinstall the dish antenna. We also have 3 solar tubes, and they had no problems with installing the shingles around them. One of the 3 later developed a small leak, and they returned promptly to seal it again. Before completing job, they hauled off all resulting debris and ran a magnet over the yard. We opted to replace the existing gutter system at the same time for an additional $1079. The entire process took 3-4 days, not including the gutter installation which took a half day. The roofing team was prompt every day and worked in a professional manner. Owner Ronnie made multiple trips to our house daily to check on the progress being made.

Integrity was terrific with working with us and our home insurance company in trying to get us the most for our coverage. We were very satisfied with the service and attention we received from Integrity people. Not so much with the people sent to do the job. There was a delay in the delivery of the siding, it appears there was a mix-up from the manufacturer, however it was us having to contact Integrity first to find out what was going on since we waited for days after the scheduled date of delivery with no calls from Integrity. After explaining the situation to us they did apologize for not letting us know what was happening. The crew that was hired to set up the siding did leave some of their thrash behind (drink cups, coke bottle, food paper bags) as well as bits and pieces of the old siding all around the house. Also, the crew was a little careless while working around the AC unit as they wrapped the television cable around the AC wiring rather than keeping the cable alongside the house behind the AC wiring. The crew also failed to re-install an outside light fixture leaving the wires sticking out from the wall and the fixture on the floor. However, this was noticed by Integrity quality inspection and Integrity did pick up the thrash left behind, they tried to correct the cable issue, and they re-installed the light fixture. Whoever was sent to paint the fascia area did a little shoddy job since while doing his painting area he also painted over the top part the front porch paint which is of a different color and he just left it like that. This was also noticed by Integrity and they did say that it didn?t look right and they sent someone to repaint the porch area. Roofing went very well. No problems there. It was a pleasure doing business with Integrity. My only suggestion would be for them to vet their contractors a little better.

From the initial visit the company president, Ronnie Suarez, was very helpful and generous with his time, answering all our questions and explaining things so well we really understood the process and the different choices we had in selecting the type and quality of the roof we wanted. We never felt rushed or pressured, which we appreciated. The work was done on schedule and in a professional manner. Several days after completion we had rain. A problem presented on one of the new skylights and an area of the porch's new gutters. The company responded quickly, sending part of the crew back for corrections. Although it took two tries to fix one of the problems to our satisfaction, Ronnie was always quick to return calls and emails, staying on top of things, making sure we were happy with the results. The best part of working with this company is being able to get a quick response from the management on any question, concern or problem, before, during and after the job. The management also has good coordination with the office staff keeping them informed of the job's progress so they can be of help addressing questions or relaying concerns from clients to the proper supervisor. Besides good workmanship, excellent customer service is most important in our choice of companies to work with. We definitely would recommend Integrity Roofing in both respects. We are confident that the warranty they offer on their work will be there if needed. We would use this company again without hesitation and recommend it highly to everyone.

Company co-owner Ronnie gave very professional, detailed presentation on company product. Described details of how project would be executed. Explained what was included in the $3,999 package. Actually was able to get a couple of upgrades within the package price. Communications from the main office (Emily) were always cheerful and professional. The crew that installed the the roof were very professional. Took great care in disposing of old roof materials and swept entire grounds with magnet to capture any loose nails. Highly recommend this company.

Craig was wonderful to work with. He was concerned because there was a hole in the roof and we were getting a lot of rain. The pricing was very fair. He was very professional. The work looks great. They were very prompt in fixing the matter.

.I was pleased with the service overall and found the gentleman that came to my home to be very professional and knowledgeable.They showed up on time as scheduled and they made some repairs and took pictures of the areas that theyfelt needed some attention. I would definitely recommend Integrity roofing to my friends and family.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer to apply to a portion of the price of this project. It went fine but I did not get any competitive prices to compare after they were done. The experience was good; they were very professional, timely and cleaned up. They did a good job.

I had a coupon for Integrity Roofing, Windows & Siding. It went very good. It was fine. They came out a couple weeks ago. They installed the roof and a gutter for me. I spent close to $8,000. Rodney is the owner I believe, he was very helpful. He was very good. He did what he said he was going to do. The price was very good. I called other companies and compared prices with Integrity. What he gave me was top grade. It was fine. That's how good it was. Everything was perfect, the pricing, the work they did, very friendly, very kind. Both secretaries that he has they both were very nice.

The job was satisfactory though the workmanship was a little sloppy. They did only a fair job of nail cleanup.

Fantastic from quote to start to completion. no surprises, other than a superb job with cooperative management and workers. The noise was loud, but tolerable and during reasoable hours.

They were very cordial, on time, descriptive of what the problem was and effectively laid out the solution.

It is like relaxing in your favorite reclining chair. A roof built by Integrity Roofing is the easiest, most worry free, construction project that you will ever experience. Here is what you can expect: 1. Moral Integrity to do the right thing for the customer, even when no one is looking. (Ahh but, I WAS looking and I did so without detection. I?m a very careful person.) 2. Flexibility, courtesy, and respect by all members of Integrity Roofing crew during your roofing construction project. (You are the King and/or Queen of your roofing project.) 3. Flexibility in the fair calculation of compensation in exchange for a great roof. (No funny business .) All individual roofing construction workers were hard working men of maturity with the good old fashion work ethic of a hard day of work in exchange for a fair wage. There was no lollygagging during my roofing project. It was quickly apparent to me that Integrity Roofing hires only the finest workers. From morning to dusk, these men demonstrated a non-stop marathon of physical strength to properly perform all roof deck repairs, followed by the rapid application of the GAF Deck Armor underlayment then almost 39K square feet of GAF Architectural roofing shingles, sealed all roof jacks and one chimney. If I had not seen it with my own eyes, I would not have believed it. I say, ?Who cares if these workers are a little rusty on the English language?? I?m now a believer. And I?m even a staunch Republican and a true American Patriot. These roofing guys were awesome. My wife and I are proud of our roof as it looks exactly like the roofs pictured in the GAF roof system customer brochures. And??.. not that I care, but I saw two of my snobby neighbors (Whom have never even waved hello to me in decades) individually sneak up to my workers to learn the name of this roofing construction company. Perhaps I should have told my snobby neighbors, ?Aye, these guys are mine! Although there were some problems Integrity Roofing made it right. I appreciate it. I was getting frustrated until the manager got involved and made sure it didn't fall through the cracks again.

Excellent! We discovered a deteriorated portion on our roof when we had our house recently painted. Even though the roofing company's schedule was heavily booked due to a recent wind storm, they worked us in and repairs were made in just a short week's time. Their estimate was very competive. Especially noteworthy is their customer service! The individual in charge of operations was superb in working us into their tight schedule and keeping us informed throughbout the process. She was excellent in solving a minor miscommunication problem and that, in and of itself, is worth its weight in gold when dealing with contractors. We have never seen anyone work harder than the roofer who worked non-stop on the roof until quitting time. Dedicated work ethic here! A supervisor came by at the end of the day and inspected the work to make sure we were satisfied. Great follow-up. We will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone,
