Integrity Roofing & Siding

Once the work started, the new roof was installed in a couple of days. Although it is against our association rules, they hammered a company sign into my lawn without asking permission. I subsequently got a letter of reprimand from the management company. Moreover from the beginning it was good that I was on site to prevent problems. The truck delivering the material would have damaged the driveway had I not stopped it from pulling all the way in. I signed a paper allowing them to pull part way in, but I was told this would require extra work moving the materials from a lower level on the roof. Then I saw they intended to throw the old materials on a tarp laid on my lawn and bushes. As it was, the lawn was suffering from the heat and even a light lawn mower had previously caused severe problems. Again they let me know I was causing their workers extra work when I asked them to use the dumpster they had already pulled into my driveway. During the installation, a bucket slid down the roof and crashed onto my glass deck table, shattering it into a thousand pieces. Material from the bucket along with glass pieces are still being found (a month later). The foreman said they would pay for it and take it out of his pay. We looked around town and found a similar but smaller glass table which I picked up and assembled. After the workers left I noticed many problems. The gutter was bent from a ladder they used to gain access to the roof. Tar they used was on the gate to my side lawn. The roof at one edge was inexplicably raised. The gutters were filled with debris and would have not functioned if it rained, and the skylight had old pieces of felt protruding into the ceiling opening and visible from inside. The problems were fixed only after I called and complained. The only other point I'd like to add is minor in actual dollars, but nevertheless points to a problem with this company. They asked if they could use a small broom to clean the debris in the gutters. Once the task was completed, it was obvious that the broom was destroyed. The foreman told me he would buy me a new small broom. He repeated this offer again when he came to fix some of the problems. When I was called by the company to see if I was happy, I told them about never receiving a replacement for the broom. Yesterday I was called by the company and told the foreman would be by in 30 minutes to drop off the broom. We were going out but waited an hour, no one ever came. While these folks seem very nice, it's frustrating to deal with a business that depends on customer's complaints to get the job done right. It hasn't rained since the roof was installed, and frankly I'm a bit concerned.

I purchased an Anglies List Big Deal for a metal roof after a major hail storm in May 2013. On 10 June owner Ronnie Suarez came to the house to discuss my roofing needs because Ed who had been scheduled was unable to make it, the office called to let me know of the time change. Due to the number of roofing projects already started that where affected by the heavy rains in May and June my start date kept slipping. The office called every few days to let me know .The week before the rescheduled install the date was slipped again due to problems getting the metal from the manufactor as a result the start date slipped to 12 Aug. On 12 Aug one worker showed at my home, the rest of the crew where with the truck broken down on the highway as a result no work was started. On Tuesday 13 Aug, the shigles where taken off, most of the yard was cleaned up but I found lunch remains in my brick flowerbed out front. The gate to the back yard was closed but not latched, this is an issue due to the large pond and neighbors children. On Wednesday the 15 the crew had not shown by 10am. I called the office, they tried to contact the work leader and where unable to do so for several hours. My call was returned by the office who said the work leader had a personal issue and could not come. Late that afternoon Ronnie the owner, called to say that the crew behavior was not acceptable and would discount the cost of the roof. Ronnie dispatched the Quality Control Rep to instect the roof as there was a 30% chance of rain in the forcast. Aug 16th work crew on site till rain hit at noon. Crew left the site and did not return, due to issues of working on wet metal. Garden Gate left ajar. No work done over the weekend Aug 17 & 18. Crew on site Aug 19 th& 20th, gate ajar again, on the 21st there was a major issue with the power tools and equipment the crew used. The cable they used kept cutting off the power at the outlets outside and in the garage. As a result the crew borrowed my 100 foot cable to contune work from another outlet, but the some outlets in the garage lost all power. The owner Ronnie Suarez agreed to have Integrey repair the outlets. Also during the repair time frame the crew used enough power and water to up my utiliuty bill by more than $50 Ronnie agreed to discount the bill by that amount. Even with all this YES I would use Integrity again.

I had some shingles fall off after a storm and my house was for sale at the same time. They were great about coming out to inspect and then do the repair - and deal with my traveling schedule at the time.

Steven was very helpful with the initial proposal, even researching the hail resistant shingles for me when I ask about them for insurance purposes. We decided to go with the mid-level shingle and set a date. With the rain delays the job was pushed back but this was not their fault and they kept me updated along the way. They dropped the singles off a day early so they were ready to go first thing in the morning. Before they started they checked with my wife to be sure there were no cars in the garage that they would block inside once they started. They made quick work of the removal and by the time I checked with them at lunch they had already started laying down the new shingles. The foreman, Rene, was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. By the end of the day they had finished the entire job including the chimney repair. They ran a magnet all throughout the yard and got what they could. We have a lot of mulch so it was hard to get all of the nails. We actually borrowed a metal detector to get the rest. Fernando performed a final inspection a couple of days later, actually walking the entire roof to make sure it was done right. He also ran a magnet around the house a second time. All in all a very pleasant experience. Best of all it rained today and NO Leaks!!!

Integrity was prompt and gave me a fair estimate. Completed the job in one day. There was a storm right after completed job and there still was a small leak. I called Integrity and they sent someone out within the next few days. There was a gap around the chimney where the flashing was. The gentleman filled the gap and it seems that it was fixed. We don't have many summer storms in San Antonio, but right after the second repair we did have a sizeable storm. There seems to be no more leaks. Integrity called right after the storm to see how everything was. They truly seemed to want to fix the problem. I would definitely call them again.

It went very well. I was very pleased with them. I didn't pay any more than what the deal was for at that time. I did have them come out at a later date and do some additional work. He came right on time. They were real good. I would definitely use them again.

They actually had to come back because they were late, but overall they did a really good job. We paid quite a bit more than the $3999. The price was ridiculous. He did offer to give me the money back for the deal. They just had to come back one time. They contacted me right away after I've purchased the Big Deal, but it took them a while to come back and fix the problem. I would use them again because I have a 50 year guarantee.

Very prompt, professional, and they did a good quality job. There was always a supervisor available if there were questions. We realize that there may be hidden errors that could show up with time - but - the crew they sent really took time to do a thorough job. I would use Integrity Roofing again with no hesitation.

Great....wouldn't hesitate to use them again. We were having problems losing shingles every time the wind blew. The evening after they finished we had a big storm and I said this would be the real test.....the roof passed with flying colors. Outstanding!

Recently, we had some hail damage, and had someone else come out and look at our roof. We discovered that Integrity never replaced all of the rot and there is even an overhang that looks like it was pieced improperly. Now I will have to have a the rot removed and replaced all out of my pocket again and have my painter come back out and paint our boards again as well. I did contact them about one area I saw above our door when they were first attempting to replace our rot, and all they did was come back out and shoot some putty into this hole. However, it wasn't until later that I discovered all the improper work that they had done.

It all started a few months ago when I was looking for someone to fix our siding. We had broken and cracked pieces. We also had some issues with the framing around our windows and doors. I called Integrity Roofing and because they were so busy, it was going to take over 2 weeks just to have someone come out and look at the house. The first person to come out (can't remember his name) decided that I needed a siding specialist to take care of the issues we were having. After a few more weeks the contractor (Sylvia Osoria) came to look at the house and provided an estimate. I agreed and we were good to go for a start date. Unfortunately the start date didn't happen because the workers were running behind so we were delayed another week. Then we had some rain which pushed us back another week. Not their fault but still a bit aggrivating. The good news is that they kept me informed on what was happening so Integrity Roofing was doing a good job with communication. The job was projected to take 4 days but took 5 which is no big deal. It was a big job in 100 degree weather so I wasn't going to complain. I also bought them a pizza and some Ice Tea to maybe take the edge off a bit. Sylvia and her workers did a wonderful job. They repaired all the siding, caulked the house from top to bottom, repaired the window and door frames with Hardy Plank and painted everything. It looks absolutely wonderful and like a brand new house. I couldn't be more pleased. The workers were also very good about cleaning up after themselves and left no junk in the yard at all. Sylvia was very responsive to all my questions. While the work was progressing, I found a few more issues with the framing and she gladly fixed them even though it was not spelled out on the contract. She definitely went above and beyond. Overall, an excellent experience and the quality of the work is awesome. The only thing I would say is expect to wait a few weeks or more to get the work finished. They are very busy but once the work is complete, you will find that it was worth the wait.

The service was excellent. They did a really good job on our mobile home in San Antonio. I would recommend them.

Very professional and respectful. Dealt with us truthfully and gave us tips and advise. Don't need a roof now, but need to watch a couple of areas.

This was one of the easiest and least stressful repairs we've experienced. Integrity Roofing's professionalism was there from the very beginning. Everyone was pleasant and timely with their communication. We were very impressed with the way they handled the communication from the time of the estimate to the completion of the work. Iif they were running late, wanted to come early, or any other matter relating to the job, being kept informed each step of the way was much appreciated. The Receptionist, the scheduling coordinator, the Job Manager and the workers receive our thanks for a job well done. I definitely would use this company again.

Integrity Roofing, Windows & Siding did a good job, they really did. They fixed what's needed fixing. We had a little difference of opinion about some additional charges but after talking to the owner about it, he honored the coupon. Overall, I was impressed with the roofing guys. I appreciated what they did. What the coupon stated was 4 hours of work or something like that, not that it was restricted to one specific job. We were back and forth a little bit and the owner finally said "you're right" so there were no additional charges placed. I didn't pay anything more than what I paid for the coupon.

I didn't spend more than the big deal that I purchased for Integrity Roofing, Windows & Siding.

Excellent workmanship; Very professional staff; Safety conscious; Completed roof and removed all debris in one day. Returned to run magnets again and inspect. Respectful of my concerns. They were not the least expensive of those I contacted, but worth every dime for peace of mind. I highly recommend this service organization.

The process began with a very responsive estimate. Because of the thoroughness of the appraiser, Ed Ely, I was able to document costs that two other appraisers had missed. He worked closely with me and my insurance company to ensure all legitimate losses were claimed. As a direct result of his effort, the insurance company approved the estimate quickly and the repairs began shortly thereafter. The folks that actually did the work were both friendly and professional. They did a superb job and did a great job on cleaning up after themselves.

Just received bids so far, will update after work completed.

Very good work! This was an Angie's List Deal for inspection and repair, rather than a major job. The work was good and will put off a major roof replacement job by a couple of years--definitely worth the money. The Integrity Roofing team was reasonable, reliable,and easy to work with. I would gladly use these folks again in the future.

Integrity responded quickly to my call for work, estimated the job and fixed the issue as expected. They also identified a ridge line that needed repair and fixed it as well. The shingles they installed were a good match and the guys were prompt and professional. I am satisfied with the overall experience.

Update 06/27/13: I called Integrity up again and found that the no call no show was a mistake that was caused by an extremely busy weekend when we had the several flash floods. Last time the person who answered the phone was curteous and very helpful but I guess there was a mixup with the scheduling. This time the lady that answered the phone was also extremely helpful and I got a quick response to have a qoute on getting a portion of my roof redone. Ronnie came out and was very nice and professional. I could tell that he really cared to fix my problems not just do a quick fix. He broke down all the work that would be required to have a long term solution to my roof leak. He took various pictures of my roof which he emailed to me and he gave me a very informative brochure about the materials and work that would be performed. Ronnie responded very quiclkly through email with a qoute that was more than fair, and I had had three other qoutes. One of the other qoutes was lower but the work they would be performing was not as much as Integrity would be doing and I really felt that Integrity would be much better quality. Ronnie has been keeping constant contact with me through email answering all my questions. I will update again as soon as all the work is performed. Update 07/24/2013 They finished the job in a great amount of time. By the time i got home around 5pm they were already done. And they left the area really clean. I am really grateful to Ronnie for taking the time to deal with the project and for the great customer service. When I am able to redo the rest of the roof I will definitely be calling Intergrity.

First of all, all personell involved were curteous and professional. My complaint is that on the 2nd work day (22/5/2013) I got home from work around 4pm and monitored the roofers until they stopped working at 7:30pm. At this point, I thought the roofing job was done. I asked one the workers if the supervisor had been by to inspect the roof. He said he had been by earlier. I found this a bit odd because when I arrived at my house the roofers were still shingling the roof and still had to shingle the front and rear porches. The following day I called Integrity Roofing about my concerns that the supervisor had not been out to inspect the roof. The person I talked to said she would call the supervisor and confirm that he had inspected the roof. A short while later I received a call back from Integrity Roofing and was told the inpector had inspected my roof. I told the person that I had not seen him the previous day from 4 to 7:30 and that I didn't consider the job complete untilt the roof was inspected. She called the supervisor and then called me and said the supervisor would stop by my house and do another inspection. I met the supervisor at my home around 2:45pm ((22/5/2013). I told him what I told the person over the phone about not seeing anyone inspect the roof while I was at the house. The supervisor told me he had inspected the roof the previous day and said the job had been about "99% percent" complete but he would inspect it again if I wanted him to. I said I did want him to inspect the roof. After he completed his inspection it turned out the rear porch had not been completely shingled because the workers had run out of shingles and the rain diverters on the porches had to be repositioned. I told the supervisor I guess it was a good idea to have the roof inspected "after" the job is completley done. He seemed a bit embarassed when he told me that the job was incomplete and assured me that he would send someone out to finish the job. I told him I was leaving town the following day and that when the job was done my son would hand over a check for the remaining balance on the invoice. My son informed me that someone did go by the following day to finish the job. As mentioned previously, everyone at Integrity Roofing was curteous and professional and I do realize that sometimes mistakes are made, but if I hadn't insisted on having another roof inspection I would still have a partially shingled porch and mispositioned rain diverters.
