Integrity Roofing & Siding

After having Tinsley Roofing schedule, cancel, and then do a no-show, I called Lowes to do a roof inspection and estimate replacing some rotten facia boards. Lowes arrived without a ladder and never got on the roof. they measured the facia and said they would get back with me in 3 to 4 days with an estimate. I guess he had crystal ball in the trunk that would tell him the condition and measurements of the roof. I Never heard from them again either. I have never hired a contractor before because I can do almost everything except roofing and HVAC. I was very discouraged. I called Integrity and Steven came out. He brought a ladder and this was a good thing. He inspected the roof and I was honestly expecting bad news. He told me I could get another year out of the roof and that is was showing its age. I had cheap builder installed 20 year shingles and they are 16 years old. . I wanted to be preventative and not reactive, so I decided to replace the roof and have the facia (48 linear ft) repaired. Steven provided addresses of previous installs with the Hickory color I wanted so that I could see what it looks like on the grand scale. They repaired the facia on a Tuesday and did the roof on Thursday and Friday. Rene showed up with 3 other installers. They worked all day, cleaned up and returned the following morning to finish the job. The roof looks fantastic and the facia boards looked good as well. Steven came by on day one and again on day two for a final inspection. I had a dip in the roof over the porch that was there since the build. Rene and the crew uncovered it and found the decking in that spot was installed the wrong way and they corrected it. they also had to replace one piece of decking due to rot over the porch. Everything went well and everything was completed as promised. After painting the trim around the whole house after they left, I am thinking about vinyl facia and soffit to avoid having to go up two stories and paint again.

The estimator did a good and thorough job of checking the roof and what it would take to put on the new shingles and everything that would go with it. I was expecting it to be more than the amount--$4099--because I understood that the roof is bigger than the house square footage. However, to do the job right made the total $5744, which was just plain more than I can spend on a roof that is merely getting old but still has some life left. I'll need to save up and maybe settle for a cheaper kind of roofing.

I had my roof replaced and the exterior of my house painted. The employees of Integrity were very professional. They arrived on time and completed the job(s) timely. The management of Integrity communicated well and was always available for questions. They used the best products on the market for the roof and used high quality Sherwin Williams paint for the exterior. My wife and I are very pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

They were helpful and responsive. They were very good in accommodating us in such a very short schedule that I made it them to accomplish. I know we went back and forth and they were just confirming when and how they were finishing but we got it done.

I had Ely who is a salesman come to my house and give an estimate for a new roof based on a recommendation of a friend. It appeared the salesman knew what he was doing the first visit but I soon found out that was far from the truth. The salesman had me climb up on the roof and showed me a spot in the roof that appeared to be sagging or unstable. The salesman suggested that he build in the price of some sheets of decking so that if it needed to be replaced it would already be in the estimate. I agreed to this thinking and had him build that into the estimate. After receiving the estimate I contacted the salesman to get a time frame the work would be started. The salesman advised me they would start the project in two weeks. Since I had two leaks in the roof time was a big factor in my decision to have Integrity do the work. I sent them a check for half the cost of replacing the roof. I then called the office to make sure they had received the check and was old they had already deposited the check and would be starting the project in a month and a half. I felt I was lied to about the start date of the project until they had already deposited my check for half the cost. The project was then scheduled to start on August 19, 2013 but it was raining the 19th and 20th. They then contacted me and said since the forecast called for further rain the would not be starting until the following week. They finally started and tore off the old roof on August 28th. On this date I talked to owner father at my house and he advised they would be back Thursday the 29th to continue work. The 29th was a sunny day and when no one showed up I contacted the company only to find out they were not going to work because they thought it would take two days to tear the roof off and it only took one. The following weekend was a holiday and two guys showed about three hours on Saturday. The following week the roofers were waiting on the subcontractors to finish working on the chimney. Evidently no one from the company had advised the subcontractors this because they didn't show up. Finally the chimney was finished and a day later a worker showed up and advised she was here to work on the chimney. I advised her the work was already done and she became upset and stated that she always has problems with Integrity jobs and would no longer accept work from them. The whole time work was being done on the house I asked the salesman what he had found in the section of the roof he had showed me in the beginning as being weak or sagging. I was first advised they had checked it before putting the plastic coating covering the roof. I knew that this had not been done because I was there when that had been done and knew no one had checked it at that point. Then after the metal roofing was put on over the area I was told they would check it from the attic. This sounded very strange since the roof had already been put over the old decking but I was told it may be the joist. After the roof was almost complete the salesman climbed up in the attic and came down and said nothing needed to be done. I replied that I expected him to say that since the roof was almost done. He later called me and advised that there was work that needed to be done and they would be doing it at their cost due to all the issues on the job. Some of those issues were workers not showing up on perfectly sunny days or showing up and working a couple hours and leaving. So a couple days after they said they would complete the work in the attic another carpenter showed up to do that work. after I was advised he was done in the attic I climbed up in the attic only to find he had reinforced a totally different area of the roof. This is when I had a very heated discussion with the owner of the company and told him how unpleased I was with the whole process. He did offer to have the carpenter back out and fix the right portion of the roof. I advised him I did not want anyone from his company of anyone he hired back on my property. I feel like I was lied to from the start of this project and it continued all the way through the end. No one from this company knows what the others are doing and you get a different answer from everyone you talk to.

They do a good job and the quality is very good. Sometimes they can take quite a while to get something done.

They were punctual and professional. They are a real business. They did what they said they were going to do. We didn't pay extra. They are just good people.

The were prompt in returning the call, on time for the appointment time, did the work as requested and had a different supervisor come to inspect the work. They kept in communication with me the whole time. I would highly recommend these guys and plan on using them again in the future. Excellent work!

I hired Integrity Roofing to remove and install a much better grade of roof than I had had along with good flashing and high grade ridge rows. Additionally, a down spot from the guttering had to be moved to prevent leakage due to the potential of trapped leaves, and shingles had to be taken off and replaced due to installation of better flashing. Integrity Roofing professionals completed all work on time, cleaned up after the work, and followed up with me immediately after completing the project. Although I did not promptly return the call, I eventually noticed a few spots on the replaced siding that needed to be re-painted. When I did finally call, Integrity Roofing was extremely willing to come back for some 'touch-ups' and immediately sent out someone to re-paint at no charge what-so-ever. Furthermore, the warranty offered by this company is excellent. I am thrilled with the responsiveness of this company's employees and highly recommend them!

They used some shingles that were curled, and told me that once they heated up they'd lay down. They haven't, but they don't really affect the performance, it's just something I always see that bugs me a little. I imagine if I asked them to redo it they would; they are pretty responsive; I'm just a little dissapointed that they used the curled shingles in the first place. If not for that, I'd likely have scored them an A. I'm not really sure of the cost; it's a ballpark figure. The date of service could be off by as much as a month.

The job took about 6 hours to complete, so I know they took the time to do the job right. Time will only tell if in fact this work fixed the leak problem (until the next heavy rain occurs), but based on the photos provided, and Integrity's explanation of the damage that needed to be repaired, I feel confident that the problem was addressed. Leo said to call if there is any leak during the next heavy rain, and they will come out right away and address the issue.

I had a leak in my tile roof. They took the tile off and took out the old decking that was rotted. They installed new decking and sealed the roof back up including putting the tile back on the roof. The roof has been in great shape since their service. They were very good to work with. When I called to set up the appointment I had no issues and was satisfied with their response time. I did spend additional money with them but it was minimal for the work completed.

They came out and provided an estimate, about a week later I gave them a call and told them I wanted to move forward. There were a few forms and things I needed to sign off on and I was lucky enough that they were able to do everything through e-mail. Their receptionists were amazing. They were able to answer any questions I had and addressed any concerns. After setting a date, the workers came out and accomplished the job in a timely manner. They were really respectable and very organized in the way they worked. They kept the mess to a minimum and I was very happy with their finished work. A few months later my house shifted and the roof started to leak in one area. I called and they were very responsive, they set up a time when the weather was to be clear, came out and fixed it at no charge. They were great. The next time I need roof work, they will be the first one the list to call.

We called in a panic over a roof leak. The service man called to make sure it was ok to arrived early, and fixed the leak for free. He said if this doesn't fix it, call me back and then we'll make a bid.

Ronnie did everything he could to accommodate our schedule, in spite of the torrential rains in San Antonio that week. I was traveling and they had to fax the contract to me. They went out of their way to help me get this accomplished.

It went pretty well. Just what I expected.

The work crew was very good and conscientious; they took great care to limit any damage to my yard and garden!

We have a pond and they built a structure over it to protect the pond and fish from construction trash and it worked beautifully. In addition to replacing the roof, they replaced rotting wood in one area and replaced my gutters with larger ones including screen covers. When I compare my roof to other roofs in the area, my roof seams are not as sharp and straight as others. I also haven't seen other roofs with what I consider as excessive oil canning. The roof vents were sloppy but they worked to make them better. This was a difficult roof which may have lent itself to more issues. I pointed out items of concern on the final inspection Ed would say "Yes, I saw that". This happened several times. Considering I know very little about roofs; I had to question why these items weren't addressed prior to my mentioning them, but thankfully I did. Personally I like Ronnie and his office staff, the office communication was wonderful, always keeping us informed. However they could use better quality control at the job site.

The staff was very professional and courteous. I was kept informed of progress and delays. Final outcome was quality craftsmanship. My pool tank was damaged from a hammer that fell from the roof. The project manager contacted me immediately to inform me of the damage and their plan of action to fix the issue. My pool tank was fixed without hassle. Job well done!

The house is from the mid 1920's. We went through Angie's list and we talked to a few companies and we liked them the best. They gave the best roofing guarantee and they could come out quickly. They had the best mix of price and materials. Hail had damaged a lot of homes at the time. They were able to fit us in within a couple of weeks. They cleaned up everything very nicely.

The roof looks good. The shingles are complete.

I bought an Angies List $99 special for roof inspection/repair from Integrity Roofing. I bought this because I had a leak in one area of my roof that I couldn't locate. They came out, inspected my roof and said they saw no problems. I emphasised that I did have a problem with a leak and they provided a "fix"for the problem. That did not fix my problem so I called them again, they sent out the same person he checked my roof again and said this time it should be fixed, nope not fixed again. I called them again and they sent out the manager, he got on the roof and said he thought he knew what the problem was, this time it appears he was right and the problem was fixed. It appears that when they built my house in 1996 they nailed down boards on the roof for the roofers and normally when they pull the nails out they fill those hole but this time did not. Integrity was always wiling to come back and try to fix the problem, they were always polite both on the telephone and in person. They were also always on time when they said they would be here. It was somewhat frustrating that it took 3 times to get the problem fixed but I must admit it wasn't because of a lack of effort on their part. They did a good job and stuck with their original promise to fix my leak. I would recommend them to anyone who has a roofing problem.

I purchased a big deal from them and they were prompt and had very good customer service.

No issues. They came, they found some minor roof damage from weather, replaced the necessary parts. We also recommended them to our deck contractor to use them for the roof. The roof is still there and we haven't had any water leak, so it must be good.
