Very satisfied with work. Roof looked great after finished. Try to match shingles the best since the roof was over 9 years old.

I couldn't be more pleased. We discussed with Steven the problem we were having with leakage around the fireplace flashing and on the flat patio cover roof. He explained how the flashing should have been installed . We chose to also re-do the patio cover roofing while we were doing the flashing re-do. We encountered a problem when the installers somehow broke through the patio cover decking. Integrity quickly ordered new decking and installed it the next day. Steven then came to the house on Dec 1 (after the Thanksgiving weekend), and did a close inspection of the work and did a water test with a hose to assure that our problem had been corrected. (This was even after we had paid.) Steven was so respectful of us and our concerns and followed up on every issue we brought to him. I felt that we were in the hands of a true professional.

I asked them to fix the hole in the chimney from woodpecker. He said this deal would not cover the hole since it was not technically the roof. He charged me an additional amount to repair. He did inspect the roof and everything looked great!

We are very pleased with Integrity roofing. They worked with our insurance company to replace our roof (hail damage). Stephen and Mr Suarez were both very professional and the work was done quickly and accurately. I recommend them to anyone looking for roof repairs! We will definitely use them in the future. Can't say the same for the insurance company.

The service went okay. A crew of 4 came out and completed the job in 4 days. I had one little leak in the garage they had to come back out and fix. They did a pretty good job. They were okay on the cleanup but I did find quite a few nails after the job. I did see them walk around with magnets trying to get all the nails they could. Scheduling the service went okay but they were pretty booked up because we just had a hail storm.

Steve called and said he was in the area early, so I gave the go ahead to come over. Upon arrival, he inspected the roof and interior for the source of the leak. The suspected cause was a loose seal around a plumbing exhaust pipe, which he caulked at no charge (as well as some other exhaust pipes in the area on the roof). Told me to keep an eye on it and call them back if it continues to leak. Good service, an honest assessment and no charge (for now). Highly recommend these guys.

He was very honest about the work that needed to be done when he came out. He did a great job.

It went perfectly from start to finish, from the initial proposal to the final clean-up. Their initial bid came in slightly higher than others I'd received, but they matched my highest other bid and we had a deal. This is a first class operation, from how they do the initial proposal, which is meticulously thorough, to how they make sure all is done correctly and you are happy during the actual roofing job itself. They took care not to damage any surrounding property, landscaping, sprinklers, lights, etc. They started the carpentry work on Wednesday morning and were completely done with the entire roof by Friday afternoon. The crew came to work, didn't waste any time, knew what they were doing, and got the job done! I would definitely use this provider again and highly recommend Integrity Roofing.

They were okay. I like that they did show up. They didn't need to perform any work.

He was pretty prompt and professional when he got here. He did his work and he was pretty straight forward in saying there is nothing wrong you know you don't need anything that was it. I like it when providers are honest and tell you you don't need anything everything is fine. I don't like trying to being sold something unnecessary. I think their pricing was very good.

Well, guess I covered that. We will never call another roofer. Thanks again, Steve, for a job well done.

Ronnie Saurez was very professional and personable from the first time I met with him, to the very end of the job. I really enjoyed doing business with him. The first carpenter who was sent out to replace rotten fascia did not do a good job. I brought this to Ronnie's attention and he apologized for the inconvenience, then sent out a different carpenter/crew. They did a first class, professional job. They replaced quite a bit of wood and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. Once the weather cooperated, the old three tab shingles were replaced with GAF dimensional shingles and it looks great! I think the guys at Integrity did a super job and I have had many compliments on the new roof. I was a little concerned about a bare spot on a valley where I thought a shingle should have been covering the metal, so I brought it to Ronnie's attention. He assured me that it won't leak and that it will just be a shiny spot on the roof. I had several bids on this job and I feel I made the right choice choosing Integrity.

The quote went fine. They called me and we arranged an appointment. The guy came out on time. He took a look of the job and talked to me about it. He told me when he would get back in touch with me. He told me I would hear back from him on Monday or Tuesday and heard back on Tuesday. I didn't have to call him or chase him down or sorry I'm running late. He showed up and did exactly what he needed to do. He gave me time frame when he would get back to me so I was not waiting.

It is rare for me to write an unsolicited letter of praise for a job well done. As a matter of fact, this is the first time I felt compelled to do so. However, there are certain people who deserve to be recognized for their outstanding service. I would happily recommend Integrity Roofing to work on my house again. More than their ability to get the job done, is their honesty and Integrity. No job is without problems, but it's those problems that allow you to see whether your dealing with a reputable contractor. And, we were!!! All the workers were capable and responsive to our interest. If I called I was met with a friendly voice, Stephanie got my message quickly to the right person. Ronnie was on the scene overseeing things often. We are very satisfied with the outcome of our job and give Integrity Roofing a big thumbs up and would not hesitate to use them again..

I had them out in February and I called them again for another job. They put the gutters in the wrong place but they didn't charge me. They lift the gutter up and put it where it was supposed to be. I wasn't there when they installed but they stood by what they were going to do. They were timely. People can trust them to do a good job.

Spoke with Stephanie from the company, she called me on, Monday, 2 June. She was very genuine and friendly. She was able to work with me on scheduling a time for someone to come out and give me an estimate on replacing siding. I appreciated her calling and thought it showed how much this company does care about customer service and making things right.

We had two holes in the roof where a raccoon was trying to get into the attic as well as two small holes along the roof line that were made by rodents. They came in and cleaned up the areas, repaired the holes, and patched the roof. Great job, very professional!

They came on time and did a great job with no extra costs. I had a leak that they fixed.

After speaking with Stephanie I realize it was just a miscommunication by both parties ; Stephanie exhibited a high degree of Professionalism and I would not hesitate to business with Integrity .

I believe I spoke with Ronny and set up the job with him, very professional and informative. I got the impression he knew what he was talking about and we liked him. Though he was a little higher than local contractors, we went with Integrity and were pleased with the job. Cleanup was thorough and we felt we got a good job for the price. Highly recommend this company.

Great job! We got a new architectural shingle roof. Looks great, and we should be well-protected for a long time! The work was very efficiently and professionally done. Integrity Roofing was really great in working with us to meet our scheduling needs (springtime rain showers can add an extra challenge). It was also a real pleasure working with Ronnie and his team, including the office folks (over the phone) and the workers on-site. First-rate job, and yes, I would definitely recommend them to other folks.

They did a good job. They took pictures of everything they did so I could see the before and after.

Integrity Roofing Windows & Siding came out and inspected it. They did a fine job, although they did not have to do any repair but they told us information that we did not have before. That was good. They were far better at least being across the board. I had no problems with them at all.

Excellent. I contacted Integrity through Angie's list and within the hour I heard back from them. They were at my house within 2 days (my schedule not theirs) and the roofer was on time and polite - even with my son's questions about roofing! There was no damage to my roof but when and if there ever is, I will be contacting Integrity.

We have just finally completed a law suit against them by my insurance company - they had accidentally placed a nail through a pipe in my roof which went unnoticed for approx 8 hours and MAJOR water damage was done to my home. My life was upturned as it affected all of my kitchen which I had just renovated and my master bathroom were the two main rooms most affected as well as the entire attic - $21000 damage at least all told - both actual damage to house and then my personal belongings that were ruined, time I then had to take off work (I was about to move the following day to SF but then had to change my plans to deal with the house so I lost several weeks of wages and nearly lost my new job becasue I couldnt get there) , I had to stay in a hotel for a week while the entire house had machines running 24/7 to dry it out, many other incidental costs that I wouldn't otherwise have incurred - please note only $12000 of these costs was covered by insurance - it was a hard time. I understand it was an accident but my only wish would have been for them to take responsibility straight away rather than wait to go to court with Allstate fighting for what was right...there was many allegations that "my house was built wrong having a pipe close to the roof" but please note I was the second owner and it the house passed initial building inspections when it was built 1992, when I bought it (2006) AND when I refinanced the house (2010) - so the house was clear and passed inspection so I was confident it was not built wrong!!! This was one of THE most stressful times in my life...I still think about it with sadness and have never been able to recoup the costs out of my pocket. The positive that came out of it all was a company sent by Allstate to dry up the mess and replace my entire kitchen and bathroom were amazing and I would recommend them to a million people if only I could - FIRST CALL - loved everything about them! The roof does look nice at the end of the day - but the experience was the worst in my life!!! Accidents happen but taking responsibility for them can make a hideous event more bearable. This review is closure for me....I hope this never happens to another person...the stress was horrendous.
