Steve came on time for our estimate to repair the leak. Gave us a fair price. He came on time to do the repair. Scheduler Brandy was courteous on the phone and easy to work with. Excellent company to work with.

Called May 6 and was given an appointment for evaluation on May 24, but the company later called and said they had an opening on May 20. The inspector called that morning and said he would be an hour late. He never showed up, and did not return two calls, so I gave the job to a competitor.

It was an awesome working relationship. Always on time and work was accomplished to my satisfaction. Very professional team, would hire them again!

We were extremely pleased with the work that was done. The team from Integrity Roofing was very responsible and professional from start to finish. Every evening all the supplies were properly cleaned up and trash was disposed of. The finished product was so well done that our neighbors also hired Integrity to do the same standing metal roof. We highly recommend this company and plan to use their services again for window replacement.

Badly. I was never satisfied with the way the roof looked. I saw edges that were torn instead of cut. I saw areas where it was bulging instead of flat. There were areas that were not covered that were supposed to be covered. They told me they don't check for warped decking. I had to get them to come out at least three more times for inspections. That took about a month. They did some more repairs, but I still wasn't satisfied. After the manufacturer came out and told me nothing was wrong we lost a shingle. They replaced it and then we lost another shingle in the first six months since installation.

Everyone was very professional. The work on the fascia was done quickly and they installed the new gutters on our patio when rain was forecast to ensure no flooding in our patio area. They arrived promptly as promised and the workers were very polite and very hard workers. The site foreman checked the job several times a day and ensured any concerns were addressed. The debris was removed and they even returned with a magnet after the job was completed to ensure all of the nails were removed from our property.

Good but they were running behind due to rain and a huge amount of work

They did not charge me because I was having continued problems with the chimney. It turns out it was not their work that was doing it. It was a problem with the masonry up the chimney. They diagnosed that it was the mortar up the chimney, rather than the roofing they did. They told me to get a masonry guy or chimney people. The main things they do are roofing and working on chimneys. The earlier work they did in July was fine. There was no leaking or anything.

Let's see, I used them, I can't remember the last time, I think it would have been like July of last year. They came out and did some repairs to my roofing and around the chimney. The last time was they did a follow up work on my chimney from what they did in August in December. They didn't charge me because I was having continued problems with the chimney but it turned out it wasn't their work that was doing it, it was a problem with the masonry of the chimney so they recommended, they diagnosed it but it was the mortar in the chimney rather than the roofing that they did. So then they told me to get a masonry guy which I was looking up on you all's place, you know, where is masonry repair or chimney people. In the summer when they repaired the roof and for the chimney I think they sprayed on some sealant on it but then it started leaking again and they said it was a chimney which they really don't do like masonry for bricks and stuff like that so they diagnosed that that was the issue and then they recommended a chimney type person because they don't do that kind of thing perse. They just applied some sealant because I said water was getting in the chimney inside so they tried that but that's just not really their main thing, it's just roofing. So that's why they came back in December, but originally in July when they came it was, you know, fix the chimney and the roofing that part was fine, yeah, it wasn't leaking or anything.

I have called Integrity Roofing 3 times going back to early October inquiring about roof repairs on my tile roof in The Dominion. Each time the office staff was friendly and promised me they would get back to me with a date to send some one out to estimate repair scope on my roof. Over two months later, as of December 15th, they have never once called me back. Apparently, they do not need the business. Not sure how they can have an A Rating with customer service and the gross lack of consideration and responsiveness that they have demonstrated with me.

I called Integrity Roofing and requested a bid on replacing the roof on my home. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and took down my information. An appointment was set for Daniel to inspect my roof and provide the bid. He showed up on time, but had only a small ladder with him, and he could not get on my 2-story roof. He said he would get a regular ladder and would be back. He never came back or contacted us again. We had his cell phone number, so we contacted him directly and reminded him that we were still waiting. He set another day and time, but again he failed to show up or contact us. I telephoned the office about a week ago to remind them that we were still waiting. The lady that answered said she would investigate the situation and call me back with an explanation. I never heard from them again. This is very disrespectful on their part. After I posted my review, the owner of Integrity Roofing called me and apologized for the poor service I received. She said my case just slipped through the cracks. She seemed very sincere and I believe that is what happened. She offered to perform some service for me to make amends, but there was nothing I could think of. I'm sorry we were not able to work together more efficiently. I would have liked for them to complete their bid, but I already have signed a contract with another roofer.

Excellent work. Because of the heavy rains over the summer, I was told work would be accomplished at 'earliest' time (October/November). Ongoing rain caused delays - not the company. When work was started, crew was professional - kept area clean and foliage alive! Accomplished work in given time, invited me to 'inspect' work (I am not a roofer....). All looked great. When we discovered at the last minute that a city permit ("Historical District") was needed, company jumped right on it & accomplished needed paperwork before work began.

Integrity Roofing was very professional and did an outstanding job on our roof. Integrity Roofing gave me the Angie's List discount and they apologized for the misunderstanding. I am very happy now because they did a terrific job on my roof and I will refer friends and family to Integrity Roofing in the future.

From the beginning contact with the salesperson who was thorough and knowledgeable to the follow-up check-up, everyone was professional and true to their word. We had hail damage and the salesman was willing to accompany the insurance adjuster during the initial inspection on the roof on a hot July day. We needed some repairs on the fascia and the carpenters did a fine job. A team came out to check the attic so there would be no surprises. At every step of the way, we were informed of the status of our job,what would come next and a supervisor stayed at the work site during the entire installation. Finally, the overseer came and reinspected the workmanship and asked if we had any issues. I would highly recommend this company if a homeowner wants a quality job.

Leo and crew came out Tuesday morning and completed project early Wednesday afternoon. Had it not been for the tiles stack up I would not have know they had started their work- the area was left so clean. All encountered were courteous and professional.

three The arrival at 7:30 am on 8/17/2015. By noon they had taken off the old shingles. The new shingles were delivered at about 1:00 o'clock. They worked until 8:30 pm. During the time the supervisor made three visits to observe the work. On 8/18/2015 they arrived at 7:00 am and finished the work by noon. The supervisor was here twice before they left. The roof looks great. On the 19th the supervisor arrived and did a walk through and went on the roof to check to see if all the work request was done.

Let me start off by saying that the overall experience was good. For the most part Integrity Roofing treated us well during the entire process. Communication was excellent and their staff was very responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. There were a few bumps which I will cover later. Our roof was damaged during a hail storm. When I called Integrity Roofing, it took them a few weeks to get someone out for an estimate. The delay was understandable due to the sudden workload they experienced after the hail storm. When Integrity Roofing reviewed my insurance estimate, they agreed to replace the roof, a few of the screens, window beading and other items on the insurance quote for the amount the insurance company was going to give us (minus our deductible of course). Integrity Roofing would also throw in a few upgrades like a drip edge. So we were all set. Due to some bad weather and their workload, the work on the roof did not happen for another month. Kind of a drag but understandable. When they did show up, the roof replacement phase only took 2 days. Very quick and the quality of the work was fine. The roof felt was replaced with all new 25 year shingles, drip edges and rain diverters. Great work! Now the bumps. I have a satellite dish on the house. While the roof was being replaced, I setup a spare satellite dish in the yard on a tripod so I would not be without service. When the roof work started, the crew was instructed to disconnect the wires, remove the DirecTV satellite dish from the roof and place the dish on the ground next to house so the DirecTV tech could come out and put the dish back on the house. For some reason they did not understand these instructions. When they saw the extra dish in the yard, they assumed the dish on the house was scrap so they basically ripped the dish from the roof and threw if off the roof with cables still connected. The cables tore off the siding on the way down and the dish was completely destroyed when it hit the ground. Really bad form and not very professional. I immediately called a supervisor and he came out to take a look. He apologized and agreed to pay for any damages. After I talked to him, they had a little gathering in the front yard. I didn?t hear the discussion but I hope he was instructing his contractors to not do that sort of thing again. Another bump was with the contractor who was hired to replace our damaged window beading. They did a really sloppy job. As of this writing, we are still trying to get them out to fix their work. Integrity Roofing really needs to monitor their subcontractors more closely to make sure their work is on par. We had some delays and a few issues but as a whole, the work was satisfactory and I would recommend Integrity Roofing to anyone needing a new roof. They are a local company which is a very important factor. Do not hire contractors who magically show up from out of town after a hail storm. They will promise you a new roof with no deductible payout (which means they cut corners) and then suddenly disappear after the work is done. Integrity Roofing is located here in town, their prices are reasonable, and the work quality is good. Recommended but as always, it?s a good idea to keep an eye on them while they do the work.

I called Integrity to repair a leak in my roof. The estimator came out to take a look, but stated that due to the recent storms they had a backlog and were even having to turn jobs away. He also said that it was taking more than a week to even accomplish the estimates. I was willing to wait. After two weeks, however, I hadn't heard back, so I called to check on the status. At that point I was told they couldn't handle my job. I think there was a communication breakdown somewhere along the line as to my work being warranty work. The owner, Ronnie, got involved personally and profusely apologized, stating that due to the increased workload and some new hires, things hadn't gone as smoothly as he would've liked. Afterwards, we were well taken care of. The name "Integrity" says it all. Ronnie really worked to make things right for us, and I would highly recommend this company.

The work that they did was awesome.

From the 1st contact to the installers, it was excellent work. The office contacts were excellent. The workers were excellent. Everybody was very personable. Fair price, and would recommend them.

The project went well from beginning to end. Integrity Roofing was always on time from the initial visit to prepare a bid to the day work began. The superintendent stopped by often while the work was going on to ensure the job was going as planned. When the work was completed, a thorough "walk-thru" was conducted. I am very pleased with Integrity Roofing. I am confident that if any issues with the roof arise in the future that Integrity will make it right.

The came out and looked at the roof. They said it wasn't a simple fix and that it would cost a lot. They were very nice. They kept promising a proposal, but never delivered. I ended up hiring someone else to seal each vent for $300 and that seemed to fix the issue and was pretty easy for the other provider to figure out. This made me not trust Integrity Roofing.

After I made the appointment, Integrity roofing confirmed the appointment and they arrived on time. I showed Steve the leak inside and the roof around the chimney outside. After reviewing the roof by the chimney, Steve advised that all we really needed to do was plug up a couple areas around the chimney that the builders fail to do --at no cost. Since the roof/chimney was not that old and rain forecasted in a day, we were happy to oblige! He advised us to keep an eye out on the leak. and if needed, he would be happy to come out and repair the roof by the chimney. He sent us a timely estimate to repair the chimney/tiles, if needed. It was a fair and reasonable estimate, right in line with another estimate we obtained. We got 4 estimates, one high, one low, and two reasonable. And, I even received a follow up call making sure we received the estimate. I'm happy to say, it's rained twice so far and no leak!! They truely live up to their name "Integrity" Roofing! They were professional, polite and prompt! And the only roofing company that cared to fix a simple issue (for free) and not make it a huge issue. Now that's Integrity!! In the future when our roof needs repairing, I will not hesitate to call Integrity Roofing. It's nice to know there are companies out there that are honest and really care about their customers!!! Thank you "integrity Roofing."

They came out on 01/16 and did walk through. Informed me that they would provide me with estimate on 01/19. Called on 01/20 to find out where the estimate was and was told they would ensure that it was emailed to me. It is now 01/23 and still no estimate. They have terrible customer service, you should not have to continue to follow up on estimate requests if they promise you a certain date. I am confused how this provider has such a high rating if they can not complete a simple estimate. Disappointed greatly. Not sure I even trust the grading scale that Angie's List uses. You should re-think how providers are evaluated. Have crossed this Company off the list and would never recommend them to any one who needs roof repairs or replacements. Mr. Suarez has reached out several times to try and correct the customer service. I would have liked to have gotten better feedback up front. But I appreciate his efforts to make this right.
