My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the work these guys did. They put a roof over our porch and installed a ceiling fan as well. Our porch was nice but without the roof we could barely use it because the deck got so hot from the sun. Our grandkids and dogs wouldn?t go outside because the deck was so hot. Problem solved. They blended the roof with our existing roof and the addition looks like it came with the house. Very grateful for the work Mike and his crew did. We did have some small communication issues, but they were quickly overcome and the project came out great!

The process begins with a visit by Kyle who took the time to listen to our plan, survey and take measurements and then come up with a drawing based on a short discussion. He was sensitive to our budget and he quickly made adjustments to meet that budget. I'm not going to go into the whole process from contract agreement to final hand-off but needless to say, every activity from HOA plan approval, scheduling, demolition, delivery/pickup of materials, construction, staining, and change order was clearly communicated to me and handled by either Aaron or Mike. It also helped that I was there to watch the progress and if questions arose, Juan was there to talk to me directly. I was always informed of what was coming next, when, and who would be my contact during those phases. Communication seems to be an important focus of their company. I noticed that this company focuses on the details and quality of their work - I could tell immediately tell by how precise Kyle drew up the deck plan during the sales visit and then later during construction the details of the deck framing, by Juan and his crew, how quality focused this company is - I'll never see the framing again but it was nice to know it was done really well! Finally, when the steps that were built were just not right, Mike took the time and effort, worked with Kyle to quickly re-design a replacement and get that re-built in a very short amount of time. I want to thank Kyle, site managers Aaron, Mike, and builder Juan for all the hard work put into this project. I know it's not the biggest project they've worked on but I'm very pleased with the results and would highly recommend their work to friends and for any future projects I have.

From the moment of our first contact with Integrated Outdoor Designs to the completion of a complicated project, three months later, everything was handled seamlessly with great professionalism, efficiency, and excellence. They designed a product that more than met our needs, cleared all our documents with our POA, always announced when they were coming and came and worked efficiently and cleaned up afterward. We are now enjoying a great enhancement of our property. Our project included expanding our deck, building a stairway, building a garden house and building a fire pit circular area.

Integrated Outdoor Design were able to build a deck that I wanted for my small yard. Robert came to take the measurements and listened to what I wanted. The deck is good quality and I love it. Kyle came to the house within a few days of calling. I was able to explain what I wanted and Kyle drew it up just the way I wanted it. He gave me a price immediately. Once we agreed on a price, they started in 3 weeks time and finished the job within 3 weeks (waiting on the countertop delayed the completion). Excellent masonry work and fabrication and installation of the granite countertop. The office is very easy to work with and they have quality craftsmen. I will definitely use them again for any outdoor projects.

Kyle Brooks is a brilliant designer. I donâ t know how he came up with it. He does a lot of measuring and thinking and pondering and writing but itâ s perfect. It exceeds my dream of what was possible. And theyâ re old fashion good people care about the humans they work with.

Had a great experience with integrated outdoor designs building a deck to extend our patio and replacing a front railing. Kyle came and did a great job drawing out what I wanted built. They were prompt to start the work and help with my HOA approval. Would definitely recommend! We love our new outdoor space!

They were patient while I changed my mind several times during construction and delivered exactly what I wanted. The team removed an old deck, poured a new stamped, stained patio, built a wood and brick constructed pergola, large fireplace and outdoor kitchen with a bar. The entire project and overall experience with Kyleâ s team exceeded all of my expectations!! I would recommend Integrated Outdoor Designs to anyone.

I had just signed a contract with another contractor when Kyle called and asked if he could bid our project. I'm glad I allowed him to do so as his company produced a higher quality product that included concrete stamping. During our initial conversation, Kyle created a professional architectural drawing for our gazebo and custom shed (with porch) that quite accurately reflected what we wanted, demonstrating his excellent listening and design skills. The quality of materials, especially the cedar for the gazebo, and the craftmanship exceeded our expectations. All their work crews (concrete, framers, painters, masonry) were friendly and responsive to questions and concerns we had during the process. My only regret is not building the shed one to two feet wider, but the front view aspect ratio from our patio looks great. The finished structures and curved stamped concrete path from gazebo to patio add character, appeal, and enjoyment of our backyard.

I cannot express enough how excellent Integrated Outdoor Designs people and workmanship are and more so their professionalism Both those who work for the company and sub-contractors alike built the absolutely best outdoor kitchen I have seen to include those shown in magazines. The owner, Kyle provided a detailed drawing in record time and his staff knew exactly what needed to be accomplished. We were so fortunate to find this company especially in these times of labor and supply shortages. Excellent company!!!!!!

I had asked for quotes from 3 different contractors to build a stamped concrete patio with a pergola - Integrated Design are the only ones who showed, designed, and completed the quote. They were on time, professional, friendly, and completed on time, even when I added electricity and a fan to the pergola. Most importantly, the cost they quoted did not increase!I love my patio!

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with Integrated Outdoor Designs. We felt going in that we had found the right company to build our deck and we werenâ t disappointed. Our deck is one of the most prominent features of our house and we wanted to get people who truly knew what they were doing. We are completely happy with the outcome.

I have always wanted an enclosed patio for my backyard but I decided to do a catio instead. I wanted to have a place for me to relax and have an area where my cats could play without having to worry about the heat. I contacted Integrated Outdoor Designs when I saw the amazing custom builds they had on their website. Kyle was very helpful in coming up with a design that would work for me and my budget. He took the time to understand what I wanted and came up with a design that exceeded my expectations. When my catio got started I was contacted by Kent who would be the project manager. Between him and Kyle, all of the details where taken care of. The two main contractors that did the majority of the build were Mike and James. I can't say enough good things about their work. They were friendly, courteous, and one could definitely see the years of experience they had. The people at Integrated Outdoor Designs are not only experts at constructing one of a kind outdoor builds, but they take care of everything for you...from permits to setting up appointments with contractors to getting materials. They also did a fabulous job in cleaning after themselves when they were done. I now have the perfect, bright, and cozy place to relax and enjoy the outdoors without having to worry about the heat. My cats are also having a great time exploring the new addition and climbing on the cat shelves that were customed built just for them. I would highly recommend Integrated Outdoor Designs to anyone looking for a high quality, custom build whether you want a patio, sunroom, or even your very own catio.

This was a small fence repair and replacement job. This was a referral based on the great work we saw them do on our neighborâ s fence and deck. They did a great job on our fence and I would hire them again.

We had an old deck removed and a new deck installed. Kyle Brooks was wonderful and designed a deck with everything we wanted. The deck was constructed with Trex planks for the floor, cedar railings with black metal spindles, and a cedar pergola/ arbor with clear cover. Exterior outlets, a switch and a ceiling fan were installed on the deck. We had a lot of questions and some changes throughout the construction and both Kyle and Kent were very attentive and patent with us. They made sure the yard was cleaned up when the project was completed. I highly recommend Integrated Outdoor Designs for custom work well done.

Integrated Outdoor Designs did amazing work, and I want to highly recommend them to anyone looking for a creative architect that listens, works with your ideas, is reasonably priced and even comes up with a better design than I ever could have imagined! I started with a shabby, sun soaked deck that was falling apart, and Kyle Brooks created this space that I love! Kyle and his team were professional, timely, attentive to every detail, and made this a great experience!

We have a custom designed for our backyard Western Red Cedar deck, pergola, and cable rail system. We love that the deck is up to code, and completely and safely free standing--- nothing drilled into the fascia or foundation . Thank you for sending Juan and his team to build --- great cooperation, skill, and dedication from the beginning until the end application of Australian Timber Oil.
