 + -1 moreWe were to buy an old fixer upper (built 1917, 921 sq ft) and had the house inspected before sealing the deal. Mr. Dunn gave us an excellent quote (compared to many other inspectors) and was able to come the next day. On the phone he said it will take approx 2-3 hours, but he ended up giving us 5 hours! (no extra charge) We followed him around and he took time to explain and show everything in detail. He was very patient (we asked a lot of questions) and courteous. He did not have any macho attitude whatsoever. When he crawled under the house to inspect our pier and beam foundation, he took a video and showed it to us later, so we could also see what's under there. He sent a full report the next day along with photos and everything. Great service and would definitely recommend him.
