Delivery was on time and as ordered.

Wonderful!! Got two estimates to build a 10 foot by 8 foot by 4-inch concrete pad for an outdoor shed. One estimate was $850 and the other was $1100. I decided to build the concrete pad myself. I used spare lumber from around the house and purchased a few bags of gravel. Contacted Ingram Ready Mix and spoke with Joe Ochoa. Joe was extremely friendly and professional. As this was my first concrete job, I was really nervous. Joe gave some helpful hints. I purchased 1-1/2 cubic yards for $200 which includes the delivery fee. It would have cost me around $300 to buy bagged concrete and then the labor of mixing myself. Joe did let me know the driver would just pour the concrete ... the work was on me. They were running late the day of delivery but they called and let me know. Miguel was the delivery driver. He was so helpful that words can't explain. He provided some good advice and showed me how to screed correctly. Miguel definitely went above and beyond! The customer service of this company exceeded all expectations! In the end, I wound up paying about $275 total to do the job myself which included board to screed, bull float rental from Sunbelt, wire mesh, and bags of gravel.
