Juan left one man to spread 7 cubic yards of mulch while he and his other employee went off on another job. Juan had promised to spread all the mulch, which he did not. My wife and I ended up doing it. He also installed some sort of drip irrigation system on the west side of the house and it does not work well at all. Today, I had Just A Good Sprinkler Man correct all of Juan's mistakes. Juan claimed he doesn't lie but he does. When we last saw him, he asked it would be all right for him and his employee to take a lunch break. As we suspected, he never returned to finish the job.

Juan Estrada?s Infinity Landscaping is performing this landscaping project in my back yard (June 2015). This review also includes Before and After photos uploaded here on Angie?s List. I am writing this review as events take place so I will not leave out any details. This job requires a lot of Hard, Labor intensive work! My back yard has a lot of obstacles that include, an existing paver walk way, concrete borders around trees, planter boxes, sprinkler heads that they have to work around. BEFORE any work starts I am rating the current status of my back yard as: DISASTER ZONE. Previously I thought I had a landscaping company to perform the work, but after the bid I could only get a telephone response one time when I called. It had been raining a lot lately but finally I gave up on the previous company due to no communications/ call back after numerous voice mails and texts. Yesterday (Saturday 30 May 2015) I drove up to a landscaping supply company on 281 North of Overlook Parkway. The business had a million Landscaping Business cards on the bulletin board. I described my job to the owner. I asked the owner of the business if there was any company he recommended. He gave me only a few cards, ?Juan Estrada?s, Infinity Landscaping? being one of them. On Saturday I started making the calls, Juan picked up and said he was in the area doing other work and would come over for the bid. Juan rang my door bell 30 minutes later and Juan and another man measured, surveyed, quoted me a price and ordered 2 pallets of SOD for the project after I agreed on the price. He asked me when I want to start, and I said as soon as possible. First words out of his mouth is, OK we will start tomorrow. He stated that he and his crew will come out Sunday to remove all surface grass and spray Round Up grass and weed killer as step one of the project before any dirt leveling takes place. Saturday a few hours after the quote it rained hard out at my house. I texted him while it was raining (Immediate Response from Juan). Sunday I got up early around 7 AM, texted Juan and asked what he thought (In my mind, I could definitely understand him cancelling Sunday?s activity). Immediate text response, he and his crew will be here at 0920 HRS. I have just received a text from Juan he is on his way. So Far things are going great. (Prompt, with Good communication) Crew came out on Sunday, and pulled all old tree rings out, a weed-eater the entire lawn BALD, cleaned up and left. Monday a lot of dirt removal. Tues more dirt removal and partial Sodding, Wed Sod and tree rings, astro turf prep, Thurs tree ring adjustments (They look great) and Astro turf installation. Totally by the time the project finished a true estimate of 4.5 yards of old sod/dirt was removed. It is now Friday, 6 days after work started, they worked every day, 2 to 3 persons and the yard and turf installation is complete except the material that you lay over the astro turf to brush in. Most every day but Sunday early to mid morning arrival and work finished up around 730 pm. I was in daily contact with Juan during the day if something came up and spoke with him each night about progress, issues and planned activities for the next day. There were some additional costs during the project, large cedar stump removal, and some changes made to initial plan on astro turf install due to large oak tree roots, additional digging and dirt removal. He had to make some trips to stores to purchased additional pavers for border, landscape nails, top dressing for astro turf, Total of additional charges was $500. Of course me being the home owner I do not like the additional charges, but I can understand. Nobody does this kind of work for free. Juan definitely did not get rich off this project and he and his crew busted their butts making my back yard a beautiful oasis. I went from Disaster Zone to beautiful back yard in less than a week. I will upload the pics to give Angie?s list members a good visual. Today Juan will add man made top dressing and brush the astro turf. He says it gives the turf some weight and grooms it. During the project I paid $900 Sunday, $1100 Tues, and the Final $1200 will be paid today when he comes out to finish up the project. Final Rating for Juan and his Crew. Outstanding work, visually pleasing, at a fair price. Note to self?I better get out there and enjoy the back yard before my dogs tear it up again. Humm..I planned on uploading pics but can't figure out how to do it.

The owner is Jaun. He put some kind of stone outside my flowerbed, they looked very nice. He did a lot of things so it took him do the work from November 2014 to March 2015. It is not like he was dragging the job , the time is due to so many things that needed to be done.
Description of Work: He installed a new sprinkler system and removed the grass from my whole yard.
