Incline Air Htg. & AC

AC was not working properly. They assessed the problem which was minor and fixed it and only charged me for the service call.

Very prompt and professional, will use next year.

They never answer my call and emails to schedule an appointment when my wife finally talk with someone he said he can go on Thursday but never show up..

Joe was very thorough and took his time and did a lot more than the other company that's been performing my spring and winter service. I would definitely hire Incline again!

Alright I guess

The provider cancelled our first appointment citing the need to go out of town that weekend. He promised to call on the following Sunday to let me know if he was coming but did not do so. He had the option to do the job the following Friday. The right thing to do is to reach out to me and let me know that he was unable to make it. When I called he made no apology for the lack of communication, and reminded me that I said he also had the option to do the job the following Friday. On Friday, it was past the time of the appointment (10am). I called to ask if he were still going to do the job. He asked if he could come at 12 noon instead. No apology for the lack of communication again! I reached out to Angie’s List and located another provider. I do not believe that this company demonstrated good customer relations.

Worth the money spent.

I purchased the service on line in August. They had access to my address and a general idea of what area of town I lived in. I scheduled for the service to be done on the 8the. I was called by the Technician approximately 20 minutes prior to my appointment that his company did not servicemy area. They had almost a month to research myaddtess and to tell me they didn't service myarea. I lost out on wages after being told that I had to be present in my home when the service was performed. I was also told that I would have yto contact Angie's List in order to receive a refund. All of this could have been avoided by the company letting me know that they didn't service my area over the phone.

Made appointment and when they were running late I called to remind him that we had appointment and he told me he couldn’t come. I took off work to be home so I was not happy. He did not call me back so I contacted Angie List to intervene on my behalf. They responded and inform me they were contacting them and for me to do the same. I called and spoke to him again and he requested I send address which I did and once again he never called or came by. I would not use this company.

Good. Answered phone each time I called. Came a few days before appointment when the prior appointment time we had made didn't work.

After realizing that a control panel was faulty I ordered a new one and they were to come back and install it the following Tuesday or Wednesday. He did not respond to confirm those time so we agreed to a Saturday morning appointment. Incline did not show up or call or email - just disappeared. After a few days I arranged the installation with another company who finished the job.

Quick, fast, professional, and took time to explain what parts of the system they were working on. I would recommend the services.

I am forever grateful to this company and its crew. The guy that came to my house was extremely professional and understanding He explained everything and the price was unbelievable. Thank you so much!!!!!

I would use them again. It was good.

They were excellent to work with - very prompt service (responded quickly, scheduled quickly, arrived on time and performed services in a reasonable amount of time). We appreciated their honest opinion on our unit and ways to improve air flow. We would definitely call on them for future services.
