Went into the wrong door but was greeted by the receptionist who told me i had to drive around the block to thier appliance office to purchase copper tubing for an a/c unit. Drove to the appliance office, but the gentleman that greeted me stated they don't sell copper tubing and never had sold parts. I stated several times that i called in earlier and was given a quote but he maintained that they don't sell parts. I started to leave, and very frustrated but out of desperation I asked him if he could call someone, not wanting to go back home empy handed and resume my search around town for copper tubing After a few minutes of finally reaching someone he told me to go back and drive to the front where I had started and the parts department is located about 10 ft from the receptionist. :( A little upset, but told the receptionist my plight and that the parts warehouse is just a few feet over, not around the block. I didn't get much of a response other than "oh". Perhaps she and the other gentleman in the appliance division are new? It would be nice if employees that work in the same building had a broad or general understanding of the different parts of the same building, but my impression the left hand doesn't know or care what the right hand is doing. I will say on a positive note that they had the lowest price for the copper tubing and the parts division was very friendly and courteous. Also, another odd twist, apparently they only take cash or check, no debit or credit card transactions. So be sure to have either.

I have trusted Ince for thirty-three years to service my air conditioner and heating system. The service men are always very punctual and efficient in getting things done quickly. In the fall, they check my heat, in the spring my air conditioner and we feel that regular maintenance checks keeps things running better. Ince has done repair work for me over the years and we are always pleased with their prompt service work. I really like their senior discount as it saves me money.
