Description of Work: Provider came to my property, listened to what my concerns were, then provided a cost estimate that was higher than I was able to spend at the time. I did no contact him again and he did not contact me. This was an Angies Big Deal.

Description of Work: Has not come out to even look at my yard. They have not done anything, not even a phone call. I order this July 12, 2012. Here we are in year 2013. That a long time and has not showed me any kind of plan. My order number is 368224. If he does not need my business, just tell me and refund my money. I am very up set, over 6 months and nothing.

Description of Work: David Spradling of Image Landscape Development provided a beautiful landscape assessment and conceptual plan for a very reasonable price. During two separate trips to our home he spent approximately three hours listening to our ideas and assessing our yard for landscape improvements. Upon completion of the plan he explained it in detail to us and provided a detailed estimate of the cost. He incorporated into the plan our favorite plants, shrubs, and trees from a list we provided, as well as included his creative ideas and suggestions (including a flagstone patio extension for BBQ grill and a trellis for flowers to hide a neighbor's unattractive wood fence). We appreciate that from his plan we are able to determine the work we can do ourselves to achieve some cost savings from the more difficult and delicate work best left to professionals.

Description of Work: The details of the deal provided for a drawing of a conceptual plan for our property. What we got was verbal advice and an offer to spend over $750 for the drawing which I thought I was paying for in the first place. The deal was misleading and appears to be a classic bait and switch scam. The landscaper was very professional and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to work with him. The problem lies in the false advertizing of the deal. You do not get what you think you're going to get. I feel like I wasted $100.

Description of Work: I am alittle confused it took several days to get a response. The man that came was a co company of company. The gentleman did an assessement of the yard. I was told if I wanted the written plan it self it would cost approx. $500.00 and the $99 would be subtracted from the total. I still have not recieved the plan. I thought it was a deal that was a plan for $99 that usaully cost $500.00

+ -1 moreWe paid $99.00 for the special; however, for $99, he drove to our home. He simply said he would take $99 off of the $450 to do a design for the front yard. The design cost $450 and to do the design was over $8000, so needless to say, we still have a blank canvas... Very misleading.

+ 2 moreIt took us a while to get a target date for beginning the project. He was very adaptable to my needs and we communicated well from the beginning until the project was over yesterday. The foreman of the project recommended an improvement to the design so that the soil and grass wouldn't move over the patio from the highest point of the yard. After conversation with him and the owner of the company, we decided to add the bench seating to act as a retaining wall. The workers were all careful to ensure that my dogs were not in the yard prior to opening the gates and were careful to lock the gates as they left each day. I was comfortable with all the people working on the project.
Description of Work: Installed a patio with bench seating on one side, brought in dirt for the rest of the backyard (fenced in area) and put grass pallets on the rest of the area. The patio is made with flagstone.

+ 0 moreFoundation repairs had trashed the yard. Good for the house, but bad for the functionality and the asthetics. Using an Angie's advertised discount, I connected with David Spradling and Image Landscapes. We worked on the designs for close to a month. I gave my vision and he put it onto paper. There was no delay in the plan development with the holidays and the different discussions. We are right on my desired timeline. I am really excited about the plans. They include the irrigation needed to preserve the foundation work, hardscaping to enhance the driveway, the entrance and the garden, and lots of beautiful, xeriscape and natural plantings. I will be able to enjoy this garden for many years.
Description of Work: David was great to work with to develop a landscape plan that solved my irrigation issues and will provide both great curb appeal and a wonderful backyard garden. We are now on to the next step of putting the plans into action.

+ 3 moreWe met with David to go over the design plans and our budget. He accomodated our schedule and did some re-design to meet our budget. The work crew showed up as scheduled, were friendly and hardworking, cleaning up before going home in the evenings. Steve, the job Foreman was very knowledgeable of sprinkler systems and the stone worker did an outstanding job with the new sidewalk and bedding borders. We are very pleased with the overall work and would highly recommend Image Landscape Development. We receive compliments from neighbors and friends on our newly landscaped yard.
Description of Work: Designed the landscaping for our front yard. We had the work performed in stages. Dug up and transplanted 2 large sago palms. Removed existing grass and top soils and replace with large palms, drought reistant plants and mulch. Installed a berm and rock wall. Installed paving rocks over the existing sidewalk. Installed irrigation on one seciton of the yard and ensured current irrigation system would meet the needs of new landscaping.

+ 1 moreThe work was started, they worked hard (in very hot weather) to complete the job and cleaned up all the debris. So overall it was a professional job.
Description of Work: We were very pleased with the outcome of the project. Flagstones were laid on the walkway and front entry way., which opened up the look and feel of the house. Also the company outlined the driveway to complete the front look. The completed look was what we were looking for, and greatly helped by the advice given. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. The price was reasonable. Again we would highly recommend this company and will use them again

When we placed a call to have several dead plants replaced, the owner told us he had to let workers go and he would contact us when he could do the job. We have never heard back from him. There is a one year warranty in place that was never honored.
Description of Work: Overall nice, prompt service. We had a rock wall installed in front and back yard, sprinkler system installed, plants and lighting.

Description of Work: Image Landscaping did a complete landscaping of our front yard, including irrigation. David Spradling, the owner, did the estimate and oversaw the entire project. The estimate was done in a timely basis and once we agreed on the plan, the work was completed within a few weeks. The job was done very professionally and on time. The plants, grass, etc were as represented to us in the plan. We were pleased enough with the work we are having them do our back yard.
