 + -1 moreI started using John in 2009 and have never looked for another pool service since then. I am very satisfied.
Description of Work: I have a weekly service with John Edwards and he takes care of my pool. I am very satisfied with his performance and he makes sure that the pool is clean and in good order. I don't have to do anything and he comes in and does what is needed. If there is a problem he will call me. The price is good and I have been using him for 3 years +. I would recommend him.

Description of Work: I have a weekly service with John Edwards who owns Hydro Chem. Mr. Edwards also services the pool next door. He is so knowledgeable about his chemicals and takes good care of the pool.

 + -1 moreI had been trying to get this company for several years and finally got him to take care of my pool. It looks better than it has looked in years. I am so pleased with his service. Of course, a pool service is based on the size of your pool and it will vary but he is honest and fair in his pricing. He is very informed on the type of chemicals and always keeps them at the right level and most services do not. You can rely on him.
Description of Work: I have a monthly service with John Edwards and he keeps my pool sparkling. I have had different services since 1984 and by far this is the best service I have had. He is working on discoloration that was caused by other services and keeps the chemical balance just perfect. This is the first time I have ever referred a Pool Service. I had a light go out in the pool and he took care of it immediately. Honest and reliable.
