Description of Work: They told me they would be there at 1030 on Friday morning and nobody showed up. The least they could have done was call me. The only reason I called them was because they're scheduled to do my neighbors roof. Based on the reviews, I will not be contacting them.

+ 0 moreClayton Hyatt is a skilled criminal at consumer fraud and deceptive trade practices. He uses tactics that make him seem sincere and credible when you try to call him for explanation as to why they have not performed the services you paid for, but this is only to buy him more time and hope that his victims eventually give up.
Description of Work: Clayton Hyatt, the owner/operator, is a fraud and steals his clients' money. My dad who is a disabled Vietnam Vet contracted Hyatt's Roofing & Remodeling in August 2013 to repair his roof. Being a disabled veteran, my family was drawn to the military discount Hyatt's Roofing & Remodeling offered. We paid Hyatt a deposit of $5,000.00 that was cashed by Clayton Hyatt immediately. The roof repair services were to be completed no later than end-of-month October 2013 per the executed contract. That was the last time Clayton Hyatt or anyone from Hyatt's Roofing & Remodeling ever came to our house despite numerous attempts to reach out to them for an ETA or to get our money back for over a year. In August 2014, my family filed a complaint with Bexar County Dispute Resolution and after he did not show up for the first appointment, he surprisingly showed up a month later. It was agreed that he would repay my family in cash or cashier's check our $5,000 deposit within 30 days of the dispute resolution agreement effective date. My family never received the money or ever heard from Clayton Hyatt again.

+ 0 moreThe quality of the roof was good. The only problem was that they left nails around the perimeter of my house from taking off the old shingles. Again they did a good job replacing my roof.

Description of Work: They took over 6 months to do my roof. They kept making excuses. They did not finish and am still trying to get them to complete the work and even do some warranty work. Would not refer them to anyone.
