Description of Work: Very extensive cleaning of large 4,000 sf home, thorough, very friendly, helpful, professional and timely. Willing to adjust cleaning methods to reduce chemicals and odors, very flexible. Great service.

Description of Work: They were scheduled to arrive at 2:30pm. They did call to tell me they were running late but did not arrive til 4:30 pm. There were three employees. The ad said deep cleaning....there was nothing deep about it. It was a cursory cleaning that took the appropriate amount of time. The lights and fans were cleaned well.....the dusting left a lot to be desired. I can't necessarily fault the cleaners....by the time they arrived, it was already late...they were tired and wanted to go home. They did what was necessary and left. I was not impressed and would not use this service again. But in fairness, I have used another cleaning service and found the cleaning to be about the same. I was hoping they would be able to do the things I don't have time to do and they did even less than what I am able to do with my schedule. Probably will not use a cleaning service again regardless of the price or offer.

Description of Work: My house was spotless. I couldn't have been more pleased. The Garcia's were very thorough and exceeded my expectations. They were very pleasant and talked about what would be done before they started. I had a late afternoon appointment and they were running late but called me several times to keep me informed about their arrival. I have asked them to continue cleaning my house on a regular basis.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List deal for 8 man hours of house cleaning because we are getting our house ready to put on the market. The folks were very friendly and professional, introducing themselves and walking me through how they would clean each room. After they left however, I realized I was disappointed with the overall quality of work. First of all, I noticed several places throughout my home that should have been dusted and weren't (picture frames, lamps, etc) or places where the dusting looked incomplete or sloppily done (corners in bookshelves were still dusty and I spotted several cobwebs in window boxes after they left). I also had to come back after the crew left and scrub my shower grout because it didn't look any cleaner than before they came. (The metal and glass door on my shower did look cleaner than I've ever seen it though.) Additionally, some of the cleaning chemicals they used in my bathroom were so pungent, I'm still smelling them two days later and have tried to re-clean parts of my bathroom hoping to get rid of the foul smell. Lastly, after they left, I ran the math on the amount of man hours of work completed and realized they were more than an hour away from the 8 hours included in the deal. If they had made up for the time lost by two members of their crew running late and one having to leave early, they would have had time to clean my oven as I asked them to do if time permitted. They seemed as though they were very rushed and that likely contributed to the not-so-thorough job. Overall, I was not as impressed as I have been with other cleaning companies that left my house in pristine condition.

Description of Work: The Bees were buzzing at my house today :)! Today was my first experience with Honey Bees, and I am very pleased. I have had several mediocre to awful housecleaning experiences in the past. Today I received not only my money's worth, but professionalism and a house that shines :)! Mr Garcia and his family aim to please and they definitely hit the mark. I am so thankful to have found this wonderful housekeeping service. They cleaned baseboards, window seals and fans. The house sparkles from top to bottom.
