It was fine and they very courteous and friendly.

What i really need is someone to REALLY clean my house. Honey Bee is the second service I have used and I get the picture: they do not DEEP clean, but they do clean. I was having a party so I needed the house to look and smell clean. This they accomplished. The floors were washed, the bathrooms cleaned, and the furniture dusted. But, as with the other service I used, the team comes in, sweeps through the house and cleans all surfaces that are exposed. They don't move anything to get the dirt behind and they don't spend anytime "working" on something that is particularly soiled. In a word, they are in a hurry to do as much as they can as quickly as they can. This kind of cleaning does help from time to time, but where oh where can i find someone who will spend the time and is not an illegal alien? Since this is not the kind of review you probably are looking for, I will not give permission to publish. But i do want you to know what I have discovered after using two of these professional services. I think I am not looking for a professional cleaner. I need one person who will clean my home as well or better than I would. The only thing these services provide is someone who can clean my house like I do when I don't have much time, and do it in about a quarter of the time I would spend.

Scheduled for an estimate on a "pre move in" cleaning. The house was empty and we wanted a thorough cleaning, tile floors, baseboards, blinds, cabinets wiped out, and carpets (3 rooms) cleaned. We felt the estimate was overpriced, particularly since the house was completely empty. We did feel that the carpet cleaning estimate was reasonable, so we used them for that. Service was good, prompt, job well done, and timely. Would probably have hired them for the whole job, even future jobs if price was more reasonable.

It went very well. We thought we could assemble these items ourselves. When they were delivered we saw that the treadmill weighed 350 pounds and we could not do it ourselves. We asked Honeybees if they could assemble these items for us. They said they could and it took them about 2.5 hours to assemble both of them. We like them because they are willing to help you out with most any job you may have.

We've been using them for several months and are very satisfied.

They were unable to keep a appointment, required a reschedule 3 of the 4 times I used them. Only time they showed up on schedule was the first time. The other three times were 1-3 days later. Prices aren't unreasonable, but they are higher than the competition. Cut them loose after the fourth time when I asked for them to dust the bannister twice and it wasn't accomplished. Owners are the managers and this business is grown to fast for them. Would not recommend, quality not there.

It went fine. The cleaning was pretty good but it wasn't perfect.

They did what was requested with a crew of 3. They were quick, polite and efficient.

The service that was provided was outstanding. Prompt and very professional. I have already recommended a couple of my friends.

They were fairly punctual. They almost shorted me some time; however, they did go back and corrected a few skipped areas and that used up the rest of the time. They were pleasant and seemed relatively careful. I do feel that they could have moved a little quicker.

They bring at least two people and hit the ground running. Excellent service although it took a couple trips for us to get the cleaning date established.

My experience went very well. The staff was very professional and friendly while visiting. I was pleased with the outcome of the service and would recommend this company to others.

A team of 3 workers showed up at my house on time. We walked through the house and I pointed out what I needed done. They started upstairs and worked quickly. I understood that they would have to leave when the 4 hours was up whether they completed all the cleaning or not. Would highly recommend this service.

They put me off twice because of inevitable reasons like weather problems. When they already got a schedule for me, they were supposed to arrive at 8:30 – 9:00 am but they arrived between 10:00 – 11:00 am. The cleaning wasn’t good. They didn’t even take out the crisper in the refrigerator and there was a lot of dirt and one of the trays has also a lot of dirt. The toaster was not also cleaned properly, the burned area was not totally cleaned and the tray underneath it was not emptied. The window blinds were not cleaned properly. But the rest of the cleaning was okay.

I was very disappointed. They were very nice, punctual but they seemed in a rush.

They?re absolutely awesome! This is the best experience I?ve ever had with Angie?s List. They went above and beyond and actually did more than I purchased. I can?t say enough about say how amazing they are, and I can't recommend them any higher!!

There was a small problem with the service time as they had to keep pushing it out (likely due to overwhelming response from the Angie's List special). But they kept in constant contact to let us know. They swooped in and cleaned like champs! I was amazed when I came home from work. The place smelled fresh and was shining like new!

They did a good job. They came out with a team of three. They were here for two hours a piece. They got everything done. We were supposed to have them for a total of 8 hours. I would use them again for a big deal.

Overall did a good job. There were some areas which were not completely dusted an the main bathroom shower had to be redone in some areas to remove a black residue on shower floor and walls. I did not contact Honeybee as I would rather take care of these problems than have them come back.

The owners were great and the others were just good.

It was wonderful. They were professional and had great attention to detail. I had them clean my ceiling fans and everything that fell off of it they cleaned it up and mopped it, and I never even asked for that. They went over a priority list with me that I created and each one took a section and they were done within 2 hours.

A team of four arrived at the appointed hour. We did a brief walk-through, and then they got right to work. I tried to stay out of the way because they were working hard and moving fast. They clearly had a game plan, and everyone knew what they were supposed to do. They asked me questions as needed. In two hours, the whole house was clean. I should have clarified when I first called that I did not want scented cleansers to be used because they give me a headache. My fault. completely. But I am sure they would be responsive to that if it is an issue for potential clients. I would definitely use them again under these circumstances. I think they would be too pricey for weekly use given the size of my house, but I was very happy with the job they did. Quick and efficient.

I spoke with Phil Garcia beforehand about cleaning my home. We needed a deep cleaning. We have a small home with 7 cats and 2 dogs. They came in and spent about 7 hours cleaning our home. It hasn't been this clean since it was first built. They were on time and very professional.

Honeybees cleaning was just great. They were recommended by my realtor and they did a fantastic job. My house was always beautiful after they were there!

As I stated already, I think there was a great deal of misunderstandings and neither the company or I asked for clarification. I was under the impression they understood what I wanted. I had read some uncomplimentary comments about the company on Angie's list but there were also some good comments so I decided to take a chance. Beatrice was very nice so i was hopeful everything would go well. I was charged an additional $35.00 to clean the inside of the refrigerator which was never done. The top of the refrigerator was not done the first time even though we were asked to clear it off. Basically, the first time was a total disaster and I was ready to redo the house myself but gave the company the chance to see why I was requesting an adjustment on the cost. The company is owned by a husband and wife. When they came over to look at the house the husband offered real attitude. There was a lot of bickering about what was said/not said. I finally had to ask that we move past that and get to the point. Like I said, the second time they did a great job. Had they done the job as well the first time as they did the second, I would have written nothing but glowing comments. Unfortunately, they didn't and it was extremely disappointing.
