As agreed upon, I was provided a time-frame that the Cleaners would arrive. This worked out fine. There were 2 individuals who came to clean the house. They arrived at 11:45 and left close to 4PM. Amanda worked one half of the house and the other lady (the Supervisor of the job) worked the other. This was to be a top to bottom down clean and it appeared at first that I would be pleased with the job. But as I began to watch the other Cleaner I was concerned that it was not going well with the areas that she was cleaning. I had to ask a couple of times about certain areas that appeared to not be cleaned, but was advised that it had been accomplished. The Supervisor was to have walked with me through the house after they cleaned to make sure it was inspected and cleaned to my satisfaction, but she did not do this. When they left, I really did not feel that my house had been cleaned as well as it should have been for the money I spent. After they left, I started checking certain areas and found that my furniture in the areas that the Supervisor had worked were not accomplished in the agreed upon manner. I was also not pleased with the bathrooms, blinds, and floors. I contacted Mr Garcia after they left and he promptly stated that he would be at my house after 11:00 AM on Thursday (20 Nov) to correct all issues. He and his wife were able to arrive close to the time agreed upon and reviewed their Cleaner's work. They immediately went into action and re-cleaned the Den, Bathrooms, checked all other areas, re-cleaned my kitchen and bath floors (this time making sure that the area between the baseboard and floor tiles were cleaned.) He hand cleaned them with Lysol wipes. All blinds were re-cleaned. They also re-vacuumed the entire house! In the 1 hour and 45 minutes they were here, all corrections were accomplished and my house is now as clean as if I had spent the 8 hours doing a very detailed clean. Mr and Mrs Garcia are very personable individuals and I appreciate the fact that his desire was to correct all the issues and make me happy! I am going to hire them on a monthly basis with the understanding that Amanda will be the lead Cleaner for my house. I highly recommend this company, and if a situation should occur similar to my case, call Mr Garcia immediately when you become aware that the Cleaner's are not doing their job well. I am convinced he will make sure the issue is corrected! Hats off to a company that cares enough to make corrections. It is very difficult to find a good House Cleaner.

Very well, we were repetitive customers until my husband stopped them for reasons of his own, had nothing to do with their level of cleaning. They were excellent, thorough, good customer service.

They arrived literally 3 minutes after I got there. They were running late BUT they called to update me. Owner is very punctual and very meticulous. They left the place looking better than when we moved in. They got out all the dog drool stains on the fake wood plastic floors. They made the shower stall shine. The oven looked incredibly new. The inside of the fridge looked brand new. Never seen better work, and this place was a challenge. The owner did not install a water softener so the hard water stains were very very difficult to remove. They did it! Owner's wife was every bit as meticulous as the owner. A true joy to work with and because of the first rate job, I will hire them to clean our new house at least quarterly.

I had a coupon from Angie's List but they didn't honor the coupon. They got good reviews on Angie's List so we decided to go with them. They were two hours late. The cleaning job was great, but everything else was terrible.

I'm emptying out a house in order to renovate and then occupy. I emptied the shed but couldn't use it because it was too filthy to store anything in. I'd emptied the sunroom of all "stuff" and about half the furniture. The room had had a bad roof, so not only had the nature felt free to enter and make webs and egg sacks and water stains etc, but in the process of removing the old roof to replace it with a new roof, the sun room guys managed to dump everything that had been on top of the roof into my sunroom. This included lots of dirt, oak pollen and seed, remnants of bird and squirrel nests, dead leaves...well, you get the picture. There was nothing (furniture, walls, windows, floor) you could touch that wasn't covered in cobwebs and the windows were so bad they might as well have been frosted. Everything about that room now sparkles, including the furniture, and I can see through the windows again! The bathroom and 2nd toilet now sparkle after not having been cleaned in a year or more. I am very happy with their service and plan to use them again. One heads up -- if you use plastic to pay, you will be charged 4% extra to cover the card's vendor fee. They seem willing to tackle most any job (let me remind you, THEY CLEANED MY SHED), do it quickly and do it well. Cannot ask for more than that.

We used Honey Bee Cleaners for the first time this past Saturday. I am very satisfied with their service. They were very responsive and professional, and best of all did a first-rate cleaning job. We lost our private housecleaner about 2 years ago and have tried five other companies on Angie's List prior to hiring Honey Bees Cleaners. All these companies had an "A" rating on Angie's List, but none of them quite met our expectations. Last week we decided to give Honey Bees a try. They were prompt in responding, they inquired about my cleaning preferences (cleaning agents, vacuum vs dustmop on wooden floors etc...), and since I wanted to be there during the first cleaning, they made special arrangements to come out on the following Saturday for a deep cleaning. Also, they agreed to my preference of paying by the hour. Three ladies arrived on time and worked intensely for 4 hours. Polly, the lead cleaning lady was very easy to talk to, was kind to our kitties, and showed me cleaning tips I did not know about, and the whole crew went above and beyond our expectations in cleaning our house. We also like that it is a family owned company which is reflected in their personableness and pride in what they do. We are so relieved to have finally found an excellent cleaning company and are signing up for a biweekly cleaning. Thank you Honey Bee Cleaners for your oustanding service!

This was a pre-wedding gift for our daughter as the wedding was taking place at their home. They have a dog that sheds terribly and with both of them working, things had fallen behind. They were EXTREMELY please with the gift, and the ladies that arrived and did the cleaning.

These providers arrived on time, did a fine job, asked questions when needed, and we were very satisfied with their service.

Cleaned very dusty blinds and study. We have a big house. Would consider for regular service.

I liked how thorough they were. They were great with that. They were good at what they did. I liked them overall but my only complaint was that sometimes they're in my house for forever. When you have a 10-month old and you're trying to take care of him, you wouldn't want them still in your house. It's a silly complaint but I like that I could get a team. They're phenomenal and they're great. They do chemical-free cleaning which is great when you have a little one.

It was very good. They came in and did a very good job. They were very efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. While talking to the owner he said if we use them again he might even reduce the cost. That was very nice.

Was never able to get a hold of the provider. My voice messages were never answered. I don't want to leave a rating for work not done.

They were great. They seemed to work very efficiently, did what they were supposed to do, and came on time.

Bill sent a team of people who came over and cleaned every inch of the house. They did an excellent job. We had to move the breakable items, but they did the rest. They moved the furniture. My mother has a lung condition and Bill was very careful to explain every chemical they would use in the house so we could make sure nothing would affect my mother. The price might seem high, but they had to do a much bigger job than just basic housecleaning - they even wiped down the walls and ceilings - due to the remodeling fiasco. It took them 2 days to complete. They were caring and considerate - I like them so much that I have referred them to my clients - one of them is a doctor and they now clean his offices regularly. I will refer them again - great work.

After four hours, my home was not completely cleaned and although I was pleased with the job they did on what they did finish, the unfinished part left me unsatisfied. I would call them again but I would request one maybe two workers who would work ( and not talk) until the job was done.

Very well. One of the owners is a crew member and she is very friendly, responsive and respectful. She takes credit card payments on her smart phone which is very convenient. She's also flexible with scheduling.

The service was good, from the call for service, to the job-site visit, thru the final execution. They were easy to do business with and were responsive. They worked unsupervised and did a very good job of cleaning. Even the detail areas. They were quick and friendly. I would have no hesitation to use Honey Bees again.

Super cleaned all but 3 rooms of my house (rooms not available to be cleaned). Scrubbed my shower clean; my son and his girlfriend used it and hadn't cleaned it in a year! Tubs, sinks, floors, carpet, even areas of walls and baseboards. i have 3 dogs and had my son and his girlfriend (and later their baby; don't judge me) here for a year and needed the cleaning. They did a FANTASTIC job. Incredibly thorough and didn't finish until I was satisfied. Offered to come back for free if I discovered they had forgotten something. Later, paid to have them mow my lawn. VERY satisfied. Family owned business.
