Description of Work: Honey Bees Came Out on 1/22 Deal was for 8 hours of Housecleaning for $200.00 Deal said they would "thouroughly deep clean". They entered the house with their own cleaners and when I told them I did not want Fabuloso, which is a cheap Mexican cleaning solution used, and that I preferred they use MY mop, as there mop had the Fabuloso on it, and the smell offended me, the insisted on using their mop, as it was bigger -----mopping was topical at best, blinds were cleaned, except for top 3 inches which were left with dust bunnies! One house keeper (3 were sent) , made up an upstairs bed without sheets, and then when I brought up sheets, and asked her to make the bed with sheets, she just rolled up the blankets, and put under the Pillows? Weird? I have not been impressed so far with Angies list referrals. This company was hard to schedule, and I scheduled 45 days in advance the first time for an 830 time, they called and said because of weather they would be there at 1030 to 1230 then it was 130 to 230 and I said NO ---reschedule ---they did come when they rescheduled, but for approximately 25.00/hr per person -----I do not feel they delivered! I would NOT hire for Future jobs.

Description of Work: An outstanding, very professional group of 4 people who took the list of tasks that I had prepared and worked through them until the time was up. All tasks were completed perfectly and they were extremely courteous and professional. It was a pleasure to have them in my home, I would recommend them to everyone, and I will definitely call them again.

Description of Work: I purchased 8 hours of house cleaning from Honey Bees. Their cleaning crew was excellent. I have used many different cleaners before, and they were one of the best. They were professional, the cleaned baseboards, blinds, counters and dusted. I gave them a "B" on price because I felt like $199 for this price was a little much (and they finished early) and they were an hour late. Even being an hour late, they finished by the time they guaranteed. Overall, exceptional cleaner.

Description of Work: Purchased the Big Deal for $199. An hour window for arrival was given, but 30 mins after the window had passed they had not arrived. I called and the crew arrived about 20 minutes later. Despite the rough start, my husband and I were very pleased with the crew of three ladies. The were very polite and did a great job! They were able to get much more completed than we had expected!! We were so happy with the cleaning we called to set up an appointment for an estimate to get on a regular schedule! Unfortunately, the gentleman scheduled did not show on time or call to say he was running late. I called and canceled the estimate disappointed as both arrival times were not on time and no call was initiated by Honey Bees. We now know we definitely want to set up regular cleaning, but must continue our search for the right company!

Description of Work: I waited for the cleaning service to show. Supposed to be here at 9 am. I finally left the house at noon. When I returned there was a card from the lady on my front door. I had not called the service because it was hard to get any bars and phone service had not been installed at that time. They had not tried to contact me either.

Description of Work: All basic cleaning. Was a little disappointed that my plantation shutters in family room seemed to be only lightly dusted and the inside of the windows (the sill was not clean). Otherwise the rest was clean.

Description of Work: Honey Bee came and did an initial clean and are now cleaning once a week. They bring a 3-4 person crew. Each person knows their job and does it. They are amenable to using other cleaning products - we are allergic to scents, So far, so good! it's wonderful to have a clean house that has been cleaned by people who care.

Description of Work: Took advantage of the $179 whole house deep cleaning. Scheduling and communication was easy. They called to confirm appointment. Five people arrived on time. All clean, professional, and good communicators. The owner explained what they would do and listened to the items I particularly wanted addressed. Each worker seemed to take pride in their work. Both my husband and I were very pleased with their work. I asked for a quote for every other week cleaning and scheduled that. Additionally I scheduled a separate appointment for window cleaning. I will use them again and already recommended them to a friend. (FYI: cleaning services in San Antonio are taxable so understand that you will pay slightly more than the base amount -- or ask for a tax included price) . This was my first Angie List service and I am very pleased with the results.
