+ -1 moreThey are the best. I highly recommend them. It is a family owned business and they are really great. We have a big house. The personal customer service and the follow-up is outstanding. Bill is a really nice guy. His wife Beatrice is really nice. One time they were here cleaning the house, my dog pooped, and they cleaned it up even though that is not their job. They are a really good company. Sometimes their kids work for them and their aunt works for them. I would say the price is very reasonable. For a house this big for that price is excellent.
Description of Work: I use Honey Bees Cleaning Services to clean our home. They helped us with referrals. We spend 125 dollars per week.

+ -1 moreIt was all quite simple and straight forward. The owner arrived right on time and very professional. We did a walk about the house and he told me what he would do in each room that was a standard part of their service. He took out his planner and gave me a date to get started. He then suggested I be there for the 1st few cleaning sessions. Once we had established a pattern, I could choose if I wanted to leave a key with him. We shook hands and that was it. I told him I was interviewing and would get back if interested.
Description of Work: The owner came for the estimate and was very professional. The house was a wreck - which is why I needed the serve but the prices were just a little too high for what I needed. They were very flexible about the specific cleaning tasks. Pretty much anything I wanted as long as it could get done within the time allocated. So, if i needed them to toss the sheets in the wash after making the bedrooms, they were down! If I needed them to clean the fridge, no problem. My only reason for not using their service was this: I live alone and I have a busy schedule. So, I just needed a little extra help with the big stuff (bathrooms, floors, and dusting). But the estimate seemed a high given it's not that messy and I don't need all the extras.It was almost as if it were a 2 - 4 person family - versus a single person in a house that is 2000 sqft. - of which I only use maybe 1000 sqft. The rest is just guest space and never used so to my way of thinking no cleaning is really necessary - unless I have company. In which case, I would ask for the "extra" and pay... Still, the estimate was for all 2000 sqft. so... too much for the relative need. Estimate: $150 initial cleaning $100 bi-weekly schedule or $130 monthly schedule (almost as much as the initial) Just too steep for what I needed

The counters and floors look just great.They brought their own equipment but did use my Bono products as I requested. I will be using them on a routine basis and would suggest their services to others. Very friendly group and will work with what you need done.

Description of Work: Honeybees was called to our house to perform a make-ready cleaning. We walked through the house and were provided an estimate. Honeybees informed us that they also perform carpet cleaning. We were delighted and accepted. This saved us time in locating and scheduling another contractor. Honeybees fit us into their busy schedule by offering to perform the cleaning and janitorial job during overtime hours to meet our schedule. The make-ready work included cleaning kitchen appliances, floors, walls, windows, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and garage.

Description of Work: Their four person crew came out to do a two hour cleaning that was one of their coupon offers. They were polite, professional and amazingly fast. Our home is fairly large and I had not thought to arrange more time ahead of time so I really didn't think they would be able to get it all since when they arrived I was told they were pretty booked for the day. They all worked very efficiently and actually got the whole house clean in the two hours. Even left all the tissue boxes with cute little tissue roses.

I set up a time/date for Honey Bees to clean my house, and they showed up on time and did a very good job. My husband set up a time/date for Honey Bees to clean our office. Again, they were punctual, professional, and did a very nice job. We now use Honey Bees on a regular basis.

+ -1 moreMr. Garcia promptly returned my call when I called for an estimate. We scheduled at time and when he arrived he was very courteous and thorough in explaining the services that they were going to provide. On the day of cleaning, he called to say that they were going to be here in about 15 minutes. When they arrived, Mr. Garcia introduced his team to me and then they immediately started work. There were 5 people who came to clean and they were all his family members. Remember, it is a family owned and operated business. They were efficient, and courteous. I had to leave to run an errand and felt very comfortable leaving them here to finish cleaning. When I returned home, they had left. When I came in the house, I was amazed at how fresh and clean it smelled. I looked around and everything was sparkling clean. I have gotten several different estimates and even had a previous housekeeper, but Honey Bee's has provided the best service for the price. Not to mention, it didn't take them all day, like my previous housekeeper did. After a couple of hours, Mr. Garcia called to check to make sure I was satisfied. I can not tell you what a great decision it was to hire them! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

+ -1 moreWOW! What a great team. This family owned business promptly answered their phone on my first call. Mr. Garcia came to our home for an initial walk through and estimate. He thoroughly explained their services and the cost for them. We schedule the initial cleaning and window cleaning for 4 Feb 2011, the following Saturday. They arrived promptly at the specified time and started to work right away. Mr. Garcia, Mrs. Garcia and their son are professional, courteous, and detailed oriented. They did an excellent job throughout our home. We are so happy with their service we will continue to use them on a bi-monthly basis.
Description of Work: Honey Bees performed an initial detailed housecleaning. We also had them scheduled to do all our windows, but had to reschedule to another date due to weather.

Beatrice then contacts me monthly to set our next appointment. i am always able to reach them via cell or text. they always respond quickly. Bill and Beatrice are great!
Description of Work: I have used "the bees" for about 6 months now. I have them come once a month. They are so thorough and always open to my requests for special attention, like my couch that my dog keeps sleeping on. I swear, they clean it so well that I barely need to do any touch ups between cleanings. I am always so excited to come home after my home has been taken over by [ the] bees!

If I leave a note for them to get something a little extra hard or extra thoroughly they do it. I will have to give an “A” in price after I looked around. In terms of punctuality, sometimes they are not exactly on time. I would use their services again in the future.
