They were here on New Year Eve. They did a good job. They were four people of two hours and they really did not want to stay longer and pay them extra. They did what they could in two hours. They were very friendly and polite. It was a whole family. I think they are expensive.

They were great. They came in, and they got it done quickly. They did everything they were supposed to do. They did a good job. The main thing is that they asked me what I needed done instead of just coming in and just starting. They asked me if there were particular parts that I needed cleaned, and they tried to figure out what I wanted.

I used my big deal coupon. I paid $130 for 8-hour of cleaning. They were really good. I called them and was able to get the date that I wanted for the cleaning. They came in ahead with a team of 4 cleaners. They have 4 people for 2-hour. They worked really well. They didn't try to rush through it in the end. They left even before the time. Their cleaning was really good. I would definitely use the service again. I received a call before they came and they didn't need any reminders. They were very good. They were right there on time.

Honey Bees were good. I do need them back and want them to come back and clean. They stay as long as you want them to stay. I had pulled out my dresser which I wanted them to clean behind. It is a family and they are very nice. He told me to make a list of things that I thought hadn't been done, and he would do them once they came back. I am remodeling and so I need cleaning.

We have used them twice. The experience was satisfactory. They came in and did a good job. They were a little slow in certain areas and tended to focus a little longer in the areas than we probably would have preferred. They tend to be very detail oriented. If you have an area that particularly messy, they tend to focus a little more on that, so you have to instruct them on how you want areas to be cleaned. But, they were prompt and very courteous.

Dave called prior to the scheduled appointment time to let us know that he would be detained since one of his employees was ill, and as owner of the company, had stepped in to complete the previous job. We rescheduled later in the same day, and cleaning was provided energetically and with detail. Very respectful people and complete service.

They did a great job and left my home looking clean & smelling fresh.

Everything from start to finish was excellent!

I bought 2 of these deals. One for my 88 y.o. father and one for myself. I have been confined to a wheelchair since an accident in October so both my house and his house needed a good, full clean. They did my father's house first. He was very impressed with everything they cleaned and the thoroughness of the cleaning. They had 5 people at the house so were done in about 1 hour and 40 minutes. My house is much larger. I live alone so 4 of my bedrooms and 2 of the baths never get used. They cleaned my whole downstairs, the master suite, upstairs game room and 1 extra bedroom and bathroom in the allotted time. The house looked great sand smelled so fresh. I was particularly impressed with the toilet bowls. I have had water marks for years and they got rid of them, the toilets looked brand new. We were both so impressed that we have both hired them on a monthly basis. Once a month seems fine to both of us. If my children still lived at home, I feel that it would be well worth it to me to have them clean twice a month.

Overall experience went well and will use them again when I need a major cleaning. However, I would suggest that if they are running late, that they call earlier before they are late and not wait until they are actually late. They were expected between 1:30 and 2:30 and didn't call t say they were running late until about 2:40.

They arrived exactly on time and introduced themselves in a very friendly and courteous manner. I described what I wanted and they said that would be no problem. I left them to do the work and when I returned I could see what a great job they had done. They covered everything I asked. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I purchased a "Big Deal" cleaning from Angie's List for Honey Bee's Cleaning. Two employees, Cody and Lorraine, did a deep clean of my house in about 4 hours. They did an excellent job, cleaning floors, bathrooms, kitchen, window sills, etc. immaculately. The house also smelled great after they finished. I would not hesitate to hire Honey Bee's again.

Hired their agency over a year ago. Still use them bi-weekly to clean our house. They are always on time and clean thoroughly. Excellent work ethics and extremely trustworthy. We usually leave the house and have them lock up when they leave. Love them, great people, great job.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME DURING THE 1 HOUR WINDOW WHICH WE HAD SCHEDULED. THEY USED THEIR OWN MATERIALS AND VACS. WHILE THE JOB WAS CONTRACTED FOR 8 MANHOURS, THE JOB TOOK THEM A TOTAL OF 9.5 MANHOURS AND THEY DID NOT CHARGE US ANY ADDITIONAL FEES. THEY DID OUTSTANDING WORK AND WE WERE SO PLEASED THAT WE NOW HAVE THEM SCHEDULED TO COME EVERY TWO WEEKS. THEIR FEES ARE REASONABLE TOO!

Honey Bee's is a wonderfully professional company. Each employee is courteous, punctual and very hard workers. My house is sparkling clean when they leave. They are quick and thorough. Beatrice is so nice and polite and genuinely cares for each one of her customers. I can't say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend them whether it is a small task or large one, you will not be disappointed.

The first cleaning was well done then went down hill from there. I had a different list of missed areas after each cleaning. They said they would come back if I wanted but that was inconvenient for me. After 7 visits and a broken item, I decided to drop them. I just felt I should't have to keep after them to clean obvious areas each visit.

Purchased the cleaning deal for a deep clean of my house before the holidays, but there were scheduling issues, and I decided to hold off until springs. The owner was very apologetic for the initial delay in the appointment and equally as understanding when I decided to cancel the next appointment in favor for a later date.

They did an absolutely outstanding job! I have used several other services who did a good job as well, but they provided the superior service. They really detailed the restrooms really well and pointed out things that needed done that other companies have missed. There were four maids that came out and they were done in two hours, whereas other companies have had 2 and needed 4 or even 6 hours to finish.

They had a list of what was covered in this deep clean. They went over my house with me and I told them what I wanted done and they were able to do that for me. My floors, refrigerator, stove, washer dryer, deep cleaned. Just everything was great. I have a three bedroom home with dining room, living room, kitchen, laundry room, & half bath down stairs. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. All were cleaned to perfection.

We have a housetrained rabbit who has run of the house. Honey bees cheerfully just work around him! :)

The entire experience went very well. I found them thru Angie's list...Called them on a Sunday, and they set an appointment for an estimate the next day. We agreed they would fit me in for an appointment, to do the cleaning, the next day. During the time they gave me the estimate both Bill and Beatrice made me feel completely comfortable. They explained to me they had family members who assisted them in cleaning. By the time they left I had no apprehension about having them in my home to clean the next day. Beatric and her son along with Bill's Aunt came to do the actual cleaning the next day. I had to leave my home so I left them a check to cover the services. I also gave them my garage code for them to use the next time they come...in case I am late getting homell

The cleaning service was outstanding. The only problem was the company came late, but we were notified and given the opportunity to have them come out the following day. They showed up to our residence around 6pm. The job they did was professional and satisfactory. The owner also expalined why they were late and apologized. I would reccomend them to family and friends and I felt comfortable with them in our home.
