Honey Bees Cleaning & Janitorial Service TM

Overall I was VERY pleased with the quality of Beatrice's & Andrew's work & professionalism. They understood my need for them to be done by the time my spouse got home from work so he could sleep; they honored that by arriving on time and non-stop working together to get our three bedroom two bath 1.5 level home scrubbed cleaned in 3 1/2 hours. The tubs, showers, and commodes look great! I have two cats and two dogs who shed and Honey Bees did a good job of getting the floors nice & clean. Andrew did a wonderful job on our wood blinds and ceiling fans; Beatrice tackled the master bedroom & bathroom and it's never been cleaner! I look forward to seeing them every two weeks now for maintenance. Of note though, Bill Garcia came out a few days in advance to go over their services, prices, and to see the size of the home. He was professional and pleasant but we did end up having a conflict with the scheduling; when the workers didn't show up at the time I understood it to be scheduled I contacted Bill and he responded immediately and kindly worked with me to resolve the situation.

Had problems with them showing up and then with their lack of dusting some areas.

They do a great job. The only complaint is they don't always come at the time they say they are coming. Sometimes that's okay, but it would be nice to be on a more regular schedule so I don't have to worry about what time they are going to show up..

It went well, the workers were professional and complete. They made sure I was satisfied . They asked questions instead of assuming which I liked. I forgot to tell them to do a huge window that was my back sliding door and they came back next day and finished it no questions asked. The owner was wonderful to deal with.

Unfortunately day of appointment Provider got stuck in traffic and had to reschedule. Due to how soon I needed the work done I had to hire someone else.

When I called to make an appointment, I was given great availablity, including Saturdays, which was very helpful. I was told that 2 employees would come for 3 hours. I was also told that when they arrived, they would go over things with me so I could tell them my priorities in cleaning, in the event that they would not be able to do a whole house deep clean in the time they were there. On the date of the service, the team arrived half an hour early. I was not ready for them at all, but felt rude leaving them outside until their appointment time, but I did long enough to finish lunch. They arrived with 5 employees instead of 2 but then wanted to stay for less time. I was ok with that. The male employee, who seemed to be the owner, did not want to walk through the house with me to find out what I really wanted cleaned and what they could skip. He told me they would easily be able to get everything done. I was doubtful, but he insisted. Well, it turned out they could not finish the job in the new time frame they gave me, and they said there was nothing they could do about it because the time was up. This was why I wanted to prioritize. I did not need someone to sweep and vacuum or wipe off my counters. I needed someone to do a deep clean of my tubs, showers, baseboards, dusty areas, etc. I specifically mentioned areas I didn't want cleaned because they are easy to clean, like my bedroom, yet they spent time in there because they said they could finish the entire house in their time frame. I felt that since I was told this, they should have stayed as long as needed. I gave them an opportunity to listen to me, but they refused, and I was the one who suffered since I paid for the deal but did not receive the advertized service.

The owner (Bill) came out on short notice to provide an estimate, and was able to provide the service two days later. He described the services to be provided in detail, and answered all my questions. The crew showed up on time and did an excellent job. The two individuals (Johara and Cody) were very professional, thorough and meticulous. We will definitely consider using them on an ongoing basis and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family needing house cleaning services.

The experience was good and the price was good. He was going to send 4 people to come out and do the work. He was very professional and nice. He was also very accommodating and no pressure.

Very efficient, careful of furniture and accessories. Use green products. Clean/dust/vacuum everything each time, including blinds and fan blades

Were a little late due to problems but made up for it with extra folks. Did a very thorough job on a dirty home. Would definitely use again. Very professional and outstanding work. Overall extremely pleased.

This cleaning service was offered as an Angie's List special. When my wife was ready to use the service, she contacted HoneyBees and scheduled. Honeybees called us the night before the service was scheduled and confirmed the time and date and explained that they would bring 4 people for 2 hours (total of 8 service hours). Honeybees called on the morning of the service and told us that they were held up by a major traffic accident and would be somewhat late. They called a short time later to tell us that traffic was moving and they would arrive shortly. Our home is more than 3000 square ft of living space...hard-surface floors and area rugs. There are several large windows and french doors with plantation shutters. HoneyBees cleaned all hard surfaces and shutters as well as several bathrooms and kitchen countertops. After they left, my wife looked at me and stated that she '...was in awe of what they did". We are very impressed with HoneyBees professionalism and attention to detail and will definitely use them again. In my wife's opinion, they definitely exceeded all her expectations!

Bottomline, Bill and his HoneyBees crew came in the next day (again, short notice, in order to accommodate my schedule), and provided a fantastic house cleaning from top-to-bottom. They were thorough, professional, and expedient. His crew of approximately six employees was a well oiled machine. Once finished, Bill and I inspected the home together, and I was 100 percent satisfied with the results. Bi-weekly services are performed in superb fashion. Beatrice, Bill, and their team are the epitome of professionalism. Since Honey Bees is in our home on a regular basis and keeping everything up to the standards which my spouse will accept, there is not a much higher compliment I can offer. {My wife is a retired military officer and she goes over the home with white gloves after every cleaning. Thus far, everything has passed inspection!} We would recommend Honey Bees to everyone.

Missed some dusting and didn't clean blinds.

They did a pretty good job. It was pretty clean. They missed some places and that's because there were so many things that was going on at the time. Too many thing kept coming in and out while they were trying to clean so that made it a little difficult for them. Other than that, I was pleased with what they did.

I called and spoke to this company and they advised me that a walk-through of my house was required before a quote could be determined. An appointment was made for several days later, but no one ever showed up and no one called me to tell me what happened or to followup in any way. The gentleman on the phone was very nice, but they dropped the ball big time. Its been almost three weeks now, with no call back. I guess they have enough business.

Excellent work, friendly and knowledgeable staff of four. They were here for this first visit for 4 hours. When I asked them to use specific cleaners for travertine and for hardwood flooring, they were more than willing to use what I provided and did as I asked. They do usually bring their own cleaners, vacuums, mops, etc., but I have no problem having them use my stock so we share. Yes, I have hired them to come to my home bi-weekly for routine service. During these visits, they usually send three or four people and stay for 2-2.5 hours. Any minor issues, or special requests are absolutely no problem for Bill and Beatrice and their staff. If we want to ask them to do special cleaning (polishing hardwood floors, or washing windows, there is an additional charge, but I expect this as it is the same for every other cleaning company I have either used or called for a quote. Love them!

Rude on the phone, poor job of cleaning, don't want them back.

I hired Honey Bee Cleaners on a one time special. I was so impressed by their work that I hired them to clean every other week. The owners are very involved and supervise all aspects of the cleaning. We're been using them for about four months now. I wanted to wait until I was sure their good work ethic would continue before I wrote my review. It has! My husband had to have surgery and they were willing to work around our schedule. Very professional and bring everything they need. They look out for the little things. Last week one of the cleaners emptied my paper shredder and vacuumed it out! They take the trash out and put new liners in the trash containers. I like this company very much and highly recommend them. Although I gave a B for price that is just because I'm retired and do not like spending money. I'm sure the price they charge me is more than fair. A couple weeks ago I told the owner, "We had our grandchildren for a few days and the house is a mess." She said, "Don't worry. We like dirty houses, if it was perfectly clean you wouldn't need us." What a great attitude! PS: I recently hired them to clean my windows on the exterior. The best window cleaning job we've ever had in over 40 years of home ownership! Their window cleaning services are beyond compare!

Service was very professional, quick and on time. They didn't try to sell me more stuff.

The overall experience was a very pleasant one. Everyone in the crew was polite and professional. They truly exhibit a desire to clean the house according to my specifications. As stated previously, they are very responsive and stand behind there work. After inspecting the house a day after cleaning, I notice that around the air vents were deposits of soil dispersed by the ceiling fans. I called Bill, the owner, and on the same day, a crew was sent out to clean around the vents. I intend on making this company the one I go to whenever I need a property to be cleaned.

Bea contacted us to schedule the service. The night prior to the service, Bea called to verify that someone would be at the house when they showed up. Bea and 3 other workers showed up, on time. We provided a list to Bea of what we wanted done along with their standard cleaning. Bea was agreeable to everything on the list. Just as their name indicates they were busy as bees. Everyone knew their jobs and attended to it professionally and competently. Bea and her personnel did a wonderful job. We were very pleased and would use them again.

I purchased 4 hrs of deep cleaning for $179.00 last Sept. I wanted to do some organizing & rearranging before having them come. On March 1, 2013 I had them come & clean.I am very limited in the things I can do so my home really hadn't been deep cleaned for several yrs. when they left the bathrooms, floors & furniture sparkled. It felt so good to have a clean home, I would like to have them back in about 6 mos. 'They really know how to clean in a short period of time. They were also very pleasant, & organized so that each one knew what they were supposed to do. We did have a mix up in time but wasn't to serious. I had to cancel another appointment later that aft. I want to thank them again for the good work they did.

I like them, but I thought that they were a little bit pricey. They did a decent job. They paid more attention to detail so I had to go back and clean them again after shower. I even dusted some areas that they messed. I would use them again in the future if I could get a good price.
