The cleaning crew was prompt and did a good job, though not as spotless as I hoped. The oven did not get cleaned on the interior as I expected but overall it was a good cleaning. I was expecting more for $200 though. I think they would have done better with more direction.

I'm an extremely picky person and have had several house cleaning services that I never asked to return. However, this company did a very good job. I was told my house wasn't as bad as they were accustomed to on the initial visit. I live where spiders tend to co-habit, so my pet peeve are spider webs and their prey left caught in their webs. Dust is another issue for me. To say they did a good job would be an under estimation. They left my home like none before them. I was very pleased. Given the work they did; I find it humorous to point out one area that I say with cobwebs - it was hidden under my TV console. I discovered it while lying on the floor exercising. Other than that miniscule issue, this is a very thorough group. I was told I had the top team; I concur I must have. The young man who clean my Kitchen alone, did a great job. My wooden cabinets still shine from his work. I wished he had done the rest of the wooden cabinets in the other rooms; he made them pop out at you. The never stopped to take breaks; which is my worst problem when I clean. The supported each other when needed; which to me showed good teamwork. The young man even did me a favor and transferred a box in my house out to the yard. My only issue is the price. But I guess it is like people say, "you get what you pay for." I must say I got a great job; however, I'm not in a position to pay $140/$175 bimonthly/monthly. Their visit was a birthday present to my self and it was a wonderful present indeed. For those who can afford their prices; I predict you won't be disappointed. My mistake, but I forgot to give them the coupon that I say when I made the appointment and wasn't reminded of it either - I was disappointed in myself and the gentleman who set up the appointment.

There was a crew of 4 people who were personable, prompt and very efficient. They did an excellent job on our home and we will definitely use them in the future!!

The service turned out really well. They did a good job and everything was clean. They were very receptive to whatever needed to be done. They ask ahead of time, not just come in and do what they wanted. Overall when they were here there wasn't a lot of chatting and they got the job done. They came here and they immediately got the job done, there were three of them here. The offered to come back if I needed their services.

Excellent, start to finish. Punctual, thorough and courteous. The crew of 3 cleaned my 2700 square feet top to bottom in just a couple hours. Every service provider should be this good.

They did a beautiful job. Very meticulous and helpful. Completely professional with a great attitude and eye for detail. They took the initiative to do so many things I either didn't think of, or jus didn't do. Much more professional and helpful than any cleaning service I have ever used. I would highly recommend them.

They came late. However, the owner did call to say they would be late so I am not complaining about that. I requested the above to be cleaned. There were 3 including the owner who were cleaning. They finished & left approximately 2 1/4 hours later. On the surface, everything looked fine. About an hour after they left I went to use the 1/2 bath. It had not been touched. I contacted the owner who apologized and said they could come late afternoon. I had taken the day off from work and had other appointments that afternoon. We scheduled a day for the following week. I had to cancel due to heavy traffic caused by an accident on the interstate. We scheduled another time but I did not hear from him. As far as the cleaning, the bathrooms were "wiped down" instead of being "scrubbed". I have laminate wood floors upstairs. The corners of the rooms still had dust on the floors and baseboards. The floors, bathrooms, and base boards were my main concern. I work full time and it is hard to find the time to deep clean my home. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will not use their services again. The services were not worth the "deal". I feel I wasted my money.

Honey Bees was able to schedule the job within a few days, arrived promptly at the appointed time and were ready to start work immediately. A crew of three completed the house cleaning in approximately 2 ½ hours. Although we didn?t ask them to knowing it was not included, they went above and beyond by cleaning all the floor to ceiling (and wall to wall) patio windows in the living room and kitchen both inside and outside, explaining how important that view is to prospective home buyers. There were a few minor things missed, but they did not detract from their overall performance and our satisfaction.

We spoke with Mr. Bill Garcia about some items that were of concern to us. He not only answered our questions, he made sure everything was done right. He was very professional and helpful. The house was cleaned spotless. We were impressed with the quality of their work. We highly recommend their services.

These guys were excellent and very ready to work! I had lots of small areas in my house that I just have not cleaned in years and many things needed to be moved. I gave detailed instructions of what I wanted done and they did it all. I have hired many cleaning services before and usually they all seem to do just the bare minimum. But these guys were not at all that way. It was a team of three people and I know they stayed about three good hours. I used a first time user coupon they have on here, but for sure I will hire them again in the future because they were well worth more than what I paid.

We have had Honey Bees cleaning our home for over a year. Bill has also cleaned our carpet at least three times, twice on a ASAP basis. They usually have a crew (mostly family) of three to four people, do a very thorough job and are finished in a little over an hour. On occasion, when I am unable to, we ask them to change the sheets on our bed which is done with smiles. They have been very flexible and will alter the schedule if I need to have them come another day or time. Also, they will call to let me know if they are delayed or need to change the day. They do excellent work and our home looks and smells so fresh and clean when they finish.

Great experience. The team worked quickly and carefully in all parts of the house.

We did have some problems setting up the appointment (mis-communications and one no call-back), but once the appt. was set they arrived on time and immediately got to work. The owner asked what I wanted them to focus on most, I told them and they did it and much more. He was very polite and appologized for the difficulty getting the appointment set up. I observed him working hard along-side his staff and was very impressed.

Whole family showed up + one. Discussed cleaning options and time restrictions and set priorities. Worked intensively for a couple of hours. Very satisfied.

During the first visit, they did an amazing job! I was very impressed with how fast and efficient they were. The house was extremely well done. So I decided to set up a bi-weekly cleaning schedule. After a few more visits, I noticed that the quality of work I got on the first day was not near that of which I was getting on the subsequent visits. To make sure I was not being overly picky, I staged several areas to determine if they had been moved and cleaned. On the final two visits, neither of those areas had even been touched. They were main areas, which should have been taken care of. On one visit, they even mopped my sponge-type mats with a stale mop head (which was used at every other place they cleaned) which left behind such a bad odor, all of them had to be thrown away, and new mats purchased. In addition, on the last visit, the husband, who to my knowledge is the owner, came to help clean because they were running behind schedule. I told him that I really liked that my sinks in the kitchen always looked really nice, and I have had a terrible problem with hard water stains. So I asked what I could do to keep the sink looking nice in between their visits, and his reply was something to the effect of... If I tell you that, there'd be no need for us to come back! Actually, he was quite wrong. I have a physical disability which limits me in most all areas of my life, hence the reason I was trying to find a nice, dependable company. Any little thing I CAN do on my own to help keep my house clean between visits helps me relieve stress, because I know I am, in some way, helping. His reply just left a very bitter taste in my mouth, and showed me that he knew nothing whatsoever about me or my situation, even though I had already explained it to him several times! At that very moment, given the other issues I had noticed, I realized this was obviously NOT the company for me. Beatrice and her son however, were truly wonderful people!

Owner, his wife and adult son did all the cleaning over two days. They used their own cleaning supplies which left the home exceptionally clean. I would recommend them and will be using them in the future.

I purchased this service about six months ago as a "Big Deal" and just recently cashed it in. A four person crew arrived a few minutes after the scheduled time (They did call that they were running late) but more than made up for it. They asked what I wanted done and what my priorities were, and jumped right in. They did a very thorough cleaning job of the areas I pointed out and gladly did some tasks I requested that really had nothing to do with cleaning. They were scheduled to work for two hours, but stayed at least 30 minutes longer. (Previously, another cleaing company I hired made certain to have their gear packed into their car to leave by the end of the scheduled time.) These people were excellent and very efficient. They did much more than I expected, and they were very cordial. I feel that I got a real bargain.

Honey Bees did an excellent job! We have three labs in the house and I can't say enough how clean Honey Bees got it. I am so happy with their work that I've hired them to come monthly.

This is the 2nd time this provider has not bothered to show up when scheduled or call to say they are running late. On May 24th, I had an appointment with Bill to go over their services. He gave a one hour window between 930-1030 and was a no show. I finally got ahold of him at 1115 to find out what happened and he admitted he had completely forgotten because he was busy working at another home. He said he was close by & could be at my house within 15 minutes so I said if he could do that, I'd meet with him. Once he arrived, he apologized profusely and said it wouldn't happen again so I agreed to give him a chance and scheduled a full-first time cleaning for a 3200sq home with the intentions of continuing with bi-weekly services after seeing how the inital job went. Today, the appointment was scheduled between 230-330 and once again, by 4pm nobody had shown up or even bothered to call to say they'd be late. I called Bill and when I asked where they were, first words out of his mouth were that his crew had just called and were stuck in traffic and would be there shortly. I told him to call them back and don't bother showing up since this was now the 2nd time this had happened within a two week time frame and it was very rude & inconsiderate that I was not even given a courtesy call to say they were running behind. It is no way for a business to run. If you are going to be late then it is practical business sense to be considerate to your client and give them a heads up PRIOR to the appointment time expiring. Had you done that, I would have worked with you. I understand that there may be times that schedules fall behind, but it shouldn't be the client's responsibility to have to track them down when that happens. I was leary about hiring this company based on previous reviews with problems with their punctuality and clients left in limbo. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and absolutely NO EXCUSE!

I'd like to begin with; I live in the middle of nowhere, 20minutes from any town, AND I have two year old twins...however they still agreed to take us on as clients. Brave. :) After my initial phone call, Bill was at our house two days later to do a walk through and estimate. We decidedon a bi-weekly agreement and they have been out twice now. They send three people and complete my 3/2 house in right under 2 hours...my husband called them "Houdini". When you walk in the house, not only does it smell clean but it smells home-y too...not that sterile bleach smell. You can immediately tell the air is clean, no dust. They clean all the ceiling fans every time. My floors...wow. It's a constant battle to keep the floors clean with toddlers, so after their visit, I enjoy walking around bare foot without stepping on a stray raisin or cheerio. They make the beds, start laundry, remove little fingerprints from windows; they wash dishes and got the goop off my countertop! They have allowed me less time doing chores and more time enjoying my kids. .

They were amazing. They were on time and completed the work quickly. The house was cleaner than it had been in years. I wish I hired them years ago.

The appointment never happened.

Let me begin by saying I have always been reluctant to hire anyone to clean my home because I am so very particular. But my hectic 40+ hour work schedule, size of my home and the maintenance of my three children, hubby and a dog had left me no choice but to give it a try. I am so glad I took the leap. I purchased Honey Bees? Deal of the day because of the value offered by the deal and the exceptional reviews from others on Angie's List. I cannot say enough good things about Honey Bees Cleaning Services. I was taken aback by everyone?s professionalism and outstanding work. The owner, Bill Garcia made me feel very comfortable and eased any apprehension I had about using a cleaning company and allowing someone in my home during my initial phone call with him to set up a cleaning appointment. He was thorough in his explanation of the services I would be receiving and answered all my questions. This is a family owned company who takes a great deal of pride in the work they do. On the day of my appointment, Beatrice and her son arrived promptly to clean my 2 story home. She answered any of my cleaning questions, asked if I had any priority areas and jumped right into their work. They were both exceptionally courteous and meticulous in their cleaning of my home. They took great care of my furniture and belongings while dusting and vacuuming. They truly exceeded my high expectations and earned a regular customer. I would recommend Honey Bees Cleaning to anyone!

Excellent cleaning job. They paid attention to detail (e.g. dusted ceiling fans, cleaned baseboards, behind toilet, etc.) and provided nice services such as replacing bed linens and washing dishes in sink. Very friendly and courteous. Family run and very efficient. On the high end of cost, but worth it knowing my apartment will be cleaned well and quickly. I am now a monthly customer.
