They did a great job and they paid attention to all the details. They really did an exceptional job on the restrooms and the baseboards. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. The freshness and smell of the house was great. I have a dog and they were able to get rid of pet odor and hair. Four cleaners arrived to complete the work and they had a positive attitude and asked for my feedback before they left.

house was extremely dusty due to replacement of wooden floors in the entire house that had just been completed. Used them once before and they did an excellent job. However this time, I found dust in rooms they cleaned. They totally missed the top of one of my TVs which was really dusty and I found dust on window blinds and sills that they cleaned. Unfortunately, I didn't notice these deficiencies until after they left. Other then that, they did a good job.

Beatrice was a great representative for Honey Bee cleaning. She explained the process, asked what my priorities were and got to work with her crew. They arrived early and stayed past the alotted time to finish to my satisfaction. I thought the price was just a tad high but the quality of work was excellent. Would use again in a heart beat.

They did not spend the entire time at my home. They were very professional but for what they did, I felt that $200 was too much.

It was good. I just paid the big deal price and no additional charges. They were very professional and very polite. I would use them again.

They only cleaned a portion of the house. They cleaned the master room, bathroom, and study. Also, the walk in closet. They did a good job.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it didn't turn out as good as I had hoped. They came in late, and the charge of the big deal was 200 Dollars, but the lady who actually cleans for me did more. I guess this was because my expectataion was they would come and do deep cleaning and also basic cleaning, but they didn't do that. The bathrooms are clean, and that was good. There were 4 ladies who came, but I guess they were on the clock, because they were there for 2 hours. One of the ladies was more on the phone, and the other two ladies were working, and when time was up and they were leaving, they hadn't dusted. The furniture wasn't dusted, and the countertops were not wiped. I was dissatisfied with the service.

Things did not go well with the first crew they left and some of the bottom blinds were not cleaned, some of the baseboards were not cleaned and I had to sweep because there was dirt left on the floor, and dust from the ceiling fan left on my comforter.. I purchased the big deal for 8 hours of cleaning the first thing asked is what is most important I feel if you purchase something and it includeds certain optiond you should get al that is included. The most important was blinds, baseboards and bathrooms my most important items were not cared for time was most important to them. I recieved a call and was asked how the cleaning went i explained to her the above she came out with two other ladies and cared for all the items that were not properly cleaned. I will give them a second chance because they did come out and make it right.

Prior to the service, I asked for a quote. The owner came gave a quote and reviewed what the deep cleaning would entail. He ran late but called. After the cleaning, I noticed several items that he referenced weren't done and an item of sentimental value was damaged in the process. I spoke with the owner and he was very receptive, apologetic, and empathized with my situation. He offered to remedy the situation by cleaning the house again. I was able to meet the group and they were receptive to the feedback. Each time they were scheduled to come clean the house the group was later than the scheduled time. They would call to tell me when they were on the way, as per my request, but were at least 30 minutes later than the scheduled time range. This was difficult for me as I scheduled times that coincided with my lunch time. If you feel comfortable giving them a key upfront, this shouldn't be an issue.

Workers performed work that was not asked and went over allotted time for deal purchased. Upon completion, was charged an extra fee for that time. Owner called to collect, I informed him about the apparent miscommunication and that the team was extremely slow z(especially for a by the hour operation). He was apologetic, but I still got the feeling this was a common tactic.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. THEY DID A FANTASIC JOB. NEVER HAS A CLEANING COMPANY DONE A BETTER JOB. I VERY NEARLY GAVE UP ON HAVING A COMMERCIAL COMPANY CLEAN MY HOUSE, UNTIL THEY DID IT. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THEM ALL THE TIME. THE HOUSE STAYED CLEAN EVEN AFTER I HAD NEARLY FIFTY GUESTS IN THE HOUSE FOR A PARTY THE VERY SAME WEEKEND. IT STAYED CLEAN FOR ABOUT A WEEK AFTER THAT. I WAS AMAZED, AND THAT IS HARD TO SAY FOR ME. SHOULD HAVE DONE A BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURE. THANK YOU HONEY BEES CLEANING. MYLENBUSCH

Overall the service was very good. It's the type of service where the crew (4 people) comes in and does a set list of mostly pre-defined tasks, and try to complete it and depart as quickly as they can. The company was easy to reach to schedule the appointment (and reschedule it when I had a conflict). They were very professional on the phone, and they arrived within the specified time frame. They were very also professional when completing the service, too. Friendly and accommodating. Overall the quality of the work was very good. They had a couple of misses in a 1/2-bath I think they didn't realize was there, but I was tied up on the phone when they left. I'm sure if I'd spotted them when they were still there, they would have addressed them to my satisfaction. I've decided I'm not crazy about this type of service though. Crews like this work so fast, it's easy for them to overlook things, And as they work their way out of the house, they leave garbage cans and rugs out of place. But I believe this is the nature of this type of service. Others seem to do this too. If you're looking for this type of blitzkrieg cleaning, this crew was very good.

They were excellent. I think I am going to hire them for my company and start using them on other house. They were really good. My wife was here when they cleaned the house, I wasn't here. But just opening the door, coming in the house, it smelled clean. You could tell it was clean. The price was great. I look forward using them again.

A bit overpriced for my size home, Very friendly staff, but last cleaning was sub par. Changed companies

It went very well. They had to come back to touch up a couple of things. They were willing to come back.

It went very well. I was pleased. They were actually early. There were three of them, and they got right to work. They were very personable. They were obviously experienced; knew what to do and did it. They were careful with things and put them back in the same place. I will definitely use them again.

They cleaned and the result would have been the same if I had done it myself. Kinda sad because I don't usually pay for these services but when I purchased it, it clearly stated that they cleaned bathrooms, refrigerators and stoves. They did not. :-( The guy told me that they wouldn't when I called to schedule the appointment which was disappointing but I figured I'd already paid for their services so I had them come out anyway. I personally, would not use them again.

It was good. I actually left a list. I didn't mention the list, but they found it and checked everything off the list. They were very kind, very nice and very thoughtful. They did extra touches because they knew it was a special occasion. It is a family and they were all thanking my husband for his service and they did a little flower arrangement for my daughter in her room. They liked that she was home, and they told her that. So they were very kind and really listened to what I said and they were thinking of my needs and then providing things very thorough. They took rugs out and shake it. I have dogs and they were very kind about that. They really did a great job. They went through my list and made sure everything was done. Then they asked me to do a walk-through and see if there was anything I needed in addition. I had some issues in the shower that I was trying to fix and she worked on it and she came and she explained why it would not work. They really did a lot. Anything I asked, they really were there. It was a deep cleaning service and they really did provide it. It was my first time using them.

These workers showed me the difference between myself and the professionals. I don't know if it was their cleaning products or special techniques (probably a combination of both) but they were able to make everything look cleaner and shinier than I can, even when I try really hard. For example, they managed to markedly reduce some stubborn lime deposits on granite counter tops around the sinks and fixtures. The French doors to our patio were immaculate. Everything looked great. My only reservation was that they seemed to play a bit loose with their calculation of 8 hrs. of work time, but as I was so happy with the results, I decided that there was nothing really to complain about.

I especially wanted the floors and bathrooms cleaned which was done to my satisfaction. I could not have done a better job than they did. Very pleased.

What a difference a professional makes. We have had "cleaning ladies" before but never has our house been so well cleaned. I bout the big deal and called to schedule, easy as could be. They arrived right on time, actually gave me two phone calls to let me know when they would be there and again when they were going to be a little early. The crew got right to work and were great. I made out a list of our priorities and they got the entire list and then some. Our house is almost 3000 sqft (4bed 3 ba) and they got the whole thing cleaned in two hours. By clean I mean oven, microwave and fridge inside and out, all floors, bathrooms scrubbed and shining like new, ceiling fans, you name it, it was clean. Afterwards they walked through the whole house with me to assure I was satisfied and nothing was missed. What a fantastic company and an amazing professional cleaning service. We will be using them in the future.

This is our lake house and most of the windows are on the second level. They are very hard to reach from the outside! Every window was spotless! Inside and out. The screens were also removed and cleaned. You could hardly tell if the windows were opened or closed. We have actually already contacted them again to set up a date to power wash and clean the outside of our house! We almost cant wait to have them back!
