They have cleaned my house too times. Both times sub par work as compared to other cleaners I have used and more expensive, too. They promise the sun, moon, and stars and don't deliver. My bathroom floor was not cleaned thoroughly on both cleanings. The shower door and chrome still had water spots and lime build up on it. Kitchen stove and cabinets not gleaned on second visit and I had to call for re clean. All in all sloppy work and no attention to detail. I have lived in LA and Las Vegas and never paid this much for a house cleaning. I agreed to try one more time. If it is not satisfactory they are finished at my home.

They clean the school weekly including all bathrooms.

Three people showed up on time to clean my house. They asked me what I wanted them concentrate on. They were friendly and did a very good job. I would use them again.

Giving this housekeeping service 1 star is 1 star too many. We purchased a plan to have 8 hours of housekeeping service. We have a 1200 square foot house so not a lot of area to clean. There was even 1 bedroom we did not want them to even clean. Prior to their arrival all the clutter and mess was cleaned up by myself. I was looking for someone to come in and do all the dusting, wipe the baseboards, dust the blinds, clean the bathrooms, wipe cupboards and doors, mop and vacuum. We had arranged for a 300 pm time for them to be at our home, around 10 am they are calling and wanting to be there earlier which as not possible as we were both at work. They were trying to say there would be traffic if they work later. Well surprise they were late, arrived between 315-320 pm. There were 3 ladies which meant we were to have them for 2.66 hours per their ad. Originally we were told there would be 4 people for 2 hours. The ladies came in and asked what my priorities were I explained what they were. I was told they would do as much as they could in time allotted. I had the feeling that they had no intentions of finishing my priority list...had a bad vibe from start. The lady who seamed to be in charge went to the master bedroom. She started out with making my bed and messing with pillows, after about 15 minutes of seeing that from another room I went in and told her that was not really a priority on my "cleaning" list. That is why I had all the linens and decorative pillows up on bed out of the way. She continued to waste time on that. In the mean time the lady in kitchen is cleaning and manages to knock a knick knack off the ledge between living room and kitchen. Luckily it did not break or dent wall. The ladies continued to "clean" I went out on patio to be out of the way. They did say they do not move any furniture which I understand as far as large pieces. I however observed them mopping my kitchen floor and not even sliding the kitchen chairs out from under the table ( I only have 4 and the are not some heavy solid wood chairs). there was a small laundry basket in bedroom half full of towels to be washed, they vacuumed around it. Really?!? At 500 pm they said they were done so they worked for 1 hour 40 minutes not the 2.66 hours we paid for. They asked us to come and look around to inspect. I went to master bedroom and looked at bathroom where supervising lady cleaned the corners of the floors were still dirty with the lint dust that builds up in bathrooms. The tub still looked dirty. Baseboards were not dusted in the bedroom. The other ladies did a good job with main bathroom, laundry room and living room. At this point I was done I think she could tell I was not too impressed with the job and proceeded to explain about the special coating they put on tub to make clean up easier the next time. I just wanted them out at this point. After they left I had to wipe down doors and remove dust from the panels, I dusted the baseboards. I had to pull at the vacuum and use the attachment to run along all carpet where it meets the baseboards. In the master bathroom there was attempt to even clean behind the toilet there was dust and hair there. The top of the fridge was never wiped down, probably because no one thought to bring a stool. Bedroom ceiling fan was not properly cleaned either due to no stool. Big waste of time basically, for what I paid I could have taken the day off, cleaned the house and saved $200 dollars.

They did a great job, completing the list I left for them, plus additional work. The house was sparkling when they left. I hired them for monthly work because of their quality. (They didn't show up on time then, either)

Four people came to my home at the appointed time, they introduced themselves and asked what my priorities were. I told them and they got to work. They were all pleasant, professional and did a great job. I will use them again.

Arrived on time and worked hard. My house was probably in worse shape then the normal homes they clean. I wanted a very deep clean and was willing to pay the price. Certain things I was told would be done wasn't done like cleaning the inside and outside of the trash cans and outside kitchen cabinets. I don't blame Honey Bees because my house was bad and they gave me the hours I paid for. Honey Bee's did the best job of any cleaning service I have ever used. Honey Bees is family owned and operated. They are very nice, honest and hard working. They also said if I wasn't satisfied with anything that they would come out and redo it. I would definitely use Honey Bee's again.

Despite changing the time they were supposed to show up twice - my overall rating for Bea and her crew is an A! They had to change the appointed time due to employees being sick which is not their fault. But as soon as they got here Bea and her crew were ready to get started. She asked me for a list of my priorities and understood my concerns. My main concern was for our hardwood floors. We have a large dog who has very bad eating habits and drools pretty bad. Bea and her crew took care of my floors and I really didn't think they would ever look like they did when we first had them installed. I just got out of the way and let them have at it. My nick-picky requests were understood and were done much to my liking. I'd like to get on a monthly or bi-monthly schedule with them. I've tried other housecleaning companies and have always found something that irritated me. Not with Bea. She cleaned my house the way I used to when I was able. They didn't take any breaks - no talking on the phone or trying to carry on a conversation instead of cleaning. They were quick but thorough and did it the old fashioned way! No fancy equipment or "New & Improved" miracle cleaners - just the way my Mother taught me. I appreciated their concern to detail and just the professionalism of hard workers. I hope to see them again soon.

The cleaning team of four people completed a thorough cleaning of our home in 2 hours. This was high quality work. Our home looks great!

Honey Bees Cleaning and Janitorial Service courteous, prompt, and easy to work with. The cleaning crew work came and did a thorough job cleaning. The provider was conscientious about meeting the customer expectations. I am very please with their work and wouldn't hesitate in calling them again!

I thought it would be a deep cleaning. 4 people showed up, all nice all friendly. Went to work right away, told them what I wanted done. 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. I really wanted the shutters and a good dusting. To me a good dusting is NOT done with a swiffer. After they left, I looked around and realized they had not done any of the plantation shutters in the kitchen, or master bedroom. I had taken the sheets off the bed in the guest room. Instead of asking me for some sheets, she made the bed without them. A waste of time to me. The master bath was ok, except for the scale was cracked right down the middle and had to be thrown away(it was glass). AND everything was moved! after swiffering they rearranged everything, frustrating. I guess I will stick to cleaning myself, Save money, and find time to continue to clean myself.

Very Pleased! This is the first time I've ever used a cleaning company, but due to health reasons I decided to hire someone. I received a call the owners wife the morning of the cleaning to let me know the cleaning crew would be at my house between 8:30-9:30 am; the crew of 4 including the owners son arrived promptly at 9:00 am ready for cleaning. I showed him around my house and also any important issues that I wanted extra attention to (a written list is preferred though) and the crew got to work right away. Since I purchased the Deep House Cleaning, a crew of 4 would clean for a solid 2 hours. Everyone was very professional and cleaned everything from the baseboards to ceiling fans. Every room was cleaned throughout and they asked me to inspect each room whenever they finished cleaning to make sure it was done to my standard. I was very pleased with everyone and even gave them an extra tip for cleaning my house so well. I'm very happy everything went very smoothly and I am going to have them come back on a regular basis!

They were supposed to give me 2 hours and 35 minutes of housecleaning because a crew of three came out. Fourth-five minutes before they were supposed to leave they started talking on the phone. They said they had to leave early because they had to pick someone up at the police station. I called one of them back to get them to clean the rest of the railing they had missed. She did come back to clean it. They threw our box we file documents in, into the trash but I ended up finding it in the trash later on. I had a little jewelry box and it was gone. We searched every place it could possibly be. It is possible they threw it away but I couldn’t prove anything was wrong. I decided not to pursue monetary but it should be known this is how the service went. I think the crew could have been good if they stayed focused and finished. The first few things they did were very well done but they didn’t finish and follow through.

When they arrived, the group of 4 introduced themselves and asked what I wanted done. I told them my priorities were to have the baseboards and mini blinds cleaned. Also to clean light fixtures and ceiling fans. After that to focus on normal house cleaning (dust, sweep, clean bathrooms and kitchen then mop). They were very friendly and professional. They asked me to look over their work and I had one thing that I thought needed a little attention, and it was attended to promptly. I will use them again!

First, we were very impressed with their follow up in advance to confirm the reservation. They contacted us twice prior to the scheduled date. They arrived promptly on the scheduled date. In addition to thier normal checklist, they asked my wife to have her own list ready for them to work on also in case in what not in their list. My wife was very happy with their professionalism and quality of the work.

They cleaned, dusted, mopped all the rooms cleaned oven, fridge. They also pulled out appliances and cleaned behind them without asking. They swept and cleaned the garage and all the shelves in it. Also swept patio and front porch area. Cleaned all the blinds and windows. Showed on time and stayed till I was happy.

I purchased an 'Angie's Deal' for this service. Honey Bees had already come highly recommended by a friend of mine who uses them bi-weekly, and I had decided to try them anyway...then this opportunity came up, and it was a great way to become introduced to their services. I arranged the service online. Reply was very prompt, scheduling on my preferred day. My instructions were to prioritize what I would like for them to do, and they (they come as a team) would work until the time was up. I had my list, they started in. Because this was a deep cleaning, I wanted them to clean all of the shutters in our home (they are throughout, even in bathrooms), clean my baseboards, clean my oven, and from there on - regular cleaning as time permitted. They were a team of three. They each took a specialty and went to work. My shutters are like new; my baseboards throughout the 2200 sq. ft. home were hand-washed; my oven looks like new. The shutters and baseboards were time consuming, but the job is perfect. In addition to my three priorities, they cleaned my bathrooms top-to-bottom, and vacuumed. The team was detailed, never stopped for a moment, pleasant to have in my home. I have already set up an appointment for the owner to come and give me estimates for cleaning every two weeks or monthly; I definitely want to use them on a regular basis. In addition to the high quality of work they do, I love the fact that they work in team - and therefore, the time in my home is much less than it would be if only one person was doing the work! The office is well-organized; the work is the best I have ever had. My friend, who has used them for a long period of time, has the same experience.

It was advertised that I could ask for a 2,3 or 4 person team ( I see they have changed their wording on the same special recently closed). I said I wanted a 2-person crew. He said it only comes with a 3-person team or above. I had to get AL involved for him to agree to what he advertised. The team was 45 mins late without calling. I thought the workers were professional and did an adequate/average job.

I use their service for weekly cleaning; they are professional, responsible, thorough and dependable. I was surprised by the reviews on pricing, because I find them affordable and very fairly priced!!!!

Everything turned out just fine. There were a few spots around the house they didn’t clean, but everything was done professionally and to my satisfaction. I did point this out to the owner, and he understood. There were three cleaners and they divided the hours so it only took 2.5 hours to complete the work. I was surprised they did that. AfterI had purcahsed the deal, they sent me an email and they were responsive to me.

These ladies were awesome! They stormed my home like a cleaning tornado. I was picking up visiting family members from the airport that afternoon so I was concerned I wouldn't get everything done in time, but they managed to clean the entire house -- windows, blinds, dusting every surface, wipe down cupboards, mop floors, vacuum, etc. I was very impressed with their thoroughness and ability to clean up fur from my 1 dog and 3 kittens. I will definitely hire them again.
