All went well. I greatly prefer the system that HomeTeam uses (bait stations) because I don't have to worry about grandchildren (or pets) crawling around in pesticide residue.

They've done our pest stuff for the last 8-10 years. They come out periodically, I don't even know the last time they did that. They come out at least quarterly. I think I pay $180 quarterly. Most of the stuff they do is outside, we're not even there when they do it. They take care of all the little creepy crawly stuff.

I pay $98.72 for a quarter. They come on time. They are courteous. They will address any issues, they are very clean.

I had a ant issue when I first moved in. They were unable to get rid of them. The manager finally came out and did a treatment and I haven't had a ant since.

I think I am going to cancel my contract with them because it is expensive and I just don't feel like I need that service. I am living in a house that is two years old. The builder put an outlet on the outside of the house where this pest control company can put the chemicals in the wall so they don't have to come inside. But I am not sure it is all that effective because I did have ants in the house so I called them and they came and sprayed. They are quick to come out.

It was good. We haven't had any problems. They usually call the night before they are scheduled to come out to see if we need any special services done. Its pretty nice.

Termite Rep came out to review my house and review the area I was concerns with on the fence and then proceeded to check the house of termites. Nothing was found in the house which made the process a lot cheaper and easier for us to proactively treat. He took a diagram of the house and provided me the pricing and left for the day but did call back with the installation schedule that afternoon. Day of service the installer showed up on time and did everything promised to me by the original sales rep. I was a little concerns that the installer was drilling the holes for the sentricon a little to close to my pool pumps but he was very careful and did not seem to cause any damage. Overall, I was happy with their service and would recommend for termite protection.

They are very good because when we first moved into our house, we had really bad ants in our kitchen and they came out and sprayed. The ants were still coming around and so they came out again and did something else that helped. They didn’t just come in and do the same thing. Every time I ever have any questions or find any bugs, they will just come out and fix it all for me.

It was $100 per quarter. I've been using them since past month. Everything has been great. They were willing to come back out if there were any more issues or anything like that.

I pay $100 every time.

I was having issues with seeing a few spiders and ants in the ouse and I also saw earwigs. I stopped seeing the ants and earwigs immediately. I did see a spider a few nights after, but they had not treated the whole house yet. The ant hills started coming back and they had to come back. They did also come out and remove two wasp nests. That was nice.

I think HomeTeam Pest Defense do a good job. I like the fact that they do perimeter spray along with inside and they are always very flexible with their appointments because with my job and my work, it's hard sometimes, I;m not always home. I don't have the flexibility to come home and so there's been times that I had to call them the last minute and reschedule it for another day. They have always been very cordial and more than willing to work with me around that. I think they're a little on the high end but I'm a firm believer that you get what you paid for but I've never really had much of a chance to shop around either.

They are due any day, they were supposed to be here last week, but they went to someone else's place by mistake. They come every 3 months. They will come back if we have any issues and we call them. When we had our patio done, they had to come back, because they had sprayed the week before, and then they covered, when they put the stones on, so when it was finished, they came back and resprayed for us. The guy goes around and checks around the fence for me, to make sure there are no wasps nests building under the fence, and I am allergic to bees and wasps and so that is a big thing for me. They give you sticky things to catch bugs that will crawl into your garage. They are very easy to work with. I think they are expensive, but they don't give you any issues when you call. We have not seen any bugs outside, while we have heard people talking about scorpions and things.

HomeTeam Pest Defense is very thorough. We had to actually change our service to others and we had found that the pest control solution that the others were using weren't as effective and the companies themselves are not thorough so we actually went back to them because of how good their service was. You get what you pay for. Every time we ever contacted them they were there the same day or the next day. They will take the time to explain.

They have been excellent and have always been professional. We have never had any problems with bugs or anything. The builder of our house recommended them to us.
