Called Home Depot as I needed to replace an old washing machine. Got a great price on a 4.0 cu. ft. washing machine. Delivered on time, Home Depot followed up, took away the old machine and did a great job on the installation.Definitely will use Home Depot again.

The quote amount was about $1800. I go there all the time.

They're very convenient to go to and they've got a pretty good selections of items. If ever you had a problem they will always usually refund or return the item.

They were very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, and responded very quickly.

We bought a storm door and paid to have it installed. We paid for boards to be placed around to door so we would have an adequate seal. Luis did not install these boards. He left gaps and leaks around the door. Home depot keeps wanting to give us the money back for the boards we paid them for. Manager Victoria from home depot offered to send Luis back over after seeing pictures of the awful job he had performed. We asked for another installer. She said the only man they have in San Antonio to install storm doors is Luis!!! She has not taken any other action to make it right We want them to send another installer, who knows how to do his job. We are so disappointed with their job and will NEVER pay Home Depot to have anything installed again.

Our overall experience with them has been excellent. They have reasonable price. They offer quality service and products. They are very punctual, very responsive, and very professional.

A gentleman arrive on the scheduled day, 15 minutes early. He began doing several tests and demonstrations on our water. The pages of charts and information in his binder had the Home Depot logo at the top. About or an hour or more into what turned out to be almost a two hour sales pitch, he showed us 2 models of water softeners. They are not GE's as were shown on the Home Depot website. They were a different brand, Rain Soft, and he was from a separate local company, Sweetwater Home Services, and the systems offered were approximately $6,500 and $7,500. He then went on to explain how we'd save so much money with his system even though it cost 6 times more than the GE system we were inquiring into. I had to cut him short as he described soap products and even an air cleaner system he also has to offer. I feel that Home Depot totally misrepresented what I was signing up for. I wasted the best part of the morning. I did not buy the system the salesman was selling nor did I buy the GE system I was planning to get as I was so angry at Home Depot. I got a system from Lowes instead.

The doors arrived damaged and we had to call several times for scheduling issues. The department managers blamed the contractors and the contractors blamed Home Depot. A horrible experience. No one would take responsibility for the problems. We demanded our money back and went to Lowe's and had a very nice experience for a little less money.

The carpet delivered was not the top of the line for the type I selected. It was the right color and type, but was not as dense (was one quality level lower than purchased). The Beaulieu carpet I special ordered took several days to receive. I challenged that what I paid for was not what I received. The Home Depot sent a rep to get a 1 square foot sample of the carpet they delivered and also 1 square foot of the in-store sample I had kept for comparison. They sent this to a lab which confirmed my suspicion. The delivered carpet was not the same as the carpet sample of what I ordered. Home Depot then offered to completely replace the entire carpet order with the right density, or offered to reimburse me the difference for the less expensive carpet. As my schedule did not allow for the wait, I chose the monetary compensation. 3 years later, all my carpet started buckling and needed to be re-stretched. At the 5 year point, the carpet has buckled again and needs restretching again. I'm not at all pleased with the quality of the carpet although the initial installation went fine (the house was vacant so no furniture was involved).

Timely. Came when they were scheduled. Good install job and delivered as promised.

Home Depot did a very good job. They came out right away when we purchased the door. The guys finished very quickly, and we were quite happy with their service. We would hire them again.

Home Depot did a super job for me. It was done wonderfully. The crew was very polite and they did everything how I wanted it done. I have absolutely no complaints at all. I don't remember how much the cost was, however I would hire them again.

Home Depot did a very efficient and quality job. They surprised us. The subs they used really represented them well and did excellent work. There wasn't a single flaw in either the carpets or cabinets. They stayed in contact with us to make sure the work was flowing, and we were satisfied, and they left a great impression with us. We wouldn't have expected this to be as easy and simple as it was. That speaks volumes in itself.

Home Depot did a very good job. They used high quality cedar for the fence. We've had no problems with the fence. It's staying level and it looks professional. The people who came to do the job were great; very nice and considerate. They finished the fence quickly and efficiently.

Home Depot sent out very skilled employees to install my carpets. They were very nice and respectful of my home. I feel that the price was very reasonable and what impressed me the most was how the carpet turned out. I felt that they did a good job of stretching the carpet and it has not frayed or came up anywhere. They did a great job of cleaning up all their mess when they were done.

Home Depot did an excellent job. We have not had any problems with the unit at all. They installed everything properly. They left no mess at all. We've used them several times in the past. They gave me the best estimate for the job.

We are very pleased with the end result. The workers measured then brought the windows over and only took one day to complete all the work. The windows were according to specifications and were high quality. However, we weren't happy that they didn't clean up well after themselves.

HOME DEPOT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GREAT PLACE AND HELPFUL WHEN IT COMES TO HOME REPAIRS, ESPECIALLY FOR A SINGLE WOMEN THAT DOES NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT HOME REPAIRS.

WE HAD AN OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE SHOPPING THERE AND HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH HELP WITH OUR PURCHASE. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE SHOPPING THERE AGAIN FOR MORE ACCESSORIES.

WE WERE REALLY PLEASED WITH THE PAINT THAT WE PURCHASED, AND HOW IT TURNED OUT SINCE WE HAD ATTENDED THEIR FAUX PAINTING CLASS THEY HELD AT THEIR STORE.
