HILL COUNTRY ROOFING & REMODELING

Installation went ok as far as I could tell. Of course the roof started leaking some time, way before water actually started dripping into one of my bathrooms. I called Earvin several months ago (probably fall of 2011), telling him that the roof was leaking badly enough for water to be coming into one of my bathrooms during a thunderstorm. He told me that he only warranteed the roof for 5 years and, of course, that time had passed by about 6 months. I told him that the leak had most probably been going on for at least a couple of years. Well, he cam over and made a big deal about helping me out AFTER the warranty had expired. All he did was to caulk around a flashing. This, of course, did not help. The next time it rained water still dripped badly into the same bathroom. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. HE IS A REAL SHYSTER.

Follow up was very bad after the work was complete. The leak continued after the repair, I probably called them 4 times, and they told me they would come out and never showed up again. I ended up going elsewhere.

Realizing I had a leak in my living room ceiling, I called my insurance company for advice on repairs. The company they recommended said they would send an estimator, however, after 3 calls to them, I never received a call back from another company. I then joined your list (recommended by co-worker) and called Hill Country. The estimate was done as agreed and the work was completed on time with no additional costs. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others!

We were extremely happy with the way this work was handled. The owner is very detail oriented, and he itemized each part of the work carefully. The crew of five men worked very efficiently and quickly and did a great job. We couldn't have asked for more. We've had no problems and would recommend them to anyone.

I HAD A LEAK IN MY ROOF. I COULD NOT FIND WHERE IT WAS COMING FROM. HILL COUNTRY ROOFING CAME OUT AND FOUND WHERE THE LEAK WAS IN 20 MINUTES, AND FIXED THE PROBLEM.
